Cody Rhodes stood in front of a sold-out building in Washington, DC, as AEW Dynamite went on the air in its first episode ever. The crowd was cheering his name.
"Thank you," Cody said boringly into the microphone, "for coming to watch my TV show."
The crowd really liked him for some reason.
"Now, without further ado, let's get this AEW TV show started!" Cody shouted. Then, someone's music hit. But it wasn't the music he was expecting...
"GOKU?! What's he doing here?" shouted Jim Ross.
"Uh oh, JR, looks like he means business," Excalibur said.
Goku picked up a mic. "You should be ashamed of yourself Cody," he said. "Choosing to run your show head-to-head with WWE NXT. Do you not realize what you're doing? You're splitting the WWE Universe in half!"
Cody couldn't take it anymore. "That's right! That is what I'm doing!" he shouted. "I hate the WWE for firing me! I'm going to destroy them! With my good friends..."
The Young Bucks, Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega and the guy who rides a horse started sneaking up on Goku. They were being real quiet, hoping Goku wouldn't notice so they could jump him.
Too bad they were dealing with the strongest in the universe. Goku smirked.
"Only cowards come from behind!" he shouted, powering up, the air pressure from his energy blowing all the wrestlers behind him away. "And you're the biggest coward of all, Cody!"
Goku flew to the ring. Cody knew he was boned. Dropping to his knees, he pleaded for his life.
"Please Goku, don't hurt me! I'll cancel my show! I'll come back to the WWE! Just don't hurt me!" Cody begged, tears in his eyes.
Goku smirked. "WWE doesn't want you. Not even the fans really want you. Isn't that right, fans?"
The fans in the arena listened to Goku's cold, hard logic and facts and agreed. They started booing Cody and threw tomatoes at him.
"You're not even worth going Super Saiyan for, and certainly not Ultra Instinct," Goku sneered. "I'll only have to go Kaioken times 2 to beat you!"
Goku did just that and kamehameha'd Cody into next week. AEW was cancelled and those poor, misled fans went back to watching good wrestling.
THE END
