Heyo! Here's chapter three baby! I'm going to apologize in advance for the third one, just a little warning, but I hope you really enjoy it. I really like writing these little Life Day one shots! :)

Anakin and Ahsoka

Anakin, Ahsoka, and R2D2 sat on the Twilight's floor around the little Life Day tree they had decorated weeks before. The Twilight was parked in the temple hangar rather than in space because Ahsoka didn't feel like letting Anakin crash a ship on Life Day.

"It would be mean to the holiday." She had tried to explain earlier.

Now they were in comfy clothes, excited for the gifts under the tree.

"Ready for presents?" Anakin asked.

She nodded and picked up a box. "Yours first." She handed it to him and he ripped the wrapping paper open viciously. "Oh, Snips..."

Inside the box was a very nice gold colored watch. "I got it for you because it looks nice, and you can do this, see?"

She held up her wrist and pretended to check an invisible watch. "Oh, look at the time! I gotta go!" She smiled up at him. "It's to get you out of long, boring debates and council meetings."

Anakin opened his arms for her and she happily climbed into his embrace. "Thanks! You know me so well!"

Ahsoka beamed proudly as Anakin kissed her forehead. Then she turned to R2 and patted him on the dome.

"Here ya go, Little Guy." R2 extended out his little hands and took the present that she was handing him.

Anakin helped him open it. "It's from both of us." He said.

R2 spun his dome around and let out a series of overjoyed beeps when he saw what was under the wrapping paper. It was a framed coupon reading, "Free Oil Baths for Life!"

He started rolling around in circles as Anakin chuckled. "Glad you like it, Buddy."

Ahsoka laughed and gave R2 a big hug.

Now it was Anakin's turn to give Ahsoka her present.

He picked up the box from under the tree and handed it to her.

She opened the box, a huge smile coming to her face when she saw what was inside.

"It's a camera." Anakin said.

He watched her take it out of the box and look at it in awe. With the Jedi's rule on possessions, it was the nicest thing she had ever owned. "Anakin I-"

"You told me a few years ago that you wanted to see the Galaxy. Even though I can't always be there, I don't want to miss any of it. Now I don't have to, and you have something to remember every planet by."

She laughed. They both knew that seeing the entire galaxy was a silly dream, but if anyone were to try, it would be her.

"Thanks!" She hugged him tightly, feeling waves of love through the force. Then, feeling bad, Ahsoka included R2 into the group hug.

"Now who wants cookies?" Anakin asked, even though Ahsoka was the only one who could say yes.

"Me!"

Anakin let go of their embrace and opened the easy bake oven in the corner. "They're a little runny, but that's okay." Anakin said, handing Ahsoka the cookie.

Sitting there in the Twilight, they all knew that they were family.

Obi-Wan and Satine

Usually Obi-Wan spent Life Day with Anakin and now Ahsoka. However this year, his ex girlfriend, Satine invited him over to her palace for the holiday. At first, he was skeptical. He could leave Anakin.

But Anakin had different plans. "You have to go!" He had argued.

"Life Day is one of the most romantic holidays, and you can't miss out with that with Satine!"

"Anakin!"

Anakin had shaken his head quickly. "No, no, no, no. That's not what I meant. She's your friend, and you haven't seen each other in a while. Especially under peaceful circumstances, so you should go spend time with her."

"Okay fine."

Anakin had laughed. "Have fun with your girlfriend!"

Now Obi-Wan was bundled up in his coat, taking a walk through the snow with Satine.

"It's been quite some time." Satine said.

He shuffled his hands nervously in his pockets and nodded. He kept his eyes on the ground so that she wouldn't notice how she made his face turn red whenever she was near.

"How are things on Mandalore?"

She just shook her head. "Best not to think of that on such a holiday. How've you been?"

"Same ol' same ol'."

They fell silent for a few seconds. "Want to go get some hot chocolate? I know a place about a block from here."

Obi-Wan nodded. "That would be great."

They walked in almost complete quiet the way there. Obi-Wan kept glancing down at Satine's hand, wishing he was brave enough to hold it.

"Here we are, Obi!" Satine said, motioning her hand to the caffe in front of them. "Yes, here we are." He responded awkwardly, holding the door open for her.

"Thanks."

They walked in and instantly all eyes were on them. Well what had he expected bringing the Dutchess of Mandalore out in public? She seemed pretty used to it, and just ignored all the eyes as she walked up to the counter.

"Me and my friend would like two hot chocolates, please."

Friend. The word rang painfully through Obi-Wan's head.

"What am I doing? I'm a Jedi!" He thought to himself.

"I'll pay." Obi-Wan offered, about to pull money out of his pocket.

The man behind the counter shook his head. "No need. These are on the house."

He set the drinks down on the counter while Obi-Wan and Satine thanked him.

"You're welcome, my Dutchess." The man behind the counter kissed her hand, making Obi-Wan feel a pang of jealousy. He reminded himself it was just polite Mandalorian customs.

"Let's get a table in the back." Satine whispered to him.

He nodded in agreement and followed her to a table in the back corner. "Thanks for this."

"No problem. Sorry for all the attention." She looked around the caffe, relieved that most of the eyes on them had gone away.

She looked back to him and saw that look in his eyes. She decided it was best to ignore it. He'd be gone again in two days.

"I really missed you." He confessed.

A small, sad smile came to her face. "I as well."

She took a drink from her cup. "It's hard these days without a friendly face at my side."

It's hard everyday without you. He wanted to say. But he bit back the words.

"Maybe I can visit more often."

"I'd really like that." Satine said. She had a genuine, kind smile that made Obi-Wan feel like he was melting.

He took a long sip of his hot chocolate. Obi-Wan always did things in a rush. He always had to rush off to another battle, so it was just second nature to him. "Slow down." Satine laughed. "If you inhale it, it won't taste the same."

He blushed and tried to relax. It was so awkward seeing her again, and he had no idea why.

When they finished their drinks they both stood up to see what was above their table. Mistletoe.

Obi-Wan swore his heart skipped a beat.

"Mistletoe." Satine said quietly.

He leaned forward and planted a small kiss on her cheek. What a great way to make it more awkward! His cheeks flared red.

"Sorry! I mean, it's the rule that if you're under mistletoe you have to kiss, and well I'm a really big rule follower. Well you know that. What I'm saying is that it's what I had to do, and you know, you look really pretty today and-"

Satine smiled. He was really cute when he got nervous. "It's okay." She said, and gently pulled him in for a real kiss. Their lips touched for only a few seconds, softly embracing each other and the moment. Then she pulled away. "But I think the rule is that you have to kiss me on the lips."

He was struck dumb, but finally he nodded. "I think so too."

They leaned in and kissed each other again.

Byph

(Oh boy, this is gonna be tough. I don't exactly know how to put the language he speaks into onomatopoeia, but I'll try my best.)

Byph was extremely shy, and it wasn't any secret. That's why he was so surprised when a girl from his class, Buffy, asked him to go ice skating with her for Life Day.

She was his same species, and she was shy too. And very, very pretty.

Byph actually cried when he got the invitation because he was too scared to go out with her and make a fool of himself. But Katooni told him not to be afraid.

That's what he told himself when he got to the ice skating rink. Don't be afraid...

He saw her sitting at one of the tables outside of the rink, putting on her skates. "Hpph!" He called happily to her.

She looked up at him and blushed, then waved him over.

He felt like his feet were turned into concrete. "Don't be afraid." Katooni's voice echoed in his head. "Wee bippa dee." (Just pretend that sounds like Byph.) He whispered to himself, then timidly made his way over to her.

He sat down at the table and they avoided eye contact, both blushing. He chirped quietly to her, and she chirped back. Success.

She handed him his skates, smiling softly. He thanked her and put them on.

"Bee bo doo Dee hrmph gee?" She asked.

Biff nodded and followed her out onto the ice skating rink once he finished putting on his skates. He was really, really wobbly on ice.

"Woooooooooooo!" He exclaimed as his feet nearly gave out from under him.

"Tic buffa seep jee, Byph!" She grabbed his hand to keep him from falling and both their faces turned bright scarlet.

He thanked her for saving him and she felt proud. She was a hero.

She shyly helped him skate over to the railing and she showed him how to hold onto it to keep from falling. Even though he had support from the railing now, Buffy still held onto Byph's hand.

"Zeet zoot, seema blacy doo?"

Byph nodded, telling her it was okay if she wanted to hold his hand. He still felt very embarrassed by his trembling knees and clumsy nature.

"Eema mac umph felly." Byph confessed.

"Meeeee wom bee dooua." She said.

He started to feel more confident as he held onto the railing and skated.

"Xeema sooo wee queeb kezetwkem."

Byph's heart fluttered as soon as the words left her mouth. She liked him?!

"Pooh cooo wee queeb yee toume chirp!" He cheered, telling her that he shared her feelings.

They looked into each other's eyes for a second, feeling themselves smile harder than they ever had.

Katooni was right. He didn't have to be afraid.

I don't know what the kriff that was, but I wrote it so I probably should. There were some attempts at romance in this chapter' so I really hope you guys liked them! (That is a lot to ask depending on how strange this chapter was.) ackk. Love you lots! :)
