Kingdom Hearts- A Thousand and One Hearts

(Author's Notes: Hello everyone! How are you all doing today? I hope that all of you are doing well.

Before I say or do anything, I want to give praise and glory to the Lord. Thank you God for everything that you have helped me with! Lately, been getting increasingly frustrated and upset about what has been going on in my country due to this virus outbreak that has been going on. But thanks to prayer and faith in you, I will be as patient as can be to hopefully see the permanent end of this corona virus thing. And that people can resume not being afraid or going into paranoia/panic. So again, thank you Jesus for looking after me and my family! And I hope that my friends out there and many more are kept safe and healthy in your hands.

Yeah, been a bit distracted and peeved on what has been going on recently. I really do hope that a vaccine or something is made to put this outbreak down for good, and that people can resume their lives without being fearful.

In any case, I hope you like this story! This has been an idea by an Author friend of mine named edowdle, who really wanted to see a different kind of Kingdom Hearts story being told. His suggestions and ideas are quite unique and interesting, so most of the credit goes to him.

In this story, an alternate tale is told as Sora journeys to Agrabah. And it is within this alternate world that a lot of things change; some for the better, some for the worst. It all depends on point of view. And also, characters from the original 1992 Disney animated film Aladdin & the 1994 animated television series will be here. Also the character Gazelle from the 2016 Disney-Pixar animated movie Zootopia will be in it.

Again, this is from the mind of my Author friend and I will do my best to honor this story request he has made to me for a long while now.

I do not own the characters from Disney or from the video game series Kingdom Hearts, a series that started out in March 2002 and has continued all the way to 2019 with the game currently out today Kingdom Hearts III. I know much of the first and second game of the series since I have them for my PS2, but lost much interest in it with all the prequels and sequels it came out with. Just so you all know.

Now on with the story!)

Prologue

It was now nighttime in the mysterious world of Agrabah, a desert kingdom that was rich in myth and magic. The imposing and magnificent palace that loomed over the multiple houses down below was home to the Sultan, the ruler of the land who was quite childlike in many aspects despite his old age. But he was still a sharp and fair ruler when the time came to show his authority and power. He had a very lovely daughter named Jasmine, a beauty whose fire & passion for freedom and life was equal to her physical beauty & spirit.

But the story does not start at the palace that us patrolled now by the faithful guards.

No, the real action is taking place down below in the city as a merchant comes in on a very tired camel. He has been to many faraway places, having seen many sights & traded with many kinds of beings. He is known only as the Peddler, for none truly knows his origins. Said being slid down from his tired desert steed, looking to the readers as he broke the 4th wall.

He proclaimed, "Ah, salaam and good evening to you, worthy readers! Please, come closer for I have something to share with you!".

Once the Peddler sees that the readers are now closer, he smirks and states for all to hear, "Welcome to Agrabah, everyone! A city filled with mystery, enchantment and romance! I also have the finest of wares from all of my travels for you to examine and hopefully purchase!". The moment he said those words, the travel packs on his camel suddenly leapt off from said animal and opened up to reveal the contents inside.

A makeshift stand was shown for all to see, various knick-knacks and items of unusual nature appeared before them. The Peddler got behind his stand, smiling as he was ready to do what he did best… selling! He reached down and pulled out what appeared to be a sword with a rather LARGE & LONG blade that was wrapped in white gauze! It was perplexing on how the small man was even able to hold the item up, since the sword was many times his size and most likely weight.

The Peddler proclaimed, "Ah, look at this! A very rare and valuable blade from lands beyond! It is called a Buster Blade, a sword that once belonged to a 1st class soldier with spiky hair. But if you find this too big, there is always… this!". He soon put down the immense blade and took out a smaller one.

This particular new item looked to be a cross between a sword and a gun; the handle was made to look like a magnum revolver with the barrel end being replaced by a sharp double-edged sword with an elaborate insignia engraved at the base of the blade. The Peddler explained, "Ah, you are interested yes? This particular piece of weapon art is called a Gunblade, fusion of firepower and hand-to-hand combat! One of the most unique items you will ever see, yes?".

The seller of wares soon sees the readers now looking interested, his smile never leaving as he put the weapon down in the back of his stall. He then said, "Ah, you all are interested in the exceptionally rare. Then I believe that this will most interest you all. Behold!". He pulls out from his sleeve a small, bronze-colored lamp that looked quite ordinary and plain.

The Arabian man put forth, "Do not be fooled by its common appearance. Like so many things, it is not what is outside… but what is inside that counts. You see, this lamp changed the course of one's man life. In fact, said man is now living in the palace with his lady love, the princess! Would you like to hear the tale?".

However, before anything else could happen… a shot of black-green energy came forth from the side and struck the Peddler! He let out a yelp as the energy turned out to be magic, as it grew to be a tendril and wrapped completely around the seller! The man was caught off-guard, now wrapped up with his arms & limbs bound up with the energy around his mouth and muffling his surprised cries.

The readers turn to the direction the magic came from… and saw a portal of stars emerge from empty space, a hole in space and time! Emerging from the tear in reality were two beings. One of them was a very alluring woman who was also an anthro; half-human & half-animal!

She had the features of a housecat on her face, but with no tail. She wore an Egyptian-style outfit of a red tank top with small pointed shoulder guards & the lower half having red robe-covering that started just below her midriff and ended near her ankles where some of the red ended & was replaced by gold. The fabric looked to be made of silk, which indicated that it was quite expensive. She had a unique-looking belt made of gold that was adorned with a large red ruby. The anthro woman had golden armbands near her shoulder area.

Her hair was done in the style of the Egyptians that lived MANY miles from the land of Agrabah, the top adorned with an Egyptian-style crown with a king cobra headpiece on top of it. Her eyes were green, feline-shaped and quite alluring. In fact, all of her was alluring as she had the body that would make most women jealous & eager to have.

The other being was completely human, but looked so gorgeous and alluring that most would take her for a goddess. She had silky black hair that was made into a ponytail with a large golden piece maintaining it, black eyes on her face that had a very seductive look that was currently on, lips red and very kissable in the form of a seductive smirk, bronze-colored skin that looked so soft and supple to touch… and a figure that was so amazing that it would drive men crazy with lust!

She had on only a red harem outfit, showing off her delightful curves on her body with a large golden armband that was near her right-shoulder area. Directly on the middle of her forehead was a ruby jewel & a golden anklet on her right ankle.

The anthro cat smirked, looking to the readers and saying, "Oh, I do apologize for startling all of you like this. I hope you don't mind, but we wanted to tell our tale to you.".

The human beauty put forth, "Greetings to all of you, ladies and gentlemen readers out there. My name is Maram, and my friend here is Mirage the queen of Morbia. It is a pleasure to meet you all.". The two bow to the readers in the 4th wall with a style and grace that is most refined, showing they had class and standards.

Mirage put in, "Again, we apologize for the sudden intrusion… but we believe that another tale must be told. One… that exists in an alternate reality. A reality that was made by possible by our husband & Master… Sora.". She said the last part with a small dramatic flair, adding some mystery to the announcement.

Maram continued on, "You see, we come from an alternate universe. It is right beside this current one we are in. In that world, another hero existed that changed the course of life for not only the kingdom here… but for multiple ones all over various other worlds! And also our lives as well.".

The anthro beauty reached behind her back, pulling from a secret subspace pocket… a sword that took the shape and form of a key! The hilt was brown with the guards curved to resemble the shape of a heart, a dull-brown/gold coloring. However, the blade was a bright golden color with a sharp edge fin near the base of it. Near the tip of the blade, it turned brown color like copper or bronze where it bent like a hook but with curved setting like pincers. On the end of the hilt was a keychain that had a lamp… the same one that was now lying beside the Peddler on the ground!

Said man now looked shocked, soon leaping up and down while yelling something that was muffled by the black-green magic tendril. It seemed that seeing the unusual weapon triggered something powerful.

Mirage looked to the audience still, ignoring the Peddler. She spoke, "My new friends, this here is called a Keyblade. It is the weapon that our master/husband uses that comes in variety of shapes and sizes, each with their own unique capabilities.".

Maram put forth, "This weapon is also a legendary one, as certain Chosen Ones can wield them and Sora is one of them. With this blade, he can lock & unlock new worlds that one could only dream of! And also to enter the very world's core, or heart as one would put it.".

The anthro sorceress looked to the readers and stated, "Come everyone, we go to show you our world and to tell you a story that will really surprise you!".

She then thrusted the Keyblade into the air itself, where it seemed to go into a void like a key would into a keyhole. Mirage turned the blade like a key… and from the very space itself appeared a large, black keyhole! Another rent in time and space had opened up to a whole other universe! Mirage took out the weapon, both her and Maram looking to the readers with smiles on their faces as they walked into the keyhole.

The readers followed, soon engulfed by a bright white light as they were quickly whisked away to another dimension… one that would tell the story of a hero who was destined to wield the weapon of legend... and apparently have a harem at the women's insistence!

It has begun!

(Author's Notes: And… cut! That is it for the prologue here! I hope you liked this one! Again, my Author friend edowdle came up with the idea of making a rather large & interesting harem for Sora! Who is in it and why it came to be? Well… you'll just have to wait and find out what occurs!

Also, hope you liked the Easter Eggs I put in it. In addition, I got the inspiration from the readers going through the keyhole from one of my very favorite cartoon series of all-time! It was from Hanna-Barbera's The Greatest Adventures: Stories from the Bible!
