Hello everyone. It is I, the phoenix, and unfortunately, this is NOT a new Chapter, but I do have an IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT, so please read through this. I won't take up too much of your time.

EDIT: THERE WAS A GLITCH IN THE POLL, BUT NOW ITS WORKING, SO THE POLL SHOULD BE VISIBLE ON MY PROFILE. PLEASE VOTE ON IT, AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE POSTED YOUR VOTES IN THE REVIEWS PLEASE PUT IT IN THE POLL! I APOLOGIZE DEEPLY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

I've been watching A Certain Magical Index, and fell in love with it almost immediately. Seriously, where was it in my life before now?

Anyways, as usual, I had half a dozen different story ideas to choose from, so I wanted to create a Poll to see which one you guys want me to do first, and to see if you have any suggestions of your own. As always, I am excited and bursting with new ideas, and some of these have the potential to be GREAT.

Some of you may be wondering if I should really be posting new stories when I have almost eight going right now, so I have to tell you guys this;

THE STARDUST CRUSADE, THE MASKS WE WEAR, AND UP IN ARMS ARE ALL CURRENTLY ONE-SHOTS, WHILE EVENT HORIZON IS CURRENTLY ON HIATUS AS I MAKE SOME EDITS AND REVISIONS TO IT. Depending on how much they were liked, I decided to go ahead and update them. The thing is, I have many ideas, so I like to capture the good ones by writing down at least a chapter or two and then storing away my notes on the subject until I can get back to it, essentially preserving my creative streaks.

So... I wanted to set up this Poll to see which one you guys want first. Also, if you haven't watched Index, then please do, because it is a GREAT anime with some AMAZING characters, and unlike Infinite Dendrogram, whose glory is only revealed theough the Light Novels, the anime is actually REALLY good.

So, without further ado, here are the choices!

{THIS POLL WILL BE UP FOR A WEEK, AND THEN I WILL RELEASE A CHAPTER OF WHICHEVER IDEA WAS THE MOST POPULAR IN THE POLL WHILE SHELVING THE REST FOR THE TIME BEING}

1) A Certain Extraterrestrial Ring (Index/Green Lantern):

Touma Kamijou didn't think he could get into much trouble in a place like Academy City. After all, the City of Science was a place where his chronic misfortune would never be held against him. However, an encounter with an ALIEN of all things, a certain green ring, and a hastily spoken oath leads to Touma somehow becoming a SUPER SPACE-COP with the cheesiest name ever. Now, apart from his unfortunate daily life, remedial classes, and zap-happy tsundere brunettes, Touma has to deal with aliens, malevolent entities, and things just downright made NO SENSE. Well, there was nothing he could do now but roll with it, and hope his Will was strong enough to save him from an angry red giant with an evil pet alien cat, yellow losers who tried to lay their inferiority complexes on others, a greedy orange guy with too much time on his hands, purple hippies who talked way too much about peace, blue suck-ups who kept following him around, and a pink nympho who seemed to have made trying to get into his pants her life mission. Safe to say, things would never be the same, all thanks to A Certain Extraterrestrial Ring.

A story where our poor Touma becomes a Green Lantern, and has to deal with the shenanigns that follow. Now, along with the Magic and Science Sides, he also has to deal with alien threats that move towards Earth as well. With a Will like his, though, he'll definitely become a great Green Lantern. After what Orthinus put him through, the fact that he came out on top means that he can trash Hal Jordan with little effort. I'm not sure whether I'll include the greater DC Universe later, but for now, only Green Lantern stuff is crossed over. Pairings are undecided, but this is Index, meaning the harem must be fed.

2) A Certain Magical Grail War (Index/Fate Stay Night):

Touma Kamijou wasn't someone who could ignore a person in need, even if he had to venture to Hell besides them to get them out. When he saves a mysterious purple-haired lady from getting assaulted by some as*hole calling himself her 'Master', he finds himself being dragged into a secret conflict that is now taking place in Academy City; The Holy Grail War. With the assistance of the woman he saved and the power contained within his right fist, Touma must face down some of humanity's Greatest Heroes if he is to have a chance of protecting the City he called home and the people he cared about. But something lurks quietly in the shadows, waiting for the opportunity to strike... Only one question is left; what truly is The Holy Grail War?

A story where Touma saves Medea from her (former) Master, and has to participate in the Holy Grail War in order to keep innocent people from getting hurt. Masters from different timelines may be present, but know one thing; this Grail War will be one to remember. Main pairing is harem, obviously, but focused on ToumaxMedea in the beginning, anyways. He may possibly summon his own Servant, but I'll decide that if this idea actually gets chosen.

3) A Certain Magical Grand Order (Index/ Fate Grand Order):

Touma Kamijou was someone regarded as a Jinx. A plague. Someone who would only cause harm. That was all everyone ever told him, and even in Academy City that stigma didn't fully fade. Then why did everyone keep saying he was 'The Last Master', and why did they think he could save THE WORLD? He was only ten, for crying out loud! Wait, summoning Ancient Heroes and using them as soldiers to fix human history? HOW DID THAT EVEN WORK?! Touma was confused, but deep in his heart, he knew one thing; he would do everything in his power to make sure that Human Order was preserved...

Hmmm, would sitting on Berserker's shoulders make him look more imposing?

A FGO story where a young Touma is the last Master of Chaldea, and has to save humanity. Despite the summary, the details of this story are liable to change, such as Touma maybe being older, the story following the events after he saved humanity and reaching into canon, etc. This one is probably the one I'm the least confident about, if I were to be real honest. But the gist of it is simple, even if the content may change; Touma is in the Grand Orders, enough said. He and EMIYA can bond over their E-Rank Luck, although Touma's is no doubt way worse than even his.

4) A Certain Unfortunate Phantom Thief (Index/Persona 5):

Touma knew that following the talking cat probably was NOT a good idea. Unfortunately for him, he did, and finds out about the dimension that ran just beneath the surface of their own; the Metaverse, where the Shadows of humanity reside. Later meeting a hook-nosed man callng himself Igor, Touma learns that he's the only person who can save the World... from itself. More importantly, the distorted desires of the people who occupied it. With his newfound Persona powers, his pet cat, and his trusty right fist, Touma must steal the Hearts of those who threaten the safety of his World, and fight against the mysterious threat that looms over them all. Maybe that task would have been easier... if he wasn't living smack dab in a city known for having the highest amount of Espers in the World, people whose power LITERALLY CAME FROM DISTORTED DESIRES.

This was just his rotten luck at work. He just knew it.

A Story that is my personal favorite out of all the ones I've posted here today. A story where Touma becomes a Phantom Thief after following Morgana into a Palace on accident, and awakening his Persona, Odysseus (Fate Grand Order Version, who looks like a boss). This idea came up when I realized that the Personal Realities that Espers used in order to get and develop their powers were BASICALLY Palaces. I have some AMAZING PLANS for this one, such as having Touma go to SPACE in order to reach Misaka's Palace in the ruins of Tree Diagram, the Kihara Family all sharing a SINGLE PALACE, and stealing the hearts of people like Meltdowner in order to make them better human beings. The twist is that Touma and Morgana are basically alone, since Espers and Magicians cannot enter Palaces due to their personal beliefs interfering with the process, leaving Touma, whose Imagine Breaker is neither, to become the Phantom Thief that the World needs. The amazing thing is that he is a Judgement Officer in this story by day, and a Phantom Thief by night. An epic saga that makes me shiver in excitement just thinking about it.

5) A Certain Unfortunate Pokemon Ranger (Index/Pokemon):

Academy City. A place that served as the forefront of Pokemon research and technological development, a place where people and Pokemon could connect in manners unlike anything the rest of the World had ever seen. In this World where people and Pokemon live together happily, Touma is a lonely teenager without a Pokemon of his own, and yearns for the companionship such a Bond provided. His wish comes true when he comes across a strange Pokemon he and manages to befriend it. However, this action drags Touma and his new Partner, Silvally, onto the trail of a grand conspiracy that could tear the Pokemon World apart. As a newly minted Pokemon Ranger, Touma resolves to do everything in his power to keep the peace and ensure happiness for humans and Pokemon alike. Now, if only he could avoid breaking his Capture Styler for no reason...

Wait, Silvally, leave the poor Alcremie alone!

A Pokemon and Index fic I personally like very much, as it explores the idea of Touma being a Pokemon Ranger, as a part of Judgement. The reason Pokemon don't like him actually has a good explanation, which actually blends his Imagine Breaker with a bit of Pokemon lore, and he does have a team, though he collects them completely by accident, and only Silvally is really good for battle. Of course, he gets him as a Type: Null, discovering the dark side of Academy City in the process, but I suppose the point still stands. A nice take on the Pokemon Universe being fused with Index. A story where Touma has to deal with both his misfortune and his murder-happy partner, Silvally.

Oh, and a little secret about Accelerator; his partner Pokemon was a Zigzagoon.

Anyways, those are all the ideas I had. You can select more than one, and I'll do whichever one comes out on top after a week. If you guys have any ideas of your own, then please tell me in the Reviews or PM me. I'm open to suggestions about the ideas listed here as well so don't worry about that.

That is all I wanted to say, so thanks for your time.

Next update is The Tale of Dekiru, followed by Event Horizon, which I REALLY should get to cleaning up.

Spatialphoenix here, burning to ashes.
