Code Stratos

Summary: During the Emblem of Blood period of Britannian history, a once in a lifetime event occurred which would forever alter the course of history. This event resulted in history being split two ways, one would forever be bound by the chains of oppression and deception while the other would forever be free from said chains.

Now 60 years later, an anomaly wishes to forcefully bring the two back together in such a way that will result in the deaths of both worlds unless one of two things happen: the first is the elimination of the anomaly (manifesting as bloodthirsty monstrosities) and the second is what could only be described as a world-scale protocol wherein a handpicked group of gunslingers, mercenaries, and special individuals, each from the two universes, will be sent to the past/present to fight in a tournament were the stakes are high and, since the worlds are basically mirror reflections of one another, the battle rooster can only be described as: IT'S ME VS ME. Grab your guns, sharpen your blades and prepare for the fight of your lives, LET OPERATION STRATOS BIGIN!

(Electronic female announcer voice): SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!

The year was a.t.b Wednesday, August 11, 1965, in the period known as the Emblem of Blood, twin siblings Charles zi Britannia and his elder brother Vincent zi Britannia lost their mother to yet another attempt by their 'siblings' to 'eliminate the competition' for the 'right' to ascend to the throne. The two barely made it to a nearby cave alive due to their injuries, thankfully Vincent was the one who always prepares for the worst, hence why they had food for at least five days. Their time in the cave was one of hardship, that is until the second day when Vincent got curious and investigated the cave, finding an altar to the phenomenon known as Geass.

Almost like he was possessed, young Vincent reached out to touch the altar, little did he know that his actions would forever change the way the world worked, in more ways than one. This action resulted in a paradox event that split his world in two: in the first world, he gained the power of Geass and eventually evolved it to the state of both immortality and the ability to grant said power to others. Along side his brother, they set out with their most trusted allies to build a weapon that (if successful) would grant them the power to 'slay God' and create a 'Grand World without Lies'. As they continued to work towards their ideal, the path would become stained with the blood of both enemies/allies and innocent alike, for in their eyes said lives meant nothing so long as 'God' (the collective consciousness) remained and as such they didn't threat anybody (outside of themselves) as human, not even their own family.

While in the second world, almost like a coincidence, a quantum fluctuation (which travels all over and is rarely in the same place twice or for long) happened to interfere with the transference of power and as a result, the phenomenon known as Geass disappeared from the word along with its influence on the people, for those who wielded the 'Power of Kings' they lost their abilities in exchange for other abilities that weren't limited to just the mind (manipulating the elements and even teleportation became possible) and, almost like a spell has been lifted from them, the members of the Imperial Royal Family woke up quite confused as to why they were planning each other's demise while a certain green haired immortal (head of a secret research group for her abilities) lost the 'Code' that brought nothing but pain to her. After a few years of careful investigation, her group came to the discovery that Geass along with the collective human unconsciousness that created it have not only been destroyed, but also proven to be an actual 'meta-physical' being influencing and limiting humanity as a whole. Now with its destruction and scattering, humanity can access their full potential, leading to the development of 'superpowers' which allowed them to further accelerate their progress and development to the point of being the most advanced of the two worlds.

Now 60 years later, a great cataclysm encroaches on both worlds and none of them are any wiser as to what is to come.

That is of course, until one day when two young children (a boy and girl, siblings) suddenly appeared from what eyewitnesses can only described as a 'hole in the sky'.

WELL, THIS IS IT. I DID MY BEST AND AM SORRY IF IT ISNT ANY GOOD, BUT LIKE I SAID IN MY PROFILE, I'M NOT MUCH OF A WRITER. I PRETTY MUCH JUST WROTE THIS TO GET THE IDEA OUT AND PERHAPS GET THE ATTENTION OF FOLKS WHO CAN MAKE THIS MUCH BETTER THAN I EVER COULD, BUT IF YOU LIKE WERE I'M GOING, THEN LET ME KNOW AND I'LL WORK ON THE NEXT CHAPTER AS SOON AS I'M ABLE.
