Amanda's POV

Once upon a time, there was a gloom who isn't a real gloom, just like her sister. I'm that gloom. One day, she got married to her new wed: Grim. I was actually at the wedding. I didn't even want to even speak to my sister for that reason. So, after the wedding, I was forced to live with both of them. Every time they kiss loudly and it is so rude, especially in Jollywood, everybody in Jollywood can't stand it, and so we can't have Jollywood to deal with them.

So, here I am. I really don't like it here. I feel like dealing my my sister doing kissy noises with me around. I was just getting my mushrooms I gathered and wanted to collect them or sell them. I always make sure I grab my jar and my box with mushrooms while my sister and her new husband discuss how to take over Jollywood.

"Mandy Wandy, where do you think you're going?" My sister, Hildy tried stopping me as I was about to depart from the house. "You're not going out to the outside, are you?"

"No, I am not. I'm only going mushroom hunting."

"No you're not."

"Watch me."

"Don't you dare say that to me, Mandy."

"At least I don't do kissy noises in public, it's very rude."

"Mandy, I don't need to back talk to me."

"I'm only going to collect and sell mushrooms and that's it. I'm trying not to get into yours and Grim's business."

"Whatever…"

I can always win an argument against my sister no doubt. While they're trying to think of plans, I went out and looked for mushrooms. As walking through the forest, seeing the animals come towards me makes me feel like a Snow White from the movie. Squirrels, birds, rabbits, even skunks and deer came toward me. I didn't expect this many creatures come toward me. I feel just like Snow White.

"Hello, Manda." That was Adrian, the love of my life. He was dripping some water onto plants for his kingdom. I saw his plant arms dropping water to the trees and it seems he loves being around forests and creatures.

"It's been a long time, how's everything?" He asked me.

"I'm still stuck with my sister and my brother in law.."

"I can tell how much you don't like it here."

"Absolutely. I wish I was in Jollywood right now. Not stuck at my sister's.."

"I really do not like Hildy treating you like a prisoner."

"Of course I have to not go near Jollywood or else my sister will threaten to transform me into a hideous creature like what happened in the Princess and the Frog where the Princess turned into a frog."

"I can literally take you in. my kingdom loves you when I brought you in there, especially my mom and dad. They will gladly take you."

"What if my sister finds out?"

"I will defend you. She needs to figure out how to get out of your privacy."

"Adri, I listen to Hildy and Grim talk about their plans to take over Jollywood all the time. They talk about the group of dwarfs called 'The 7D' and they talk about getting back at a queen."

"Here, if your sister threatens to turn you into a hideous creature, you can stop by my kingdom. We will be glad to help you stay as long as you need."

"Thank you, sweetheart. I really appreciate you and your love towards me. I really appreciate you a lot."

Ironically, I saw Hildy and Grim walk out of the house due to them spying on whoever is in Jollywood until they saw Adrian with me.

"You nasty, drat, full of weeds, you stay away from my not so gloomy sister!" Hildy screamed as Adrian was about to bring his plant hands.

"Not on my watch." Adrian lashed out as Hildy used a made-up spell to get me back with her and Grim.

"Making sure my not so gloomy sister is okay, make her come back to me without a trace and be okay!"

It caused me to be back with them.

"Drat! That Hildy is a huge threat to me because she took my one true love!"

Back at the home, Hildy and I are both arguing. I feel like we both argue for no reason. Grim is always by Hildy's side because he loves Hildy so much.

"What were you thinking, Mandy?" She started getting angry with me, Grim trying to calm her down.

"Hildy-Wildy, it wasn't her fault. I understand she was going to do something but she must've forgot it, right?" Grim was trying to calm Hildy down.

"Adrian is my boyfriend and he loves me very much." I was trying to defend what I did. Originally I was going to collect mushrooms. I found him while collecting. No joke.

"Mandy Wandy I want you to stay here without that plant guy here!"

"Sis, he's my boyfriend. He always visits me."

"I don't care! I don't need you to be around him!"

"You can't tell me what to do, you're not Mother or Father!"

"Oh yeah?" Hildy grew even angrier.

"Mandy don't worry, she does this to me all the time. My Hildy Wildy. Can you hear me? Earth to Hildy?" Grim was still calming her down but nothing seemed to work at all.

"Grim, please go away for a couple of minutes. This is between me and her."

"Alrighty. If you need me, let me know." Grim went back to his room which is also Hildy's.

"Really? You're really in love with a plant guy? Those are gross!" Hildy did not like how that plant boy and yourself get along. You are NOT going in that kingdom."

"Who says you have the power of my authority?"

"I have full authority of you!"

"Uh, no you don't. I am my own person."

"Yes I do!"

"No you don't, I basically can leave this house whenever I want."

"Yes I do. I have magic to get you back here!"

"Well, I got animals and plants to help me with that."

"Who got you doing that? Plant boy?"

"Stop calling him a plant boy! He is half plant half human but you cannot call him that Hildy! I can hang out with him whenever I want and I will go to Jollywood or Adrian's kingdom one day!"

"If you do that, I will transform you into a hideous creature!"

"Oh here we go, again with the disrespect on turning people into a hideous creature and you do the same thing to Grim! By that threat, I have had it with you being needy and being strict with me leaving this house. That does it! I am out of here!" I was offended of what Hildy said she'd turn me into a hideous creature if I disobeyed her. I really do not like it. I immediately left and started crying.

"Mandy Wandy?" Grim saw me running out so he tried to come to me, but I saw Adrian come out and put him in his place. "Wait! Come back!"

"Sorry Grim, I wish Hildy wasn't strict towards Manda. I wouldn't want your wife trying to hunt her down." Adrian said as I was going to stay over in Jollywood to calm myself down blocking his path to get me back into the house. "Hey Manda, you're good. They're not going to hunt you down anymore."

"Thank you. I'm off to Jollywood to go relax. I'm going to find an empty cabin. We can go in the forest all the time now."

"Have a good time. Come back to the forest and let me know how that went." Adrian was happy I got out of that dark house full of magic.

I successfully found an empty cabin so I went in and fell asleep inside the empty cabin. It had 7 beds and I only slept in one of them. Luckily no one was home so I slept in. It was so dark outside that I yawned really badly of how tired I was after all the drama that went down in between Hildy and I.
