"Quit trying to be normal Jack, you were clearly meant to do something more!" Miko said enthusiastically.

"Sorry Miko, But I think normal suits me just fine!" the raven-haired teen shot back.

"HMPT!" Miko replied before leaving.

After the wreaker was gone, he shut the garage door and started to think of what led him to be here.

*flashback*

It was a quite day in Amity park when it happened, Vlad finally got bold and went directly after the Fenton's.

The fight that followed would leave only Maddie and Danny alive afterwards.

Not even his best friends survived.

Collateral damage, and multiple fatalities for all the families of Amity Park.

It ended with Vlad being arrested and charged with robbery, assault, murder, and election fraud.

And will help from the guys in white, which Shocked Danny and Maddie after Danny revealed himself to his mom and Dad, they offered to help them move if they wanted to.

They took the shady organizations condolences and offer and moved out of town.

To a small town in the middle nowhere known as Jasper Nevada.

During this time Danny learned of a new ability, an ability to change one's appearance and changing someone else's appearance.

Danny didn't do much, but he did make his eyes a darker blue.

As for his mother, Maddie thought it was best to make it seem like Danny's looks came from her.

So, Danny gave his mother raven hair and stormy blue eyes.

The two looked alike to the point where no one would question if they were related.

The GIW offered Maddie a grant to go back to school if she wanted. She took it without hesitation.

They would be ecto-scientist at heart but, she was going to need another career if she wanted to pay bills.

After the move Danny and Maddie change their names to hide their past from anyone who might try and use it against them.

Maddie took her grandmothers name, June Darby. She figured it would be pushing times back enough to cover their Tracks.

Danny took his father's name. he loved his dad, if there was any way to show it, it would be that way

Sam and Tucker's family moved shortly after as well, to where Jack wasn't sure, but he didn't really care, the Manson's hated his guts before Sam was killed, he figured it wasn't worth trying to keep track of them.

The Foley's were a slightly different story.

He didn't particularly hate them per say, and they didn't hate him, but the only reason they ever really spoke was because of his friendship with Tucker.

And then there was his sister, Jazz. She could be a spazz, but he loved her for it. He never had a chance to tell her about his powers before the attack, he should have…

*end flashback*

"If you had any idea of what I was capable of Miko, you'd understand why I'd rather be normal than play with aliens…"

He whispered to himself.

Monday

"You've Gotta be kidding me?!" Jack muttered to himself.

Here in front of him was the A-list from Casper High, Dash was holding Raf by the collar of his shirt.

"I asked you a question Pipsqueak! Is Danny Phantom in this little Town?!"

"I have only heard rumors of some one known as 'Phantom' in town, No first name!" Raf said fearfully

"Pfff, Just 'Phantom" lame! I want to see him!" Came a Latina's voice.

Jack covered his Face in embarrassment.

Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked to his right to see Sierra with a look of worry on her face.

"Can I talk to you for a minute Jack?" she asked.

Jack looked back at the crowd before he looked at Sierra.

"Sure…"

The two walked over to a corner before Jack asked what wrong.

After the Darby's moved into town the Thomson's greeted them with welcome gifts and Jack and Sierra struck up a quick friendship.

Over time the two became inseparable, the did everything together, they spared, they went to the range and did many other things that normal friends would do.

It reminded Jack of the time he had with Sam and Tucker.

Over time Jack started to feel something for her, but he didn't want to say anything because he wasn't going to throw the friendship that the two had over a fantasy.

Sierra held her hand up to Jack's face. Only for it to disappear in front of them.

Jack blinked, he had to make sure he wasn't seeing things.

As soon as her hand was gone in came back.

She held up her other hand as it did the same thing.

Jack's eye's widened and he grabbed her by the shoulders and buried the girl's hands in his chest before she said anything.

"When did this start to happen?" Jack asked her.

"This morning, when I was brushing my teeth…" she said quietly.

Jack's eyes narrowed; he was going to have to talk to Frostbite about this.

Jack exhaled and looked over his shoulder to make sure no one was listening in before he said anything, "Okay, I need you to listen to me, through the day I need you to stay calm and collected, don't do anything that will get your heart rate up. I have an idea of what that was, but for now it's just a theory."

Sierra looked at him strangely, "How would you have an idea of what this was?"

He chuckled slightly, "Trust me, you don't live in Amity Park and not see a few strange things."

That was the basic story that everyone understood about the Darby's.

They moved from Amity Park after a ghost attack killed his older sister, dad and two best friends.

His smile brought her to an ease.

The bell rung for the start of the classes for the day.

"Come on, I'll walk you to your first class." Jack said with an encouraging smile.

She smiled back, good ole Jack Darby, he knew how calm her down.

"Maybe I should tell him how I feel…?" she thought to herself.

It was quite clear that he cared about her with how fast he reacted when he saw her hands disappear.

The only question was how did he have "an idea" as to what was going on?

"I'll talk to you after I get off work tonight, okay?" Jack spoke as they reached her first class.

"Okay…" she said.

"And remember…"

"I know… I know Take it easy!" She said with a smile, she kissed him on the cheek.

"Thank you, Jack!" she said sincerely.

"You're welcome!" he said before he walked off to his own homeroom.

He stepped in to the classroom right before the bell rang and sat down.

It had been about two years since his mom and him had come to Jasper.

And while no one really questioned the why or the how, the main thing anyone asked was the when's.

Among the townsmen the main "when" was "When were Jack Darby and Sierra Thomson going to start dating?"

The second was "When was June going to get her doctorate in Medicine?"

Jack sat quietly in his desk in his art history class, it was going to be a long class period, he could already tell.

Suddenly he felt something he hadn't felt in a very long time.

His ghost sense, has just been triggered.

Uh-oh…

So, lets address the elephant in the room…

Jack Darby, once known as Danny Fenton, is Half Ghost.

And to clarify the flash back.

The GIW in this story are the good guys with mixed understanding of ghost.

June Darby was once known as Maddie Fenton.

Maddie knew that her son was half ghost.

Dan Phantom never made an appearance in this timeline.

Jazz really knew about Danny being half ghost but was wanting to let Danny tell her on his own.

June is now a nurse at the hospital and Jack is still working at the roach invested diner known as KO-Burger

And it's been two years since the Fenton's left Amity Park and since the Darby's moved into Jasper Nevada

And yes, Dani Phantom is part of this story, just as soon as I find a good place to put her…
