"What is it like to be an IT guy? You tinker with gadgets and explore the insides of a machine. Better yet, you can go inside of a computers memory and see all the programs it holds. You also have the power to control its fate. You can blue screen it, smash it, drown it, anything you want to do you can do it. However, when working in the IT industry, you lose some basic human properties. Social life. You'll be working on some project for so long that you won't have enough time to hang out with anyone. Further more, you'll be at your desk hunched over like an Igor serving it's master. To end things off: it's a small price to pay for a career of a life time."

Today is a big day for the participants of project "Zoo". The participants are going on a large space ship which will travel across the Milkyway to an advanced civilization called "Zootopia". The inhabitants there are similar on the inside but have different physical features compared to humans. These beings are anthropomorphic versions of the animals on earth. They talk, walk, and act as if they were human. What makes this discovery even more fascinating is the Solar System they are located in is exactly the same as the human Solar System.

This has fascinated researchers all around the world. So many theories were thrown away and some are actually true now thanks to the discovery of this world. Scientists speculate that the world in which Zootopia resides was once inhabited by humans but one day a scientist created the anthropomorphic animals through genetic manipulation. How? The scientist carefully removed human DNA and replaced some animal DNA with the human DNA causing the animal to mutate into a humanoid figure in just one night. Soon, the humanoid animals attacked, knowing that the humans disturbed their habitats and ruined landscapes. This began a full scale war between human and animals where the animals won the war. Sounds crazy.

Humanity first contacted the city of Zootopia when astronomers received a radio frequency from a distant planetary system in the Milky Way. The year is 2100 and Humanity has advanced technology which transmits radio frequencies faster than the speed of light. The anthropomorphic race had the same technology but were very impressed when we talked about holographic screens and space travel. They were so impressed that they invited us to their planet. Of course we accepted because we just got invited by an alien civilization almost as advanced as us.

This is where our story begins. Michael, an IT specialist, was given the opportunity to join 100 participants in the journey to Zootopia, hence the name "project Zoo". When they make it to Zootopia, they will be greeted by the mayor along with several Zootopian scientists. Then, the participants will be sent to a special hotel in the city centre that was built to support mammals the size of lions and other big cats. After all that, the 100 participants will be set free to study topics related to their field of work. The participants have six months to gather as much intel as they can as well as sharing human technology with the anthropomorphic race.

Along with michael, there are 4 more IT people. The IT teams job is to share human technology with the anthropomorphic race. Police and military will be there to show weapons and tactic humans use in security. Biologists are sent there to make sure the participants are safe from foreign diseases and to protect anthropomorphs from human diseases. Physicists will be there to teach the anthropomorphic race about light speed and space travel. Finally, the medical team, for, you know, medical shit. With these brave participants, they will be honoured as the first people to set foot on an alien world.

Michael sets foot onto the catwalk that connects the elevator to the intergalactic space ship. His heart races in anxiety but his brain rushes with anticipation. He should not feel afraid; he has his trusty AI, TRI-P4u1, and the latest google glasses model to keep him in check. His space suit is grass green and his helmet visor is pure bronze, like the military sun glasses. He walks with the group of participants to the ship, everything seems to be in slow motion. To his left, Michael sees his long time buddy, Joseph, and to Michael's right, Sarah, his best friend since day 1. They never back down from a favour and they all support each other until days end.

Michael plops down into his seat, once he enters the ship. The ships AI lowers a baggage deposit for Michael to put his gadgets in. "Don't you dare forget about me," P4u1 says to Michael. Michael smirks, "don't worry, dude. You're probably in safe hands." P4u1's reticle turns red, "fuck you mean 'probably'?!" P4u1's System shuts down as the ship starts its engines. The whirring of the engines turns to roaring and the roaring turns into vibrations. The time has come. One small step for man, one big galactic leap for man kind!
