"He's a loser. He's weak. I just wish I could get rid of him…" Dipper hung his head as he closed the door and started to walk down the hallway. "Pinetree," Dipper turned around and came face to… eye… with Bill. "What do you want Bill?" Dipper said as he turned around and started walking. Bill followed close behind. "Kid, listen." Dipper paused and turned around. They were now in a black and white room with 2 chairs and a table. "Can we talk?" Bill asked as he floated over to a chair. "Why? What would you gain by talking to me? A 'loser'." If Bill had a face he would be frowning. "Pinetree, Listen. I know you probably dont like me but just listen." Dipper looked up a bit and sighed as he sat in one of the chairs, signaling him to continue. "You are not a loser and you most certainly are not weak. Honestly you are the strongest person I know. And that's a lot coming from an immortal demon." Bill paused and looked at Dipper. The pre-teen looked shocked. "Bill?" "Why are you talking to me? Really?" Bill knew Dipper didn't mean it in a rude way, he just wanted to know why he was taking his time to talk to Dipper. "I, I don't know. But I know maybe I can help you with some things if you want." Bill didn't know why he was being rather 'nice' to the kid. Dipper sniffed and wiped his eyes so tears didn't fall. "I would like that." Bill nodded (somehow) and got up. He teleported the two to the hallway where they were before. "Listen Pinetree. I have to 'try' to 'complete' this deal." Bill put quotes on try and deal. "You don't want to?" Dipper asked. "No. I don't. But I can't go back on deals unless Gideon calls it off." "What if I try to 'stop' you?" Dipper offers. Bill's eye lit up and he could almost be bouncing. "Thank you Pinetree." Dipper nodded "Ok. What about this…"

"I'll be watching!" Bill's voice echoed through Stan's mind. Before he disappeared he glanced at Dipper. The boy smiled slightly as the demon vanished.

The Pines just got the shack back and Dipper went straight to bed.

Dipper was in his favorite spot in the gravity falls forest, the grass was emerald green, with beautiful flowers sprouting up, the trees were about 25 feet each, and there was a clear running river. Dipper was at peace. "Hey Pinetree." Bill said as he sat himself down next to the boy. Dipper sat up and faced the demon. "Hey Bill. So you wanted to talk about something?" "Yeah. So Pinetree, you know how I make deals and stuff right?" Dipper nodded wondering where this is going. "And I can't go into your dimension without making one. I wanted to make a deal," Dipper cocked his head. "What would it be?' He asked. Bill looked at Dipper. "I want to make a weird deal, I've never tried it before so it would be new. I was thinking something along the lines of, you keeping me hidden in your dimension and I can help you or something..." Bill squeezed his eye shut. Why was he so nervous? Dipper thought about it for a minute, "How about this," Dipper brought up a screen in front of him (since its his dream) "How about I can hide you in my dimension and you can help me only when I ask for it or definitely need help, and we can also talk whenever we both have nothing to do." The screen Dipper made showed what he meant by a few ways, "You could be human, unless you can't do that, or you can be an object that I can carry around with little suspicion towards me or said object." Bill was surprised by the well thought out plan that Dipper had. "Well, I can shape shift but I don't have much say in what I look like when I'm human." Bill said as he watched the screen. "Can you show me what you look like as a human?" Bill looked away from the screen as a bright light surrounded him. After a few seconds the light died down and in it's place was an 18 year old. He had straight yellow hair, pale skin, his eye was almost golden with a mix of brown, and a triangle eye-patch over the other, he also had a yellow sweatshirt with one eye in the middle with a bow-tie beneath it, and some black pants. Dipper looked at Bill and blushed. 'He's kinda cute' Dipper thought as he willed his blush down."Aww thanks Pinetree." Bill said with a super cheeky grin. "Bill, you're an idiot." Dipper said with a laugh. Bill looked over his form a bit in a mirror he summoned. "I don't think the human thing will work Pinetree." He said. "Yeah me neither. But what object would you be that won't look weird?" Dipper said in deep thought. They sat there for a few minutes, until Bill had an idea. "I got it!" He said while snapping his fingers. Bill became a necklace and hooked himself around Dipper's neck. "That could do." Dipper exclaimed while examining the necklace. It was a yellow triangle which would change colors based on Bill's mood. "And I can still talk to you. And don't worry, it's in your head." Bill said while going back to a human. Dipper was confused, "I like this form. I may keep it for a while." Bill said, answering Dippers question. "So, do we have a deal, Pinetree?" Bill said as he outstretched his hand which was engulfed in blue flames. Dipper looked at his hand in amazement for a few seconds then snapped out of it. Dipper shook Bill's hand. "Deal." Bill smiled as his eyes sparkled. "I'll be on your nightstand when you wake up. Don't tell anyone about this deal. Oh! And your sister isn't up yet." Bill said as Dipper's dream was fading. Dipper smiled and waved bye to Bill.

Dipper woke up to the sun on his face. He got up and stretched until he heard a satisfying pop. Remembering his dream he looked over to the nightstand. On top of a small pile of chapter books was a necklace with a yellow triangle hanging from it. Dipper put it around his neck and put on his hat. He got up and decided to go for a small morning walk. He grabbed a post-it note and stuck it on the fridge. "I went for a short morning walk. Be back before breakfast. -Dipper" And with that he was out the door.

"Hey Pinetree." Bill said about 10 feet from the shack. "Hey Bill. So what do you want to do? We have about 30 minutes." Dipper said, checking his watch. "I know this cool place in the forest. I could show you." Dipper made a hum in agreement as they walked further into the forest. Once they were far away from the Mystery Shack, Bill transformed into his human form. "Follow me." He said with a smile.

The 2 were walking for about 5 minutes. "Here. Walk into the bush." Dipper was confused but trusted Bill. He walked into the bush with Bill behind him. Dipper came out of the other side of the bush and his eyes widened in amazement. There was a pond and a waterfall. The water was clear, and rocks were surrounding the pond. "Bill, this is beautiful." Bill smiled and sat on a rock patting the one next to him signaling Dipper to sit. Dipper walked over and sat. He looked at the waterfall for what felt like forever.

Bill tapped the boy's shoulder. Dipper turned to Bill, "We should go, the 30 minutes are almost up." Dipper nodded as he hopped off of the rock he was sat on. They started to walk towards the shack. "Hey Bill?" Bill hummed signaling Dipper to continue. "Why did you help me? Like back in Stan's mind? You could have just let me be and I wouldn't have stopped you from getting the code for Gideon." Bill looked at Dipper. "I really don't know Pinetree. But I'm glad I did." Dipper blushed. "Me too. I can deal with Stan hating me as long as I have you." Bill stopped about 10 feet before the shack would come in view. Dipper turned around, stopping. Bill ran up to Dipper and hugged him. "Pinetree, I've never had a real friend. I'm glad I have you." Dipper froze at the demon's words. He put his arms around Bill's body and kneeled down to the woods floor. They stayed like that for a short time, then Dipper put his hands on Bill's shoulders and pulled back, "Bill. I will always be here. I know you had a weird past but I don't care. I'm your friend. Deal with it." Dipper and Bill laughed lightly. Bill looked at Dipper and smiled. "Thank you Dipper." They both smiled and got up. "Come on, I'll save you some food from breakfast." Dipper said as he stood up and helped Bill up too. Bill smiled and wiped his eyes from crying. He nods and smiles. Bill transforms back into a necklace as Dipper heads back towards the shack.

"Hey kid. Just in time for pancakes." Stan said as he sipped his coffee. Dipper tilted his head, "Don't you mean 'Stancakes'?" Stan shook his head. "Mabel made breakfast this morning." Dipper nodded as he walked to the kitchen. "Hey bro-bro. Want some pancakes?" Dipper nodded. "Can I have 3?" Mabel looked up. "Wow. You sure are hungry, huh Dip-n-dot?" Dipper laughed at his sister while she covered her pancakes in edible glitter. "Yeah. I'm going to go eat in the attic. I'll come down later." Mabel nodded before stuffing her mouth with glittered pancakes. Dipper rolled his eyes at his sister.

"Bill, want to try some pancakes?" Bill transformed back into his human form and nodded. "Here," Dipper paused, "You do know how to eat normally, right?" Dipper said skeptically while eyeing Bill. "Psh. Of course I do." Bill said while rolling his eye. Dipper took a pancake and ripped in in half. "Here. You can have the other half once you finish this one." Bill nodded while eating one half of his pancake.

Once the two were done they went downstairs. Mabel was about to head to the library. "Hey Dipper? Want to come with me to the library?" Mabel asked before she left. "Yeah, sure." 'Hey Pinetree? Where are we going?' Bill asked. 'Mabel invited us to the library. I wanted to get some more mystery books anyway, so we're going.' Dipper thought knowing Bill could hear him. Dipper and Mabel left for the library after yelling at Stan from across the house. "Grunkle Stan! Me and Dipper are going to the library! We'll be back before dinner!" Dipper tries not to flinch when Mabel yelled "Grunkle Stan." "Okay! Be careful!" Stan yelled back.

Dipper and Mabel were looking over the computer they found in the odd underground base. "Ugg. A password. Of course." Dipper went over to a shelf to get a dictionary. He started to type in the computer while Mabel was busy talking to a boy she has never met. 'Pinetree. Don't worry about the computer. Just see me tonight and we can talk.' Bill said as Dipper looked through the dictionary. Dipper sighed and closed the book. "Okay. I trust you, I'm going to go look for a book or two, tell me if you want anything I find." Dipper got up and walked to the mystery section of the library.

Mabel and Dipper got back to the shack around 6. "Hey kids, you're just in time for dinner." Stan yelled from the kitchen. Dipper grabbed 2 hamburgers and went up to the attic. "Dipper? Are you not going to stay down here?" Mabel asked while grabbing 2 buns. "No. I'm going to read a bit." Mabel nodded and went to the living room to watch some reruns of Ducktective.

"Bill, want some dinner?" Dipper asked as he set a hamburger down on the nightstand. "Yeah. What's it tonight?" Bill said as he came out and sat on Dipper's bed. "Stan made hamburgers." Bill grabbed the burger and took a bite out of it. "What ya reading Pinetree?" Dipper looked up from his book, "It's a book about greek mythology." Bill floated over and sat beside Dipper. "Pinetree," Dipper hummed. "Less than half correct information." Dipper sighed and closed the book. "Well that's expected." Bill looked at Dipper and snapped his fingers and the book that Dipper held was gone and replaced with a new book. "There. All the information in it is correct, yada, yada, yada. Your welcome." Dipper smiled. "Bill you're ridiculous." Bill smiles ear to ear. Dipper turns his head to an opening door. He was about to hide Bill but it was too late. From the other side of the room there was a high pitched scream. "OMG! Dipper, I didn't know you had friends?" Dipper's mood instantly soured at his sister's bad timing, and bad frazing.

Bill and Dipper just sat on Dippers bed. "What if she notices your… well, YOU?!" Dipper thought, knowing Bill would hear him. "Don't worry kid. I'm a Dream Demon, master of the mind. She wont find out." Bill said back. Mabel just sat on her bed swinging her feet back and forth. After a few minutes of silence Mabel decided to speak. "So Dipper? When did you get a boyfriend?" Dipper froze. "W-what?!" Dippers face heated up, now a dark pink. "We aren't dating if thats what you're thinking." Bill clarafyed as Dipper's face was in a pillow. "Oh. Ok then. Who are you anyway? Never seen you around town." Dipper brought his head out of the pillow. "He's-" "I'm William Ruphic. I live just outside Gravity Falls." Bill interrupted as he stuck his hand out. Mabel shook Bills hand and looked at him, "You remind me of this guy…" Mabel looked at him. "BILL! She's catching on you moron!" Dipper thought worryingly. "Trust me. She's thinking I look like a human version of a pony she saw on tv." Bill said back giggling. Dipper rolled his eyes. "Anyway Mabel. I was about to go to bed and B- Will was just about to start heading home before you came." Dipper said as Bill nodded. "Oh! Sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt. I'm going to go get some pizza. It was nice to meet you William." Mabel said as she got up. "Nice to meet you to… Mabel?" She nodded, "And, call me Will." Mabel smiled and waved bye to Bill and Dipper as she went downstairs. "See you tonight Pinetree." Bill said as he walked out.

Dipper fell asleep pretty fast after Bill left. Dipper sat in the field of grass with the river, waiting for Bill. He got board and decided to play some music and read a book. It was about 15 minutes before Bill came. "Hey Pinetree. What'cha reading?" Dipper closed his book. "The one you gave me earlier. Its cool." Bill laughed as he sat next to Dipper. "So, I was thinking." Dipper laughed. "What?" Bill said confused. "Nothing ever good comes from "I was thinking."" Bill sighed, "Fair." The 2 looked at the river for a minute. "I can give you a hint out of the laptop but I need to borrow your body." Dipper looked at Bill and squinted. "What kind of hint?" Bill jumped up and smiled, "There we go! Finally one of the Pines is smart!" Dipper smiled, "I'll ask about that later." Bill sat down once he composed himself. "So, the stuff on the computer is literally of no use to you, but I have another way of getting you towards our goals." Dipper thought about it for a minute, "Sure. Just don't do anything stupid." He said while sticking out his hand. "Deal Pinetree. See you later~" Bill said before Dipper woke up.
