Before reading this there are a couple of things that you need to know about and/or read/watch. This entire fanfiction will be based off of the PIXAR THEORY, specifically the SUPERCARLINBROTHERS' take on it. So the two things you need to know about is the SUPERCARLINBROTHERS theory about Boo's parents found here. The other one is the complete Pixar theory found here.

Disclaimer: I do not own the Incredibles or Monsters Inc. or Pixar or any of their stories or characters, if I did that would be awesome and also I would not be writing fanfiction about it, I would be making movies about it. Also, I did not come up with the Pixar Theory, I am simply adding my own take on it.

So, without further ado, I hope you enjoy Boo's Story.

In 1953 a child was born by the name of Mary Gibbs.

This child was never meant to be born. Her parents were both workaholics who had no room in their lives for a child. It is because of this that Mary was given up for adoption.

Mary's birth parents had something else in common. They were both good friends with a man who is known to love kids, and when he heard about his friends having a baby neither could afford to raise, he wasted no time in bringing a fifth child into his life.

And for two blissful years, the man named Thunderhead raised Mary and her four siblings as his own with the help of his roommate Scott.

And then the monsters came.

Scott was drumming his fingers impatiently on the dining room table. He pulled up his sleeve to check his watch. 10:00am.

Already? What is taking him so long? Scott thought anxiously.

It was 7 o'clock when Scott had realized Mary was missing. He had called the police and then John immediately after. John who had been working late last night and still not returned. Usually when this happened, he'd show up around 6 or so the next morning. It wasn't a completely uncommon thing to happen. Scott knew what John used to do for a living, and he respected him for it, but that was eight years ago. If he still insisted on going out and helping people, fine. Scott just wished he'd do it in safer, more legal ways.

It was 10:22 when John finally came through the front door looking disheveled. A split lip and black eye donned his face, his clothes looked hastily thrown on and his hair was a bird's nest. John pushed through the entry towards Scott. He nearly ran into an officer coming from the hallway as he went to sit down next to his friend.

"John, you're a mess. You okay?" Scott asked worriedly, forgetting for a moment that their daughter was missing.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine. Long night. Any news?"

"Nothing yet. I don't know what happened, John. There are no signs of a break-in, and if it was a break-in I would've heard it. The door was locked this morning and her window and door were closed so she couldn't have just wandered off. So either she's still here playing the craziest game of hide-and-go-seek, or someone took her."

John let out a sigh. "I'm sorry I didn't come sooner, Scott. I got held up."

"I know, I know, knowing you and what you do, I'm not surprised. But you gotta stop going out there John. One of these days you're gonna get yourself arrested, or killed."

"I wasn't patrolling last night. I really did try to get home. I got jumped. Woke up in an alleyway this morning."

Scott furrowed his brow worriedly. "What? Why didn't you, you know?"

"Clear sky. I couldn't."

"John…" he trailed off. "Really, are you okay? You don't look good."

"No, I'm not okay, Scott. Our daughter is missing because I wasn't here to protect her." He dropped his head into his hands.

"John, if it's anyone's fault it's mine. I didn't even know she was gone until this morning. I should've been paying more attention to her."

It was then that an officer walked up to them. "Are you Mr. Gibbs?" he asked.

John looked up at him and nodded.

"Do you know of anywhere in the house your daughter may be hiding? Maybe she got stuck somewhere and is unable to get out."

John shook his head. "The whole house is childproof. She's our fifth, we know how to keep our kids safe."

The officer stared blankly between the two men for a second at the mention of "our kids" but moved on.

"Then do you know of anyone who may have wanted to take your child? Her birth parents perhaps? She is adopted?"

"No, her father is dead and her mother would never try something like this, she's too high profile. If she wanted her daughter back, she'd just call us and ask for her. She wouldn't even ask, she'd just demand for her because that's how Edna is," Scott put in.

Scott got a side glance from the officer who turned back to John. "And there's no one else you can think of who might have wanted to take her? It's not like she could just teleport out of the house."

John perked up slightly at the officer's last statement. "No," he responded. "There's no one."

The officer nodded. "Alright. We have a few officers here to see if she shows up somewhere and we also have a few looking around nearby."

When the officer had left from hearing proximity, John turned to Scott and said quickly under his breath, "What if she did teleport?"

"What do you mean?"

"Her dad was a super. What if she inherited some of his powers?"

"But wouldn't we have noticed if that was the case?"

"I don't know. The Parrs' kids' powers showed up quickly, but that could be because both of their parents are supers. Mary's halfblood, maybe that means that her powers show up later. I'm first generation super so this is all a first time thing for everyone."

They didn't get an answer until that night.

It was around 1am when Scott heard something from Mary's room. He was sitting in the living room unable to sleep. It sounded like voices. For a second he thought that maybe two of Mary's siblings had snuck in there for some reason, but one of the voices didn't sound like a child's. Then he thought that maybe John had caught one of their kids in there and was sending them back to bed. He wanted to check to make sure that was the case. As he went up the stairs he passed John's room first to make sure he wasn't there.

He was.

Scott grabbed the closest thing he could find that could act as a weapon. A baseball bat. Probably belonged to his 14-year-old son. As he neared the door he heard a door shut inside the room and a small voice said, "Kitty?"

Scott knew that voice. He threw open the door. "Mary!" He dropped the bat and ran to pick the girl up into a tight hug.

Scott heard quick footsteps and John's voice behind him. "Mary?" He ran to Scott's side and took his turn in embracing the toddler.

It wasn't long after that that other footsteps were heard, slow at first, then quicker once they saw the girl. 12-year-old James was first to come into the room, soon followed by 14-year-old Eric and 6-year-old Sarah. All came and partook in the coddling of Mary. She giggled as each new person arrived, nothing but happy to be home it seemed.

After everyone had settled down and the kids were sent back to bed, Scott and John sat down with Mary to see if she would be able to tell them what happened to her.

"What happened, Mary?" John asked.

Mary pouted and pointed to her closet. "Kitty."

Scott looked toward where she was pointing. He looked over at John then got up and went towards the closet to open it. He did and leaned down picking up a stuffed bear. He held it in front of her. "Is this what you want, honey?"

Mary shook her head and dropped her arm. Her lip began to tremble as she said it again, "Kitty."

Scott looked at John trying to figure out what to do. John just shrugged.

"How about you get some sleep, Mimi," John said softly, standing and picking Mary up to put her in bed. She didn't put up a fight and was out the second her head hit the pillow. John smiled at her fondly whispering goodnight and pressing a kiss to her forehead. Scott also wished her goodnight and the two men silently left the room, keeping the door ajar as they departed to the living room.

"We should tell the police she's back," Scott said.

"Yeah. Kitty? What was that about? Does she have any cat stuffed animals?"

Scott shook his head. "No, I don't know. I heard someone else in there before I went in. It was a man's voice that disappeared right before I opened the door."

"Her kidnapper?"

"Yeah, but don't you think the police would've seen him going in? Or coming out?"

"Maybe he's a super."

"What?"

"Think about it, how else would he be able to get in and out completely undetected? And that would explain the motive. Maybe a super found out about her parents thinking she was a super as well and took her for that reason."

"Then returned her after realizing that she wasn't actually a super."

"Exactly."

By morning the police were gone having closed the case, determining that the girl must have been hiding somewhere and decided to show up again. Scott and John had decided not to reveal their suspicions, there wasn't enough evidence either way.

It was 8am when John decided to check on Mary in her room. He had cracked the door open and saw her still lying peacefully in bed, her chest rising and falling smoothly. He turned away from the door and descended the stairs to the kitchen. The second he entered, he stopped in his tracks. Sarah was sitting with Mary at the kitchen table who was swinging her legs while Scott was cooking eggs at the stove.

"Morning," Scott greeted when he saw John walk in.

John walked slowly over to Mary. "Mimi, how are you down here?"

The toddler babbled and pointed towards the stove. John guessed that meant she was hungry. So that explained why, but how? John looked over to Sarah hoping that she knew.

"Mary telpoted," Sarah said innocently, shrugging her shoulders.

"She what?" John raised his eyebrows. "Mary, can you teleport?"

As if on cue, Scott finished making the eggs and put them onto a plate. Mary saw this and appeared instantly by Scott's side, eager for food. Scott stumbled backward when he saw the toddler suddenly jump next to him.

"What the…?" Scott looked at Mary then up at John who had a knowing and concerned look on his face. "So she is a super."

John nodded.

Scott let out a breath and dished the eggs onto two plates. He brought them over to the table and set them in front of Sarah and Mary who sat back down to eat. Once sure that Sarah would help her little sister, Scott and John retreated to the living room.

"Should we call her mother?" Scott asked. "She may know how to deal with this better than us."

"I think we should let her know. She deserves to know that her daughter is a super, but I think we can find a way to handle her. The Parrs are doing fine, so why not us?"

Scott let out a breath and looked over at the girls. "Alright. Let's just hope she doesn't have any other powers we don't know about."

There was suddenly a gasp from the kitchen. "Daddy, Papa, come quick!" the six-year-old called.

The two men ran into the kitchen to see only one girl sitting at the table.

"Sarah, where's your sister?" Scott asked.

"Right here." She pointed to the empty space where the toddler was sitting. A small blob of scrambled eggs started rising from the plate and disappeared quickly.

Mary was invisible.

And the first chapter is done! Sully has been introduced to Mary's life. And if you didn't get it, John is Thunderhead. I couldn't find his real name anywhere so I just made one up.

The next chapter will be featuring Mary at 5 years old, John's death due to suit malfunction (No capes!), and we will be getting a lot more of Sully as a parental figure.

Please leave comments and tell me what you think! The next chapter should be up within the next week.
