Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter but if I did, Harry would be a kickass girl with a backbone.

Lady Melinda Lily Potter Black was losing the will to live as the years go by. After she had won the battle at Hogwarts, she thought everything would change. But everything had turned for the worse.

The Dark Lord and his Death Eaters caused so much damage in the muggle world by killing muggles that the Queen had ordered the extermination of the wizarding world. Melinda could understand why but it didn't give the muggles a lisions to kill everyone due to it being unfair because not everyone was involved in the attacks against muggles.

Melinda hated that her world was gone. She wants everything to be the same as it was. Well, not exactly the same. Maybe, move the magical world to an island like Avalon or move the magical world to Atlantis. The magical world new of the lost city due to its being a magical place used over a thousand years ago. Then at least the magical community would be safe from the muggles.

Personally, Melinda liked the idea of Avalon more. It's been around since before Atlantis. She and the magical world knew that Avalon was more connected to magic than Atlantis could ever hope to be.

Anyway, even the muggleborns and muggle raised were a threat to the magical world on some level. They travel between worlds every day without caring about exposure. On that note, that's the only thing she agreed with the dark faction of the magical world. But, Melinda believed in magical equality, including magical beings and races.

She didn't believe in that pureblood nonsense because the purebloods had to have come from somewhere. She found it hard to believe that magic just popped out of nowhere. So, the first magical wizard or witch had to have come from a muggle-born.

If she ever got the chance to change things, she would hide the magical world with the help of the Dark Lord if it came down to it. He had a valid point about the threat of muggles. Melinda would never be okay with cold-blooded murder but she would do what's necessary to save the magical world.

As Melinda came out of her thoughts, she noticed she was surrounded by muggles.

"You're not even going to fight?" the Queen asked.

"No. I have no reason to fight. You destroyed my world," she said trying not to kill the Queen.

"Your world shouldn't have killed so many of my subjects," she said.

"That's true but that does NOT give you the right to kill every magical being. You cannot blame the actions of a few on an entire nation," she said as her hand twitched towards her wand.

"I can see we'll never agree on that," the Queen said frowning. She hated to admit it but this young lady had a valid point.

"We'll never agree on anything. I may have hated the Dark Lord but I agree that you muggles are a threat to the magical world. You hate anything that's different from you. You're angry that we're special and you're ordinary," Melinda said smirking. She could spot jealousy a mile away due to growing up with Petunia.

"Kill her," the Queen ordered angrily. She didn't like being called out.

"I swear I'll find some way to come back," Melinda vowed on her last breath.

When she woke up, she noticed she was back at Kings Cross Station.

"We've been waiting for you," she heard from behind her. She would recognize those voices anywhere.

She turned around to see her family and the Malfoy family.

"Why am I here?" she asked.

"You need to hear the truth," Lily said smiling at her beautiful Goddaughter.

"And what's that?" Melinda asked as she sat down.

"James and I were never your parents. We're your godparents along with Sirius and Remus," Lily explained.

"Then who are my parents?" Melinda asked.

"We are," Narcissa said smiling.

"That explains a lot. I've always felt a connection to you guys," Melinda said.

"We didn't know that," Draco said stunned as he took his sister's hand.

"How did I come to be with you?" she asked her godparents.

"Dumbledore kidnapped you but he didn't know that he was giving us our goddaughter. Lily and I couldn't have children because I was infertile due to all the inbreeding my family did. We made you the heiress to our bloodlines," James explained.

"Okay, I understand that. But why didn't I go to live with my family after you were murdered?" she asked.

"Dumbledore masked your magical signature so we couldn't locate you," her father explained.

"We were never dead. Dumbledore placed us under a forbidden spell to keep us hidden and away so we couldn't raise you into a strong, independent witch. We were all going to raise you on an island with other magical beings so Dumbledore and his people couldn't hurt you," Lily explained.

"Yes, and the spell killed us when Dumbledore was killed," James said.

"Okay, this is a lot to take in. What is my name?" she asked.

"Morgan Isabella Malfoy," her mother said smiling.

"While I am happy to finally know who I am, but how does that help me now?" she asked.

"You're being sent back to your first year. You can change everything due to being who you're destined to be," her father said.

"What I'm destined to be? What does that mean?" she asked.

"You're the magical heiress to King Authur, Merlin, and Morgan Le Fay. You're meant to be the Queen of Avalon," her mother said proudly.

"Oh my god!" she exclaimed.

"Don't worry, you won't have to do it alone. Form your own advisory Pantle and have them help you," her father said.

"Okay, I can do that. Can I wake you up and save Sirius?" she asked Lily and James.

"Yes. Go to Godric's Hollow and inside the cottage. All you have to do is touch us to wake us up. Then, take us to the DMLE so we can prove our identity," James said smiling.

"Is the Dark Lord important to the magical world? I don't want to kill him if it's not necessary. I don't see the need to murder anyone," Morgan said frowning.

"And that is why you're meant to be queen. You're just and fair. And yes, Tom is very important. He is needed to help you. That has always been his destiny. He's meant to help you be great," her father explained.

"I'm not going to allow anyone to be a part of the court if they aren't whole," she said firmly.

"He will be when you go back. His soul will join with the main part if you push your magic around your scar. It'll free the other pieces and join with Tom," her mother explained.

"Okay. But Snape is not going to be apart of my life. I hate him," Morgan said firmly.

"He won't be in your court or in the castle but you'll need him to make potions. He's the best potions master in the magical world," her father said firmly. He knew his daughter had every right to hate Severus but he wasn't going to let her hate cloud her judgment.

"I guess I'll have to live with that," she muttered.

"It's time to go back, sweetheart," Lily said smiling as they all hugged Morgan.

"I'll see you soon. I love you," she said just as a flash of magic enveloped her before she disappeared.
