Marvel Universe new God of Destruction: Lord Gohan!

Chapter 1

"I must admit I did not expect Android 17 to make such a wish." Shin said as he looked at his elder.

"Well, our great Omni-Kings predicted this would be the outcome. They believed whichever warrior made it to the end would have enough virtue to show compassion for the other universes and prove the whole cosmos worthy of existence." The Grand Priest said shocking everyone as they quickly stood up to show respect.

"Wait, so what would have happened if the victor had made some other wish instead?" Lord Beerus asked nervously.

"A selfish wish would have been viewed as a damming indictment. And Their Majesties would have eliminated the victor and their Universe. But like I said, Their Majesties predicted the Universes would be wish back. I believe it's time I reveal that the true purpose of the Tournament of Power was to find the new Gods of Destruction for the other 6 Universes that were brought back." The Grand Priest said as he looked at the deities.

"WHAT!" Everyone exclaimed as they stared in amazement at The Grand Priest and waited for him to explain.

"I'm sure you all remember we used to have a total of 18 Universe?" After seeing everyone nod, he continued. "Our Great Omni-Kings had already decided to bring back the other 6 universes but first we needed to find good candidates to become their God of Destruction. As you can imagine such a feat would be hard to accomplish but thanks to this tournament, we were able to enjoy a good show and find the Gods of Destruction of those 6 Universes."

"So, in truth it was a challenge between the strongest beings in the Universes with the lower mortality ranks, the top 6 get to become God of Destruction. So, they would understand what will happen should they do a poor job as Gods of Destruction. And by telling us that it would be to determine what Universe won't be erase we would bring all those candidates." Whis commented.

"Correct." The Grand Priest said with a smile.

"Grand Priest do the Top 6 have a choice to decline the offer?" Gohan asked nervously as he tried to remember in what place he ended.

"Declining such an offer would be consider selfish and would most likely displease Their Majesties." The Grand Priest replied with a frown. Gohan could only nod with a nervous smile.

Wait! I ended in 7th place! So, I'm good! I know mom will be mad about dad becoming a destroyer but I'm sure she will eventually get over it. Gohan thought as he did a mental dance. Although I felt bad for the unfortunate Universe that gets Frieza as God of Destruction.

"Unfortunately, Their Majesties don't approve of Frieza becoming a Destroyer. So, Gohan being in 7th place will take Frieza's place." The Grand Priest continued while he looked a Frieza with a disapproving frown.

Gohan's mental dance ended abruptly as the Grand Priest appeared out of nowhere and pulled the rug from under Gohan's feet making him trip.

"WHAT! No! If anyone deserves to be a God of Destruction, it's me!" Frieza shouted angrily. That half Saiyan can't take the position that should be mine!

"The Omni-Kings' word is final in this matter." The Grand Priest said unimpressed.

I will find a way to make them all pay for this humiliation. Frieza thought angrily.

"New Destroyers I know you used to have responsibilities as a mortal but those will have to come second when it comes to maintaining the balance of the Universe that is assign to you. You will be allow to maintain your links to your mortal life but should it at any point interferes with your divine duties then you will have to let go of that link." The Grand Priest explained with a serious face.

Gohan was glad that he will still be able to see Videl and Pan. I know it won't be easy not seeing them every day. But it's better than not being able to see them at all.

"Since the Angels from this Universes have been out of commission for so long, we will be exchanging Angels between Universes. Destroyers! Should your Angel be one of the Angels exchange please meet with me after we are done. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but this exchange will help bring balance to the cosmos. Angels please join your assign God of Destruction as I announce them." The Grand Priest said as he took out a scroll of paper and continued.

"Marcarita please explain the situation to Lord Toppo, you have Universe 13. You can go and collect him as soon as we are finish. Kusu please do the same for Lord Jiren, you have Universe 14. Korun you are assigned to Lord Goku, you have Universe 15. Whis you are assigned to Lord Gohan, you have Universe 16. Cognac you are assigned to Lord 17, you have Universe 17. Cukatail you are assigned to Lord Vegeta, you have Universe 18." After everyone got over their shock they moved to meet with their new companion.

"Angels please do your best in getting the new Destroyers up to date on their divine duties." The Grand Priest said with a smile and then when to meet with the Destroyers that found themselves without an Angel.

Everyone left back to earth after Shin and Beerus got Goku away from the Kings of All before he could suggest them any other crazy idea.

Planet Earth

To say Videl didn't take it well would be an understatement. She shouted and threw things at Gohan before locking herself and Pan in the library not allowing Gohan in. Gohan just leaned against the door and felt his heart break in million pieces as he heard Videl trying to muffle her sobs.

After hearing that Gohan broke down the door and went to console his wife. After a while Videl was able to calm down and be consoled that Gohan would be able to visit them and if it was safe, he could take them to his universe from time to time.

"I promise I will visit as often as I can. Take this. You can contact me anytime. I promise Whis or I will answer." Gohan said giving Videl a device like the one Bulma had.

Gohan, Videl and Pan spend the rest of the day together and after putting Pan to bed Gohan showed his wife how much he loved her.

The next day everyone met at Capsule Corp to say farewell to the new Destroyers.

"Good luck! Son!" Goku said as they hugged.

"Thanks Dad! I'm hoping my universe is easy to manage so I can visit Videl and Pan as often as I can." Gohan said with a smile.

"I hope your universe has strong fighters. I will look for some in mine so we can have our own tournament. What do you think son? A friendly tournament Father VS Son?" Goku asked with a smirk.

"Sounds like fun dad. I will let you know when I find some good fighter." Gohan replied with a smile.

"Alright! I can't wait!" Goku said with an excited face.

After exchanging their farewells every Destroyer left to their new universe.

Gohan's Planet – Universe 16

Gohan and Whis were discussing the state of the universe while they waited for the Supreme Kai to arrive in order to link his lifespan with Gohan's. Gohan's attire was similar to Lord Beerus, black, blue, and gold Egyptian-looking attire with the same white and orange diamond decorations as Whis.

Whis explained the reason why the universe was erased in the first place. "The reason this universe was erased was because a being known as Thanos the mad Titan gathered the infinity stones, which were six immensely powerful gems tied to different aspects of the universe, they were created by the Cosmic Entities of this universe. Each of the stones possesses unique capabilities that have been enhanced and altered by various alien civilizations for millennia. Thanos was able to wield the power of all 6 Infinity Stones using the Infinity Gauntlet, with a snap of his fingers half of every being in the universe turned to ashes for it to blow away. Of course wielding such an amount of power took a huge toll on him."

"Why would anyone do such a thing!" Gohan shouted as he stood up to walked around the room as he tried to understand why anyone would do such a thing. Gohan thought erasing a whole Universe was bad but he couldn't imagine what it would be like if it just half of it that got erased.

"I'm just as clueless as you are my Lord." Whis said as he pondered that question. "I know what happened because the previous Angel of this universe told me the story while he lamented that he had allowed his Lord to neglect his duties. You see, the previous God of Destruction was arrogant and believed that the universe seems to be running smoothly as it was and that it didn't require for him to pester himself with mortals. I feel sorry for the Angel since now he has to take care of Lord Beerus and I forgot to leave him with instructions. I just ran in, grabbed my things and ran out, Lord Beerus was asleep and I didn't see the Angel anywhere." Whis finished with a laugh.

Gohan remembered his dad telling him about the daily chores that they had to do while training with Whis. Gohan felt sorry for the Angel but Whis next statement erased any pity he felt and made him wish Lord Beerus make that Angel regret being an Angel for the rest of his Angelic life.

"As things are right now, we currently are 3rd from bottom in the mortality level rank. We have 3.1" Whis said with a smile.

Damn you Whis! You don't have to worry because you won't get erase if Zeno-Sama decides to erase this universe again. Gohan thought as he glared at Whis.

"Then we can use this infinity stones to bring everyone back." Gohan said.

"I'm sorry my Lord but that's not possible. Let me continue. After using the infinity stones for the first time to do "the snap" as it's known all over the universe, Thanos used the Infinity Stones once again to destroy the infinity stones so no one could use them to undo his atrocious act. He was killed by Thor of Asgard. He cut his head off, a rather quick and painless death." Whis said, the way he said it sounded like Whis thought he got off lightly. "But, well there is always HFIL* to pay your dues. Anyway, 4 years after the snap Zeno-Sama look into this universe and he wasn't pleased with the way everyone seems to be sad almost all the time."

Who could blame them! Gohan thought as a shiver ran down his spine.

"So, the God of Destruction was erased after not being able to give Zeno-Sama an explanation as to why he let something like the snap happen or a way to reverse it that didn't require the super dragon balls as they had just been used by Zeno-Sama to get a new GodPad. A month after he erased the Destroyer, Zeno-Sama reviewed the universe and decided to erase it but I think it was because he didn't want to see this universe anymore, everyone was and still is sad, there might be some that were able to move forward after the snap but in a way they are still mourning for the other half that turned to ashes. But I believe Zeno-Sama won't be reviewing this Universe anytime soon so don't look so pale." Whis said as he noticed Gohan's face draining from color after he mention his opinion on the reason why Zeno-Sama erased that universe.

Before they could continue the conversation, the Supreme Kai and his assistant arrived, and they had to do the link of lifespan. The Supreme Kai of this universe reminded Gohan of Shin and he was just as kind and polite. They got along just fine. The Supreme Kai was happy that Gohan was open to discuss ideas to increase their universe mortality rate.

"We could use the super dragon balls to bring everyone back." Gohan suggested.

"That is a good idea my Lord. But we would have to wait a year since they were recently use." Whis said.

"Supreme Kai what should I expect to encounter out there?" Gohan asked. "Is there anything that I should keep an eye out for. I'm going to put on hold the review of the Universe until we bring everyone back. And even then, I would have to wait for the Universe to develop after that."

"Let's just said that this Universe it's unique. But it's nothing for a God of Destruction to worry about." The Supreme Kai said with a small smile. The Supreme Kai explained what kind of being existed in this Universe and they continued having a pleasant conversation.

"Well, that went well." Gohan said with a smile as they watch the Supreme Kai and his assistant disappear.

"Yes, I'm glad you and the Supreme Kai got along so well. It's always a nightmare when that's not the case. Anyway, we need to get down to business! You have to increase your strength so by the time you wish everyone back you can befit your title of God of Destruction. Fortunately for you I have just the right training in mind."

As he said this Whis let go of his scepter, this began to float and the sphere in the middle glow red.

"What!" Gohan shouted in surprise as he was suck into the scepter.

11 Months Later *

"My Lord, can you sense that? The half that was erased from existence has return." Whis said.

"Yes, I can sense it." Gohan said as he frowned in confusion. "But how? I thought we would have to go to beg Lord Beerus and Lord Champa to allow us to gather the super dragon balls."

"It looks like the power source came form this planet." Whis said as he showed an image of a planet Earth.

"Don't tell me that's this universe's earth." Gohan groaned as he sat back on his chair.

"It is my Lord." Whis said not understanding Gohan's reaction.

"Why does Earth somehow finds trouble no matter what universe we are on." Gohan said as he pinched the bridge of his nose, his comment made Whis chuckle.

"Well then we better find out what is going on." Gohan said as he stood up.

Planet Earth

With all growing lights coming from the opening portals to let the avengers joining the battlefield it wasn't a surprise they didn't notice when Gohan and Whis arrived. Antman busted through the rubble of destroyed building. Nice! Gohan watched both sides seem to get ready for battle. He was surprise to see Thanos on the opposite side.

Was he somehow brough back to life? Gohan decided to wait and see how this fight played out.

"Aren't you going to interfere my Lord?" Whis asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I want to see how this play out. I will intervene if I need to, but I want to give the people of the earth a chance to defend their planet." Gohan said with a smile. Whis nodded in understanding, not knowing what was going on inside Gohan's head. And this way I can see if there are decent fighters so I can add them to this Universe's team to fight against my father's team. And if Zeno-Sama decides to have another Tournament to Power I will know who to pick.

"Avengers!" Gohan turned toward the voice, he saw a guy with a broken shield put his hand forward with his palm open, a hammer flying into his hands. He then mumbles something else but it was too low for Gohan to hear.

"Where you able to hear what he said?" Whis asked as he materialized an ear swab to clean his hear.

"No, and my hearing it's much better than yours." Gohan said as he chuckled.

The Avengers' battle cry brought his attention back to the battle as he watch the Avenger charge towards Thanos' Army. On the other side of the battle Thanos gave the signal and all his forcers ran to meet the Avengers in the middle of the battlefield.

"Look! A Pegasus!" Gohan said with excitement as he pointed to the magnificent creature.

"I guess I can see the appeal in watching a battle. No wonder Zeno-Sama wanted to have a battle royale." Gohan commented as he saw Thor bring his axe down creating lightning that destroyed everything in his path. Well, that's fighter number 1. I just have to convince Zeno-Sama that the Ax is cool and he will allow it.

Gohan then noticed Iron man and Rescue as they blasted a lot of enemy ships back to back. "Look at those suits, they don't seem to be made of Vibranium. I thought the Supreme Kai said that he sent a huge junk of Vibranium."

"That is true my Lord. If you notice the aircrafts, they do seem to be made out of Vibranium. Maybe the suits were built with a more resistant and compatible material?" Whis' commented not sure if that was possible, judging by what the Supreme Kai told them the element could do.

The Supreme kai had told him of a little project he did not too long ago. He send Vibranium, the strongest substance in the universe, to Earth to enriching the soil and plant life in the hope that the Vibranium would make the plants of the whole planet mutated and by the time men came they would get enhance by merely consuming the plants the world would naturally provide. Disease would be nothing but a myth from other planets. Also, by that time the element could be mined into malleable metal that Earth would use to make technology that would be far more highly advanced than any other planet in Universe 16.

While Gohan praised the Supreme Kai's idea, he couldn't help but frown remembering when the Supreme Kai admitted that he hasn't check how that project was going.

Possibly those two if they can update those suits. Gohan said as he watched the Vibranium ships resist the attacks from the enemy ships, but they were a bit too slow for Gohan's liking. Meanwhile, Iron Man and Rescue were moving with a far superior speed and were getting rid of more enemies than all the ships together. Gohan felt like they could benefit from a more direct approach than dropping a meteorite full of the strongest substance in the universe and hope for the best.

The sound of a ridiculous car's alarm sound made them look towards the source of the sound, it came from an ugly old brown van park in the middle of the battlefield. Before they could wonder what was going on Gohan noticed a guy in a black suit that seems to absorb the energy of the hits it received. Vibranium? Gohan wondered as the guy jumped in the air and when he landed a purple energy shield pushed everyone away.

Ok, I can see the use for that. Gohan thought as he mentally added Black Panther to his list fighters.

Before Black Panther could continue his run, a sword hit him from the side making him drop the reason why Gohan had first notice him.

"I thought you said the Infinity Stones were destroyed." Gohan said as he looked in awe at the glove with the 6 Infinity Stones.

"They were. I also said that Thano was decapitated and there he is must definitely not missing a head." Whis said with a frown but he smiled when he saw Tony pull Peter into a hug, a grateful smile on his face. The kid must be his son and he most likely disappear when the snap happened. "I'm just as confuse as you are my Lord."

Gohan watched with interest how Thanos began to run towards the glove before being intercepted by the Scarlet Witch. Gohan concentrated on Black Panther seeing him take the glove and began running away but ended up trapped by the debris that Ebony Maw was manipulating. Gohan contemplated Ebony Maw as a fighter for his universe but dismissed the idea. Dad might be ok with working with tyrants but I'm not. Black Panther ended up passing the glove to Spiderman who as soon as he landed had to activate the metal limbs on the back of his suit to kill the outriders that were trying to get to him. Gohan couldn't understand why the outriders didn't try another strategy. A pile of bodies was quickly growing around Spiderman. Mindless creatures! I will have to have a word with the Supreme Kai. What kind of creatures has he been creating?! Do they have no mind or at less a survival instinct?!

Gohan turned back to the fight between Thanos and Scarlet Witch.

Wanda was holding back Thano's sword with her red glowing energy. Thanos was smiling menacingly at her while he to push his sword down, he looked to be enjoying watching her struggle.

"That sword looks sharp." Gohan commented not sure if he wanted to continue watching and end up watching Wanda getting cut in half, he turned a little green just thinking about it. But, before he could turn to see how Spiderman was doing, he noticed Wanda was smirking as she lower one of her hands, showing she could hold back Thanos with one hand. She then got a determine look on her face and pushing forward her free had she sends a powerful blast that broke the sword in half and sends it flying. Thanos was then lifted high up by red energy which began to snap his armor apart.

"Nice." Gohan commented as he mentally added the Scarlet Witch to his list of fighters.

"Rain Fire!" Thanos shouted.

"But, sire, our troops!" One of Thano's commanders protested.

"Just do it!" Thanos yelled with obvious effort.

After that command it became utter chaos all around the battlefield. Guns extended from Thanos' ship and open fire raining blue beams regardless of who it hit. The Masters of the mystic arts had created shields that seem to be holding but the Avengers' were pin down.

"I guess he doesn't care if his troops get blown up." Gohan commented looking at Thanos with disgust.

"Well most of his army was genetically created so I'm sure it's no big lost for him." Whis commented as they watch some Leviathan getting hit.

"WHAT!" Gohan shouted angrily. He continued while he saw Spiderman starting to get overwhelm by the outriders but at the cost of the still growing pile of bodies. "Mindless beasts, for a second I thought I would have my first argument with the Supreme Kai about the creatures he creates."

Gohan notice one of the beams hit a section by the lake that caused the water to flow into the battle crater. He then watched in amazement as the guy with the red cape was able to manipulate the water to keep pushing it back creating a sort of whirlpool. "I must say this world is full of surprises."

Dr. Strange was mentally added to the growing list of fighters of Universe 16.

Everyone was confused when the weapons suddenly stopped firing, they cautiously came out of their shelter to look up, not sure if this was a trick and they weapons will start firing at again at any second. They saw how the weapons changed their aims towards the sky and began firing.

Gohan felt the ki approaching the battlefield. It's not impressive but who knows, not every power is obtain by raising your ki.

The attacks seem to have no effect against the blazing strike of lights as it barrels straight through causing explosions to follow. The weapon system was shot down with the impact, but it looked like the new arrival decided to ensure the ship stays down by hitting it from the bottom right through the center and coming out on top.

I definitely want her on my team! Gohan thought as he watched Thanos' ship go down. Gohan chuckle after he saw Thanos face, who could only stare in amaze as his ship crash on the lake. I wonder if this mean he is about to get his ass beat.

Captain Marvel noticed the two floating guys watching the fight. She moved fly towards them to investigate who they were and why they were just standing there watching, but before she could fly to them Steve requested her assistance.

Gohan watched how Captain Marvel met with Spider-Man who handed her the glove. She then turned to face towards Thanos and his army.

"I don't understand! Why is she going in that direction! Can't she just fly away with the glove to keep it away from Thanos while the others deal with him?!" Gohan asked as he wondered what the Avengers were trying to do.

"Look he even knows they want to get to that ugly brown van. He is standing right next to it!" Gohan said as he watched the heroes practically fight to hand deliver the glove to Thanos.

"It looks like she is going to make it. Ah! Never mind." Whis said as they watched Thanos getting blast back by Shuri, Pepper and Hope but he quickly recover and threw his sword into the machine that was in the van, this caused it to explode and throw everyone back including Carol, who dropped the glove.

Thanos ran toward the glove but was tackled by Iron Man. Gohan noticed that before Thanos elbowed Tony on his unprotected face, a face plate quickly appeared to protect him. It broke easily but accomplished it's purpose which was to protect Tony from the full impact. Should have used vibranium.

Gohan then watched Thor fight Thanos with his ax and hammer with Steve soon joining in. It was amazing seeing how with all their efforts Thanos keeps coming up with ways to overwhelm them.

When Thanos took a hold of the glove Gohan knew it was time to stop the battle. Before he could step in Captain Marvel had recovered and quickly engage in a fight with Thanos. Alright, it looks like she got this. Gohan thought but was quickly proven wrong as Thanos fringed her away. He then moved to slide his hands into the glove.

Gohan appeared in front of Thanos and took the glove with one hand and with the other he punched Thanos' face flying back.

Everyone stared in amazement at the newcomer. Before anyone could say anything a bunch of outriders moved to attach. Gohan just raised a hand and threw a Ki Blast that turned them to ashes.

"As entertaining as it is to watch you battle, I'm afraid I can't allow you to use the infinity stones again. The last time you use them you turned to whipped out half out every living being in the universe." Gohan said as he handed the glove to Whis, who had landed next to him. Whis used his scepter to put it away.

"Who are you?" Thanos asked as he used the back of his hand to whip off the blood coming out of the side of his lip.

"Allow me to introduce ourselves. I'm Whis and this is Lord Gohan. Lord Gohan is this universe's God of Destruction." Whis said with a smile.

"God of Destruction? I haven't heard anyone with such title." Thanos said with a deep frown.

"I'm sure you haven't. Because if you have you won't have erased half of the universe." Gohan shouted angrily. "Just what were you thinking?! I also want to know what is going on here! I thought the Infinity Stones were destroyed. Where did the new set of gems came from? I also thought you were dead." Gohan said as he looked at Thanos with a look that promise suffering if he moved. "And why were you taking the glove to Thanos instead of taking it away from Thanos! Who's bright idea was that! I want an explanation and I want it now!"

A huge wave of wind could be felt emanating from Gohan as his eyes seem to change color for a second. Every hero felt stupid after realizing how Gohan was right. They could have dealt with Thanos first and then worry about taking the stones back to their original timeline.

"Please calm down my Lord. I'm sure we will get an explanation." Whis said with a smile as he used his his scepter to fix the damage done by the lake and freeing Dr. Strange, leaving him with his jaw on the ground.

"I had to come from a different timeline after finding out the Avengers were trying to undo what I have already done in this timeline." Thanos said as he looked at the heroes.

"Time travel!" Gohan said as he slapped his hands on his face, no one dared making a noise as they weren't sure what to make of Gohan's reaction. "How?"

"I created a fully functioning time-space GPS that allow us to travel back in time using a quantum tunnel." Tony answered with a smile.

"My my… I thought Bulma would have been the only mortal able to build ways to manipulate time." Whis said while looking at Tony.

"Well, I'm a genius. I'm sure you must be impressed." Tony said with a smile. Pepper and Rhodey rolled their eyes with a found smile on their faces.

"Impress is not the world I would use. I don't doubt some mortal have the skills to accomplish such a fest, but that doesn't mean you should have. Don't you know playing with time is a serious Taboo." Whis couldn't believe he was having to explain this. We haven't even been on this universe for a year and we have found mortals able to mess with time! "I find it appalling that I have to say this, but time is fragile and jumping through it on a scale that you evidently have is strictly forbidden. For cosmic stability time is only meant to flow in one direction. The nature of our reality with all its interwoven systems depends on that. When jumping backwards through time even picking a single flower if it's the right flower could have profound effects, an entire city could be affected. Change the right city you could change a civilization change the right civilization and a planet could be wiped off the map."

"Well, your machine made it possible to bring back everyone. Now I don't have to do it myself. I'm sorry Whis I know you were looking forward to seeing me pretty much beg on my knees for Lord Beerus and Lord Champa to allow me to use the super dragon balls." Gohan said with a hand on his chin and a thoughtful look while he looked at Tony.

"Ah, such a disappointment." Whis said with a shake of his head.

Gohan just started at the heroes making them get nervous. If time travel was Taboo, then does that mean that Gohan was going to have to punish them by destroy them?

"What are you thinking my Lord?" Whis asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I have decided! I will let you guys off with a warning. So, no more time travel!" Gohan said as he pointed at Tony. Everyone gave a sigh of relief after hearing this. Gohan then closed his arms over his chest and nodding to himself he continued talking. "Yes! Since I'm such a benevolent deity I'm going to be merciful and I won't destroy this planet or you." Gohan mentally gave himself a pat on the back.

"Aa, you are so gracious my Lord. So, the fact that you don't like to destroy things if you can avoid it doesn't have anything to do with your decision? Or that this planet is supposed to be similar to Universe 7 planet earth?" Whis asked with a chuckle.

"Really? Whis!" Gohan protested. "I'm trying to made a lasting impression here!"

"Hohoho, I'm sure they won't forget it my Lord. But if the food in this planet is as good as the food in Universe 7's planet earth then you won't hear any complaints from me. I believe the only reason Lord Beerus didn't destroy it's because the food it's so delicious." Whis laughed as he looked around.

Everyone was confused by this interaction. It would be funny if the destruction of a planet wasn't talked about as if it was an everyday occurrence.

"Look, I understand why you use time travel and it worked! You were able to bring everyone back, but time travel is not allowed! Motives don't matter; the repercussions are too great. Which is why most deities are not allowed to move unfettered through time." Gohan said with a serious face.

"Lord Gohan, I know you just said no more time travel, but we must return the Infinity Stones back to their original timeline." Bruce said before Gohan could change the subject.

"Choose one among yourselves and let me know who it's going and when you are doing it so I can watch and ensure nothing goes wrong. I don't want to have to do damage control." Gohan answer after considering the pros and cons of allowing them to travel back in time, he then turned towards Thanos. "As for y-"

"You must know that this universe is finite, its resources are finite. If life is left uncheck then it ceases to exist. I thought by eliminating half of live the other half will tribe. But the Avengers have shown me that simply can't be. I know what I have to do. This universe needs to be shred down to its' last atom and then a new universe will be created in its' place, a universe that will be teeming with life that knows not what it has lost but only what it has been given. A grateful Universe. It's my destiny to save this universe." Thanos said interrupting Gohan as he took his sword from where it had fallen.

"And this new universe will have unlimited resources? How exactly does this fix your suppose issue with finite resources. If something is finite, then you find something to replace it! You idiot! I don't want to wait thousands of years for this new universe of yours to develop!" Gohan shouted angrily.

While Gohan was shouting angrily at Thanos Tony and Stephen had a conversation.

"Was this part of you plan?" Tony asked not taking his eyes off Thanos and Gohan.

"He wasn't in any of the futures I saw." Dr. Strange said. "I have no idea who he is."

"So, what was your plan? Please don't tell me you wanted me to use the stones. I mean I did my best to ensure my suit could handle the backslash of wielding all that power but that's only if my suit is at least at 85% capacity and right now I'm at 20%." Tony said not seeing the ex-surgent flinch at the comment. Pepper did notice this an made a mental note have a little chat with Dr. Strange once all this mess was over.

"It doesn't matter now. I don't know what it's going to happen now." Stephen answered not wanting to answer the question.

"Have anyone hear of him? Carol?" Steve asked while he looked at Carol, Captain Marvel might have heard of him in one of her trips in the other sides of the universe.

"No idea who he is, Cap. This is the first time I have heard of the guy. I can't believe he send Thanos flying with one punch." Carol said as she looked at Gohan's exposed muscular chest and arms.

"Neither have I, Captain." Thor answered wishing his brother was there. He might have known who this God of Destruction was.

The heroes' conversation was interrupted when Thanos got an angry look on his face and with all his strength he threw his weapon at Gohan. Gohan just put his hands in front of him and said "Hakai."

Thanos' weapon disappeared before it could touch Gohan, then Thanos and his followers got a purple glow that seems to emanate from inside their body. To everyone's surprise they slowly began to disintegrate. Leaving everyone with their jaws on the ground.

"N-!" Thanos' scream was cut off as he slowly was erased from existence.

"HA! What were you saying about me not liking to destroy things?" Gohan shouted with a smirk.

While Gohan and Whis had a friendly argument, the others discussed what happened.

"So! That took care of Thanos! Yay! Teamwork!" Tony joked as he looked at his stunned teammates.

"This isn't the time for jokes Tony! Did you see what he did? He destroyed Thanos' army without any problem. He could be a huge threat to the Universe!" Capital America said as he contemplated what to do next.

"Did you hear what he said? He was already going to bring everyone back. As far as I'm concerns that puts him on my good book." Tony replied as he crossed his arms.

"He seems like reasonable guy, but we his destructive power is worrisome." T'Challa commented.

"What is your suit made out of?" Gohan's question caught everyone by surprise as he appeared next to Tony.

"Nanotechnology; Bleeding Edge Tech." Tony answered proudly.

"Hmmm, why didn't you use Vibranium?" Gohan asked as he walked to take a closer look at T'Challa's armor.

"Unfortunately, I don't have access to Vibranium and sadly I'm still working on mass producing Starkanium. Starkanium it's a synthetic version of Vibranium, it doesn't have the exact same properties, but it works as a viable replacement." Tony said enjoying the way T'Challa seems to be getting nervous as Gohan walked around him examining his armor.

"Stark- what? We will get back to that in a bit. A meteorite made of pure Vibranium was first deposited on Earth by the Supreme Kai a while ago. What do you mean by not having access to Vibranium? Is mining it too difficult? Or what would stop you from using the strongest substance in the universe? You did more damage to Thanos' army than all the Vibranium ships put together." Gohan asked as he looked at Tony missing how T'Challa's face seem to loss all its color. T'Challa tried to made eye contact with Tony but as soon as he made eye contact with him, he knew he wasn't going to get any help from Tony.

Tony couldn't suppress the mischievous smile that he gave T'Challa. Tony remember T'Challa's arrogant smile at the UN meeting as he explained the scientific and technological advancements Wakanda had though he neglected to inform the UN that vibration was the main source of it. Tony had hacked into Wakanda's system a long time ago and had found that without Vibranium the technology would be obsolete, and he doubted Wakanda was ready to share their precious Vibranium. What pissed him off was finding some of his code integrated in their system, and after further investigation he uncovered that Wakanda has been using not only his designs but countless others from all over the world, they would integrate Vibranium to improve the original design. Vibranium was Wakanda's advantage over the world. Tony held no love for T'Challa or Wakanda and he was going to enjoy seeing the fall out of what his next words would unleash.
