Angel: Not even halfway through this season, and I have 100 reviews?! Thank you, everyone! Even if some of them were about Randy and Theresa...or other stories XD And I don't mind the requests since they are the last thing on my mind right now. I'm dealing with too many real life issues in my life. But I do have to remind myself to not constantly tell people that I am not doing requests.

As for when Amy and Randy will know their identities, I still can't say when XD You'll just have to wait, since I'm not gonna say which episode it happens.

And while I can't do the crossover, I decided to meet this request halfway. Watch out for a little cameo in this episode!

The Ninja and Kunoichi are standing back-to-back in the Nomicon. They roll past a tree, taking a stance and looking around. They run past more trees together, eventually skidding to a stop in front of a large Komodo dragon in armor. The three circle each other, staring one another down.

"One of us picked a bad day to be a Komodo Dragon in shogun armor. Prepare to get air fisted," Ninja points at him. The Nomicons had brought them both here to teach them both a new move called Air Fist. "Ready, partner?"

"Ready," She nods curtly.

"Okay," Ninja rubs his hands. "First, separate the clouds," He moves around his hands like he's pushing away clouds.

Kunoichi does the same and then he mimics picking something up. "Gather the fallen wind..."

After she copies his actions, he holds out his hands. "And free the chicken-" He stops laughing, causing Kunoichi to roll her eyes in amusement. "I can't, I can't! Free the chicken? What am I supposed to do with that?"

"Look out!" Kunoichi pulls him away as the dragon was about to pounce. The two get back onto their feet. "Come on, we have to focus!"

"Alright, alright, alright. Clouds, wind, chicken," He bursts into laughter, the girl pinching her nose and stifling a giggle. "Chicken!"

"Ninja!" She turns to him, hands on her hips.

"Okay, okay, okay. I'm gonna do it this time for real."

Before either of them can, the Komodo dragon rams into them, and they land flat on their backs. It pounces on them, but together they use their feet to push it back. They knock it onto the ground, where it stays there like paper.

"You may be my partner, but you really need to get your priorities in order," Kunoichi crosses her arms at him.

"Hey, you laughed too!"

"I'm not supposed to be laughing because you're supposed to be focused," She mutters, rubbing a temple.

He groans slightly, looking around to talk to the book. "Come on, Nomicon! The air fist is ruining my ninja steeze!"

Words circle around them from the sky for the two to read. "Respect is the key that opens all doors. Okay, one, who said anything about doors. That's completely off topic."

"It's not supposed to be literal," Kunoichi pokes his chest slightly.

"And two, nobody's gonna respect the Ninja or the Kunoichi if they look like a chicken-tossing shoob."

"Uh, Ninja?" She asks him.

"Yes Kuno?"

"Sometimes you are a chicken-tossing shoob," She holds her stomach, laughing at his annoyed look. "You know I'm just kidding!" She waves it off. "Besides, I respect you. Isn't that enough? We already save the town on numerous occasions."

She has a point, but…he also really wants them to know each other's identities. He knew; he's had that conversation before with Howard and her probably about a thousand times. But they could really be something if they just knew who they were.

Then again, he has strong feelings for Amy too…maybe if he just tells them separately. He could juggle two love lives. Yeah, he'll just tell them both!

"Maybe, but-"

Saws cut around them, and they're sunk down into a hole before they're spitted out of the book. Amy gasps as she sits up, Randy doing the same. She's at least a few desks away from him.

"Just sayin'," He shrugs, only for the book to flip its pages closed. "Huh?" He stands up, putting the book in his backpack. Amy sighs as she pushes up her glasses, wiping off the drool that was from her mouth.

"You had one job, Ninja..."

"Hi Amy," A girl with dark blue hair with pigtails in red hair ties, a dark grey blazer, a white t-shirt with a design near the collar, and pink pants walks by with a wave.

"Hi Marinette," Amy waves back without looking.

At the back of her mind, she thinks about her partner and how it would be like as in…a thing. She opens herself up easier around him, and he's always there for her. But then there's Randy…as Amy, she's smart enough to know something is there too. Just like with Ninja…it's only her partner as her other self. Maybe she could have two relationships…

An alarm goes off through the library, everyone looking up in confusion. "We're under attack! There's a monster on campus!" Principal Slimovitz announces through a megaphone. "Everybody leave your belongings and exit the building."

Everyone runs out screaming, both Randy and Amy staying behind. He reaches out to his backpack, only for his hand to be smacked by a baton. "Ah! What the juice?"

"You got a death wish, kid? And you!" She pulls Amy over. "Nothing in those bags are worth dying for."

"Come on, it's just right there-" When he reaches for his bag again, she smacks his hand again.

"And the exit is right there!" She points to the door.

"Wait, no-!" Amy protests, but she pushes them away.

"Alright, alright," Randy looks to his bag in worry.

Everyone rushes down the stairs in a panic. "We're all doomed! We're all doomed! Finally! Doomed!" Julian shakes Amy slightly, creeping her out.

"Push, shove, trample!" Bash pushes away people just for the fun of it. Randy and Amy land on a crowd of people.

"Don't panic, I'm sure the Ninja will be here with Kunoichi any minute. I mean, he's probably just a little held up-" He tries to get off them, and when he finally does, he's crawling on the floor. Amy lands nearby roughly.

"Ow..."

"You okay, Ames?" He helps her up as she holds her head.

"Ah, yeah! The Ninja and Kunoichi are gonna show up, right? Even though they might be...stuck in traffic!" She bites her lip nervously.

Morgan steps in front of them. "It's the Ninja and Kunoichi."

"What?!" Amy asks in a panic. How the juice did Morgan figure her out? But...did that mean that Randy was...?

"Me? I'm not, no, why would you even think that?" Randy speaks anxiously.

"We don't look like-"

"We're saved!" She points behind them. They look at the direction she's pointing at as a shadow is casted thanks to the bright light. They look just like the Ninja and the Kunoichi.

"What the ninja?" The two ask in confusion.

"Students of Norrisville!" Howard's voice calls out.

"Huh?" They're just even more confused. The two figures walk closer and out of the light to reveal themselves to be Howard and one of the blonde twins in makeshift costumes of the two Ninjas.

"Check it out!" He says with a pose while the blonde just waves.

Howard is in a long sleeved black shirt with a large pixel G on the center of it, garden gloves on his hands, black sweat pants, grey shoes, a red scarf around his neck, and a black mask showing his eyes. The blonde twin is wearing a white sweater with a pink pixel G on the center of it, pink mittens, white boots, a pink scarf, and a black mask covering her eyes.

Amy blinks, dumbfounded.

"Band Twin and Weinerman? Yeah, we're all dead," Morgan deadpans before walking away. Randy walks up to Howard.

"Why are you dressed like that?"

"Yup, Monster Drill," Howard adjusts his pants. "And guess who Slimovitz picked to be the Ninja and Kunoichi? Spoiler alert...it's me!" He pulls down his mask, the twin and him doing some random fighting poses.

The three start laughing. "This is so funny, it's beyond funny."

"I know, I know," Howard replies with a smile.

"I mean, you're lazy, you're slow, you don't like to sweat. And that blonde is just...well, bland!"

"Randy!" Amy elbows him slightly.

"I don't! I really don't!"

"What? The real Kunoichi isn't like that all! She's way cooler and fun!" He holds his stomach while laughing, Amy blushing. "Ha ha, you as a Ninja!" Randy facepalms at him. "You as a Ninja!"

"Ha, I know...yes...me." His eyebrows furrow as Amy stops laughing, staring at the laughing Randy. She's now glaring at him.

"That suit. You look ridiculous."

"It's not that funny," Howard says, getting slightly irritated. Amy places a hand on her hip, but he still doesn't get the hint that this is turning offensive.

"It is. It really is. Best. Surprise. Ever. I have not laughed this hard in a long time," He wipes away a tear as Amy sighs, facepalming at him. "You as the Ninja...this is awesome!" He finally sees both of their faces and stops laughing. "Wait, you're not mad, are you?"

"No! No, I'm not mad. I'm not mad at all. Now, if you're finished, I have to take my ridiculous self to the Monster Drill with my partner," He walks off, but the twin is just standing there, staring. She then turns around and walks off.

"See, that sounds like mad," He then sees Amy's scrunched up face.

"You think? Randy, that wasn't cool," She walks off, muttering, "What's up with guys today?"

"Oh, Francesca," Victor is reading a romance novel while on the beach. "Will you and the stable boy ever find true love?"

"Viceroy, what are you doing?" McFist stands in front of him. The beach is just a simulation through a device that the scientist invented for himself.

"You have reached Viceroy," He puts two fingers to his ear to mimic a phone. "I can't get to the phone because I'm attempting to enjoy the only day of vacation my unethical boss gives me each year. Leave a message after the tone. Tone."

"Quit messing around!" McFist yells at the man. "The Slaying Mantis just came back from the shop. I wanna take it out for a spin. You know, kick the tires. Destroy the Ninjas."

"And I'd be more than happy to do that...when I get back," Viceroy retorts to him.

"Fine, I'll do it myself!" He grumbles, walking up to the robot. He gets into the control unit. "It doesn't take an evil genius to drive a tactical assault arthropod." The eyes glow green and he laughs, the unit spinning around. The mantis falls onto the ground, breaking the glass from the case.

"You forgot to open the case," Viceroy replies while laying down on the holographic beach towel.

"Aren't you on vacation?!" McFist exclaims in annoyance.

"Welcome to Norrisville High's annual Monster Drill," Slimovitz announces once everyone is outside. "Had this been a real attack, you would've all been monstered." Howard and the blonde twin are nearby on stage. "Which is why we're gonna practice having a safe day, the NINJA way," He gestures to a few posters with initials and pictures. "N, Nobody panic. I, I insist, nobody panic. N, Nobody, and I mean nobody, panic. J, just don't panic, nobody. And I can't stress this last one highly enough, A, and get out of the Ninjas' way."

"Come on, Howard, don't be so sensitive," Randy whispers to Howard. "This is our thing. This is what we do!"

"Oh, no, Cunningham," Howard crosses his arms. "This time you crossed the line!"

Randy flinches at the tone of voice. He looks towards Amy, who simply crosses her arms. "Are you mad at me too?"

"I wouldn't say mad. Disappointed is the first word that comes to mind," She replies coolly and he frowns.

"So now that you know what to do in a monster attack, let's practice. Where is my monster?"

Bucky and Flute Girl are the monster, inside a classroom. He lets out a fake roar. "Save it for the show, Bucky."

He tries to open the door, but because of his claws, he can't get a good grip. "Stupid monster hands. I'm all claws."

Slimovitz looks around for the two, Bash being held up by his friend. "You promised a monster! I'm getting wicked bored! I'm gonna start acting out soon!"

"Boring, boring," Everyone starts chanting and the principal starts to panic.

"My monster's running late. Stall!" Slimovitz whispers to Howard.

"I got your back, P-Slimmy. S'up, Norrisville! I am the Ninja! I think I'm better than everyone else," He gives Randy a mocking look. "I do unnecessary flips. I'm a huge show-off."

The crowd begins to laugh and Amy bites her lip, snickering. But at the back of her mind, she wonders just what the Ninja did to get Howard like this.

"His flips are totally unnecessary," Morgan agrees with Howard. "One time I saw him run on the ceiling for no reason."

"I'm sure he had a reason," Randy argues back. "Nobody runs on the ceiling for no reason."

Amy thinks back to when her partner has done lots of flips and couldn't help but agree. After all, he announces each one.

"My partner and I do more damage to this school than the monsters!" Howard continues, doing some fighting moves.

"My car could tell you that," Slimovitz adds in.

"I bring down my intelligent partner all the time and she looks way better than I do! I'm just the ugly lazy Ninja!" He falls onto his knees. "Oh Kunoichi! I can't handle any of the work! I'm so totally in love with you!"

"What the juice, Howard?!" Randy hisses at him, blushing. Amy blinks at Howard, feeling a little embarrassed.

"I'm 800 years old, which was the last time this scarf was in style," Howard spins around the scarf while skipping, causing more laughter.

"Hey! The scarf is a serious Ninja tool!" Randy shouts at him in defense. "Plus it's cool! It's cool!" He glances at Amy, who just waves a hand, still embarrassed by that last one.

"Hey, everybody. Smoke bomb!" Howard and the blonde twin let out a fart, and Amy pinches her nose, looking away. Randy has a deadpan look as a student near the two laugh.

"These two are way funnier than the real Ninja and Kunoichi," He nudges the two, to their annoyance.

"Left!" McFist is trying to steer the mantis, to no avail. "No wait, right!" He groans in frustration. "Why did you give this thing bug eyes?"

"Never gives me a problem," Viceroy pulls down goggles that are like bug eyes. McFist trips from a car and breaks a fire extinguisher. Little kids run up to the stream of water, cheering. The businessman tries to control it and gets the mantis back up.

"There, got it! Onward!" He turns around and bumps into the window of Greg's Game Hole.

"...You smashed a-"

"I know!" McFist interrupts him, the brain from his arm with a deadpan look.

Howard takes off one of his gloves, showing rings on his finger. "Ooh! Look at my ninja rings. I'm the prettiest Ninja in all of Ninjaland! Oh, but not as pretty as Kunoichi, because I love her SOOOO much!" He pulls off a ballerina pose.

"Shut up!" Randy almost yells, but thankfully the laughter drowns him out.

"I can't listen to this..." Amy rubs a temple, wanting a hole to come and suck her in. Just when she was thinking about him in the library too.

"Clearly, the Ninja upset you in some way, and I'm sure he's really sorry about it."

"Oh, he's gonna be sorry," Howard points at Randy, confusing Amy. "I'm just getting started."

Before he can, the mantis arrives from the bushes, roaring. "Finally, our practice monster," Slimovitz gestures to it. "Kudos to Mr. Smith's metal shop class. Okay, places everyone, and remember, N. Nobody panic!"

"Alright, alright," Howard puts on his mask as he and the blonde twin approach the 'monster.' "We're gonna have to get knocked around by this thing a few times before we learn how to beat it." He pulls out a sausage for a sword while the blonde twin holds up a paper fan. Randy glares at him as the monster stumbles around. It stands right in front of Amy, and she gasps, examining the metal.

"Ames!" Randy tackles her out of the way. Both of them fall onto the ground and she stares at him, sitting up. He sits up as well, rubbing his head.

"Thank you, Randy..." She smiles a bit at him and he returns it.

"Whoa, wait a minute," He realizes something, walking over. "Mr. Smith's class can't even build a birdhouse."

A birdhouse not too far away collapses when a bird gets inside it. Amy cringes at this. A leg swings and kicks Randy away.

"Randy!" Amy calls out from her spot.

"Outta my way, kid!" McFist's voice comes from the monster. The two gasp in unison.

"McFist," They mumble in unison from their spots, glaring up at him. "Looks like it's Ninja/Kunoichi time...my suit's in the library!"

"Oh shoob," Amy tugs at her hair in stress a few feet away, silently realizing where her mask is.

"Get ready to taste Ninja sword!" Howard points the sausage at it. McFist tries to get control again.

"Why's he waggling that salami at us?" Viceroy points at the screen.

"Does the Ninja look different to you? And the Kunoichi too? She's not speaking, she's staring at us...it's creepy..."

The blonde twin simply blinks up at them. "All Ninjas and Kunoichis look the same to me," Viceroy replies back.

"Sector 2 is student-free, moving on to sector three," Coach WickWacker is in the halls. "Hey, that rhymes."

Randy runs into the hall as Amy stumbles through the doors to the school.

"Hiyah! Hiyah!" Howard watches the metal mantis fall onto the grass. "Try to stay on your feet, Hensletter. We've got a crowd to entertain here. Ninja whap!" He hits the head with the sausage. McFist cringes as he watches Howard dance around.

"That was humiliating," Viceroy comments, walking back to his hologram. "I could come back early from my one lousy day off to help, but in return, I'd need, oh, say, an extra two weeks of vacation."

"Never!" McFist denies to him.

"Time for a smoke bomb," Howard unzips his pants and farts to the camera.

"Ew...fine! Whatever you want. Two weeks. Just get in here!" McFist pleads to his assistant. He hums and takes the controls, getting up. The mantis knocks Howard onto the ground.

"Wow! Nice move, you two."

Randy skids to a stop in the hall, but hears the coach from nearby. "Moving on to sector L."

"Just take the gloves off, Bucky," Flute Girl tells him from inside the band room.

"If I lose the character, I'll never get it back!" He argues back.

Randy pants as he reaches his backpack. "Hello ninja-o-clock!" He notices Amy's backpack nearby. "Hm. Maybe I should give this back to her. She seemed to really want it back as much as I did for some reason." He takes her bag and runs out of the library.

He's about to turn the corner when someone trips him and he knocks right into the brunette. "Ow."

"And that's why we don't run in the halls," The coach glares at them both as they rub their heads. They see their position, blushing deeply.

The mantis slices the top of the sausage. "Ooh. Hey, band geeks, take it down a notch! This was the deli's last sword."

It sends an arm into the car. "My car!" The principal exclaims in lament. The arms then turn into missiles, destroying the car into nothing. "Missiles, really?"

Howard then realizes the situation. "That's a real monster!"

"Real monster!" The principal shouts, pointing at it. "Everybody panic!"

The students run around screaming.

"You gotta let us go!" Randy protests to the coach. She's holding them by his bag and her jacket.

"I don't gotta do anything. I'm a certified band instructor, and you have no respect for the baton. No respect for the rules. No respect. You think you can just meet up with your girlfriend during the drill?"

"Huh?!" Amy blushes, looking up at her. "I'm not-"

As she's protesting, Randy whispers something to himself. "Respect is the key that opens all the doors."

The coach brings them both up to face her. "What'd you say to me?"

"You're right. I wasn't respecting the baton, or Howard, or—a certain someone, or anything!" The coach's eyes shine. "It's all about respect."

He gives Amy a look and she clears her throat. "Yes...that's exactly right!"

"I finally got through to some," She throws them out the door and tumbling down the stairs.

"Just so you know, I already respect my teachers!" Amy turns around to the open doors. Flashes of blue from the laser cannons fire at Howard.

"I'm not the Ninja! Not the Ninja!"

The blonde twin just stares and the two evil men cringe, deciding not to bother with her. She just creeps them out so much...

Howard lands on the grass as the students run off screaming.

"Smoke bomb!"

The Ninja and Kunoichi appear side-by-side in the middle of the crowd. "The real Ninjas!"

"You gotta save us!"

"This drill stinks!"

Howard opens his eyes, yelling in fear. The mantis raises an arm. "Separate the clouds," They say in unison as they mirror each other's arms. "Gather the fallen wind-"

"Ha ha! Looks like the Ninja's making a Mr. Grumpy," Bash laughs, pointing at the Ninja. "Right? Am I right?" He nudges a band student, shaking him. "Come on, you know I'm right. Hey Kuno, how's about you and I get some munchies later? Unless you're gonna hang out your ballerina boyfriend!"

"Ugh," Kunoichi glances over her shoulder to Bash in disgust as he laughs. "Tune them out, the guy's a jerk."

Ninja glares at Bash. Both of them blush out of embarrassment to themselves before continuing. "Focusing. Freeing the chicken..."

They free the chicken as their hands are brought to their chests. Air appears in their hands. "And Ninja air fist!" They launch the attack at the same time. His ends up hitting Howard, making him get stuck on a flag pole by his pants. Once her hands had moved behind her, Kunoichi's ends up hitting Bash, knocking him onto the ground. "Sorry! I was aiming for the mantis!"

"And my timing was off," Kunoichi smiles sheepishly, rubbing her neck. The monster steps up, trying to hit them both, but they move around to avoid them. Then it tries stabbing, only to hit the ground.

"Ninja stab! Ninja stab! Ninja stab! Ninja dodge! Ninja dodge! Ninja dodge!" He then pulls out his swords, Kunoichi spinning around and pulling out her fans. They mostly use them to dodge rather than attack. The mantis stabs the ground on both their sides. Ninja shimmies up the legs as Kunoichi uses the legs to jump between. Once they leap in front of the face, they're knocked onto the ground. Their weapons fall as Ninja slams into the flag pole. Kunoichi lands on the opposite side of the Mantis, sliding to a stop.

The flag pole shakes and Howards lands face-plant into the grass in front of Ninja. "Howard, sorry about earlier. I shouldn't have said that stuff. I don't think you being the Ninja is ridiculous. Ames was right to be mad."

"No, it is! It's completely ridiculous!" Howard exclaims at him. "I don't wanna be the Ninja anymore. You be the Ninja. And it was more about your tone..." He looks up and screams, running away from the mantis' legs. Kunoichi runs up to her partner, readying an air fist.

"You can take our weapons, but you'll never take our air fists!"

Kunoichi leaps into the air, spinning around as they fire at the same time from opposite directions. The connecting blast is enough to destroy the head, the body landing in front of the cheering students. Then the body blows up, Ninja hugging Kunoichi as they land on the grass.

Viceroy simply turns to McFist. "What are you lookin' at?"

"I'll be taking those two weeks startin' now, if you don't mind." He changes his bathing suit to a winter coat, changing the environment. It's now a log cabin in the snow as he's holding a mug, a snowman nearby. He sits on the bench, taking a sip of hot cocoa. "Brr."

McFist grits his teeth at him, punching the snowman in the face out of anger. "Mm, that's cold," He watches the businessman storm off.

"Ninja! Kuno! Ninja! Kuno! Ninja! Kuno!" The students cheer for the duo as the principal steps up.

"Drill's over. Back to class," He tells them and they groan, walking off. Kunoichi goes to get her fans.

"Howard, I want you to know I respect you," Ninja places a hand on his shoulder. "But I'm still gonna make fun of you."

"Wouldn't have it any other way. Nice scarf."

"It came with the suit!" Ninja says in defense again.

"Grr! We are the monster!" Bucky and Flute Girl finally appear.

"Monster!" Howard shouts at them in alarm. Before Kunoichi could stop him, Ninja fires the air fist at them.

"Air fist!"

It quickly destroys their costume, revealing a dazed/injured duo lying there. Kunoichi covers her mouth in shock.

"That smarts..."

"Uh oh. Now what?" Ninja looks to Howard in worry.

"I'm thinkin' smoke bomb."

"You know what? I respect that," Ninja points to him. "Smoke bomb!" He throws one down.

The three appear behind a wall of the school and Howard scratches at his mask. "I'm gonna get out of this costume before my butt itches."

Ninja rolls his eyes as Kunoichi steps forward, getting out a smoke bomb. "Ah! Kuno, wait!" He calls out and she turns to him.

"Hm?"

"Uh, good job today," He rubs his neck. She smiles, looking away bashfully.

"Thanks. You too."

"Um…so listen, about what that kid said about us…" He starts off and she coughs awkwardly.

"Um, what about it?" She shouldn't be this nervous, it's her partner!

"W-Well…um…it's not exactly true."

"We both know that," She stares at him quizzically, crossing her arms. "But I can tell that it bothers you. It shouldn't, we made it clear-"

"It's not that it bothers me, because it doesn't."

Kunoichi blinks at his declaration. "What are you trying to get at?"

"I mean…have you thought about us being…you know?"

There's dead silence between them as their scarves blow past their heads. That is, until she breaks it.

"I-I…I guess? Do you?" She clears her throat.

"W-Well, if thinking about you…in that way counts, then I suppose," He puts his hands behind his back, whistling. She swings her feet back and forth, clicking her teeth.

"Ninja…we've known each other for a while, and I consider you my best friend. Even if you were a shoob when I first met you."

"Hey! I was much of a shoob as you were on our first fight!" He protests, causing her to laugh. Somehow, he manages to do that in even the toughest of times.

"You're funny, you're dependable, and you always have my back. But…how can we trust our feelings…if we're not supposed to know who we are?"

He looks towards the ground silently, knowing that she was right. "So then trust me, Kuno. Let's just tell each other, no one else has to know! I think you're great, and… I'm not gonna deny it anymore."

She groans at this, turning her back on him. "You know that we can't do that! You know, I was fine until I heard about it," She whips around to him. "We were fine until I heard all of that stuff!"

"Hey, I was fine before I found out about it too! You think it's easy for me to have to keep this a secret?" He gestures to himself and she huffs. The truth is… she's scared to find out his identity, and for him to know about her. After all they've been through lately, she's not sure how he'll react to her true identity. Her regular self doesn't compare to her Kunoichi self. Not to mention what McFist could do to him.

"Well then, you should've said something about your feelings sooner!" She tells him accusingly.

"I didn't know what I wanted then!" He protests to her. "If we both felt the same way, why didn't you tell me?"

"What was I gonna say? I think about you that way sometimes, let's tell each other who we are? Where was it gonna lead us?" She pants slightly out of frustration. "Are we partners? Friends? Something more? We've been fighting monsters together for months!"

"Kuno…you know there's no easy way to answer that."

"There is, we just don't wanna hear it," She mutters under her breath. "A-And besides, what about our friends in school? Or if we have someone else we like?"

"Do you?" He asks back and she sighs, thinking about Randy.

"…Yes…you?"

"…Kind of…" He answers quietly. "But I can't ignore the fact that I have feelings for both of you. I was gonna confess my feelings to her later today."

"… I'm so conflicted here," She pinches her nose. "I mean, I wanted to tell him too, but I don't wanna break my friendship with either of you. Both of you are important to me. Did we really think we could just have two different relationships in separate lives?"

She sits onto the grass with a sad look in her eyes. Ninja sits down next to her with the same expression. They look to the ground with nothing to say for the next few minutes. How could they juggle two lifestyles without someone getting hurt? And the irony of it is…

That they don't even know that they're talking about their real identities.

"So…What now?" Ninja turns to her. "Are we…still partners?"

"We kinda have to be," She snorts at the question. "We'd be dead without each other's help. For the first time in my life, I don't know what to do."

"I never know what to do without you."

"You know that's not true," She shakes her head. "You're perfectly capable of handling yourself without me."

"Ha," He chuckles softly as they stare up at the blue sky. "I just want us to stop fighting it and tell each other, but…I guess I can wait."

"To tell your feelings to this girl or for me to make a decision on when I tell my guy I'm the Kunoichi?" She pinches her nose. If it came out, that is. There's no way that she could keep it a secret forever.

"Well…both that and for me to tell her how I feel. I don't think she'd take it well like you."

"I'm sorry for being a dumb shoob about it. It's just…I'm not ready…" She shakes her head. "You made it complicated first."

"He—okay, fair point. So…we're cool?"

He holds out his fist and she bumps it. "For now, we're cool. But for the record, we both know this isn't over…"

Randy walks down the street with Amy to walk her home since Howard had left early to give them time to talk. "Um, Ames, I'm sorry about today. I didn't mean to sound insensitive."

"Oh, I know. Howard told me that you said that you didn't mean it."

Randy turns around to his best friend's window. Howard gives him a big thumbs up. He rubs his neck as they arrive at her house. "Uh…so you know the Ninja and Kunoichi…um…"

Both of them feel awkward since they know what Howard said at this point. "Well…I can only trust that they'll be by each other's side by anything. Even if it's something as big as that. I mean, it changes things…"

"Right…right…" He agrees, hands in his pockets. It's as if she's saying the same thing about them and their feelings. "Um, so, we're not gonna stop being friends, are we?"

"No," She giggles softly at him. "Just like them, we're best friends and that'll withstand anything."

He smiles weakly and waves. "Yeah…"

She waves back and closes the door, both of them with sad looks on their faces.

"Friends…" They murmur in unison, unknowingly. Randy lingers for a few seconds before leaving. He had no idea how he was gonna handle this from now on…
