Just like she had predicted, he was attacked today after his date with the fallen angel Raynare, and was currently dying of blood loss.

Without any hesitation she steps on the large pool of blood and kneels next to Issei

"Listen, as you may know already if you aren't as stupid as you seem to be, you are fucking dying. However I will bring you back to life... with a price of course. Now, forget about the cold embrace of death and walk to the warm path of life under my command, Hyodou Issei" she says/conjures before placing a mutated Pawn on his chest.
