Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be seeing Naruko and Lucy, joining Natsu on a familiar Job Request along with them being joined by some others as well. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

While Naruko and Lucy were getting ready inside their shared room, Natsu was walking up to Fairy Hills, with Happy flying beside him, before going inside to the lobby. Once inside, he saw another of his guildmates, Levy McGarden, the leader of Team Shadow Gear, reading a book. Levy looked up, and was surprised, when she saw Natsu.

"Natsu? What're you doing here?" Asked Levy, wondering why the Fire Dragon Slayer was here.

"Hey Levy. I just came by to see Naruko and Lucy about a Job Request." Natsu replied, with Levy being surprised by this, given Natsu wasn't known to ever ask for help on a job, preferring it just being him and Happy, when he takes a job request.

"Well, they should still be in Naruko's room. I'll take you up there, so you can see them." Said Levy, closing her book and standing up, now intrigued about this job that Natsu wanted Naruko and Lucy's help with.

"Okay, thanks." Said Natsu, before following Levy up the stairs to Naruko's room.

Normally, Natsu wouldn't bother asking to go see one of his guildmates about a Job Request, and would simply break into their home to talk to them. But given this was Fairy Hills, which was for the girls only, along with the fact that Erza was the current matron. The last thing Natsu wanted, was Erza being after him, for breaking into Fairy Hills.

Plus, Naruko was also one of the few Mages that Natsu was actually scared of. The same being with Erza and Mirajane, back before the latter mellowed out and stopped taking jobs, after Lisanna's death. Thinking about his childhood friend, and crush, Natsu frowned sadly, as her death still hurt him, even to this day.

Pushing those thoughts aside for the moment, though. The trio soon reached the floor, where Naruko's room was, and knocked on the door, before waiting for either Naruko or Lucy to answer. Which wasn't long until Naruko, now fully dressed, opened, the door to see Natsu, Happy and Levy standing there.

"Hey, what're you guys doing here? I thought you'd be at the guild." Naruko said, standing aside to let them come in, where they saw Lucy was also ready, and that they were about to leave for the Guild Hall.

"I was about to head there, when Natsu showed up. He said he wanted to see you two about a Job Request." Replied Levy, with Natsu nodding at her words, before pulling out the Job Request.

"Yep, here it is." Natsu said, while handing them the Job Request.

"Huh. Oh wow, 200,000 Jewels, just to steal a book from some rich guy!" Lucy said, excited at the chance to earn that amount of money.

Levy perked up at this, remembering that she was going to pick that Job Request for her team to go on, but it looked like Natsu beat her to it.

"Wait…this Everlue guy is looking to hire a maid with long blonde hair!" Said Lucy, while giving Natsu a disbelieving look.

"Yep! We planned for you to sneak into the manor, disguised as a maid, and steal the book. It'll be a piece of cake!" Natsu said, confident that the plan would work.

"Then why not have Naruko do it, she'd have an easier time getting the book!" Said Lucy, not wanting to dress up as a maid, for some creepy old guy.

"Naruko's too well known, she'd be recognized as a member of Fairy Tail. While you are still pretty new, and wouldn't be recognized as a Mage." Stated Natsu, with Lucy having to concede that point, since Naruko is an S-Class Mage, and would be easily recognized.

"That might true Natsu. But your plan for Lucy to sneak in won't work, either." Naruko said, making the others look at her.

"Huh, why not?" Natsu asked, thinking his plan would work, and didn't see a problem with it.

"Because I've met Everlue a few times. Back when I was really tight on money, before I became S-Class, and just took jobs that offered big rewards, I had to take a few jobs from him." Naruko said, scowling, since she never like those kinds of jobs.

The only good thing was the bastard didn't make her do anything perverted, given his warped views on beauty, or anything illegal. Though even if he did try that, Naruko would have just left and not bothered doing the job.

"And Lucy, I mean no offense at all, but Everlue has a very twisted view of beauty, and you wouldn't meet his standards. The other maids he has working for him, they were just…" Naruko said, before shivering with a disgusted expression.

"That bad?" Levy asked, knowing if Naruko, who normally flirted with any girl if they caught her attention, had such a reaction, then Everlue's maids definitely weren't appealing to look at.

"Very bad." Replied Naruko, granted she didn't hate ugly people, but that didn't make them any less unappealing to look at, which was putting it lightly.

And that's not counting how disgusting Everlue's warped view of beauty is. Between that and the maids, it's Everlue's views of beauty that she found the most repulsive.

"Well, there goes my idea. Any of you have a plan?" Natsu asked, while looking at the three girls, annoyed that his idea wouldn't work, but refused to give up on completing the job.

"I have one, we storm the manor. Me, Natsu, and a few others will cause a diversion, while one or two members will sneak inside, and find the book." Naruko said, knowing that someone like Everlue couldn't be reasoned with, and the only way they'd get the book, is if they took it by force.

"I can go with you guys, and be one of the ones to get the book." Offered Levy, having planned to eventually accept the Job Request, but since Natsu already grabbed it, she figured that she could still go along and help.

"Great. Then Levy and Lucy will be the ones to infiltrate the manor." Said Naruko, knowing with Levy's knowledge of all types of literature, from modern day novels to ancient tomes and grimoires, she'd be able to find the book with no problem, along with Lucy's spirits acting as protection.

"While me, Natsu, and a few others will deal with whatever guards that Everlue may have." Naruko said, with Natsu looking at her in surprise.

"Uh, you sure we'd need more help, Naruko?" Asked Natsu, surprised at Naruko wanting to take such measures, just to attack one manor of some old rich guy, especially since he doubted any guards he'd have could challenge just one of them.

"Yes. Everlue is a typical rich, crooked politician, and I wouldn't put it past him to already know about the Job Request, and taken measures to make sure no one could steal it. And even if he doesn't know, then I'm sure he'd have hired the best guards, his money could buy." Naruko said, knowing Everlue likely hired powerful Mages to guard his manor from any would be intruders.

"That makes sense." Said Lucy, with Natsu and Levy nodding in agreement.

"Alright, then let's head to the guild hall, and see who's willing to join us." Said Naruko, as they all left Fairy Hills, and headed for the guild hall to get more members for their team.

Arriving at the guild hall, the four Mages and one cat walked up to Makarov, who was sitting on the bar counter.

"Gramps, we wanted to tell you we'd be taking this job. Along with taking some more members, in case we run into trouble." Naruko said, while handing her adoptive grandfather the Job Request.

"Hmm, it would be best to bring more members. I was just contacted by the client of that request." Makarov said, while handing the slip back.

"Oh, did they cancel the request Master?" Asked Mirajane, who was nearby, and heard what was being said.

"No, quite the opposite. They now increased the reward to 2,000,000 Jewels." Makarov revealed, much to the group's shock.

"2-2,000,000?!" Levy said, shocked that the reward was increased by that much.

"Are you serious?!" Asked Lucy, not believing someone would pay that much for just one book.

"That's the kind of pay for an S-Class Job." Naruko said, shocked, and even more sure that they needed a bigger team for this job.

"Yes. So, if you're bringing a bigger team, make sure they're prepared." Said Makarov, knowing a job like this could be complicated.

"I'll go. Someone's gotta make sure flame brain doesn't burn a town down." Gray said from his spot at the bar, intrigued to find what was so special about this book, and make sure Natsu didn't do anything stupid.

"You wanna go stripper!" Natsu shouted with flames escaping his mouth, only to go silent when Naruko put an electrified hand on his shoulder, nothing strong enough to hurt, him but enough to get her message across.

"We'll go too, Levy!" Said Jet and Droy, wanting to help and impress Levy on the job.

"I'll go too, since it's a man's duty to help his comrades, whenever he can." Elfman said, wanting to help his friends and guildmates with whatever they might encounter on this job.

"Okay, looks like we have our team." Stated Naruko, knowing they had more than enough members, and some of the strongest members in the guild, that weren't S-Class.

"Well good luck children, and stay safe." Makarov said, more assured that if anything does go wrong on the mission, they could handle it.

Nodding at their Masters words, the newly formed team left the guild to prepare for the job, before heading for Shirotsume Town.

*Later-Shirotsume Town*

After arriving in Shirotsume Town, the Mages had gone to meet with the client, Kaby Melon, and learned that all he wanted was for them to find the one-of-a-king book, Daybreak, in Everlue's manor, and burn it. It surprised them that he was offering such a large reward for such a simple request, but they accepted it, since the task itself didn't seem too difficult.

The only problem would be locating the book, and getting passed Everlue's guards.

Currently, Naruko, Natsu, Gray, Elfman, Jet, and Droy stood outside Everlue's manors gates, while Lucy and Levy were sneaking in through one of the windows, with Happy having flown them up to the roof, waiting for the signal.

"Well, I suppose we should announce ourselves." Naruko said, smirking as she held up her first, and gathered a large amount of lightning around it.

"Lightning Dragon's Breakdown Fist!" Shouted Naruko, throwing her fist forward, unleashing a giant fist made of lightning that blasted straight through the gates, as the group walked into the manor grounds.

Not a moment later, several of Everlue's maids, as well as Everlue, himself, burst out of the ground.

"Fairy Tail Mages! I assume you're here to steal my book, well you won't be taking it!" Everlue shouted.

"Oh yeah, and who's gonna stop us? You and these…I don't know what those are, exactly." Natsu said, looking at the maids, and actually wondered if they were really humans, or some deformed creatures.

"Oh no, my beautiful maids shouldn't sully their hands with such filth. No, they will be dealing with you nuisances." Everlue said, as four Dark Mages appeared in front of him, with the Fairy Tail Mages being surprised at who they were.

"The Saint Beasts." Naruko said, surprised that Everlue would hire these guys.

The Saint Beasts were a group of four Dark Mages, each being very powerful, with their leader being comparable to an S-Class Mage. The members were Genbu, Byakko, Seiryū, and their leader, Suzaku.

"So, the famed Lightning Dragon Queen has heard of us. That'll make killing you all the more fun." Suzaku said, smirking wickedly, as his body sparked with white lightning, with Naruko frowning at the strange color.

"And it's not just them, I have more guards to deal with you all!" Everlue said, as more mercenaries appeared around them.

"Okay. Elfman, you deal with Genbu, Natsu, you take Byakko, Gray, you fight Seiryū, while I'll deal with Suzaku. Jet, Droy, you guys deal with the rest of the mercenaries, along with those maids he has, since while they're hideous to look at, they're also at least somewhat competent fighters." Naruko said, with the others nodding at her words.

"Alright, let's go! Beast Arm: Reptile!" Elfman said, as his arm transformed into a reptilian beast's arm, before charging Genbu, and slamming his fist into the rock creature's face, sending him crashing through the outer wall, with Elfman following after him.

Though when Elfman went outside, he frowned when he didn't see Genbu anywhere.

'Where did he go?' Elfman wondered, looking around for any sign of the Dark Mage, before his eyes widened, and quickly turned around, blocking a stone tail that emerged from ground.

Gritting his teeth, as the tail managed to slice through his transformed arm, Elfman grabbed the tail, and gave a strong pull. Allowing him to rip Genbu out of the ground, and send him crashing into a tree. With Elfman being surprised, when Genbu suddenly shattered into dozens of pieces.

'He's not human?!' Elfman thought, thinking that Genbu's monstrous appearance was the result of his magic, rather than his true form.

To his further surprise, rather than that being the end of the fight, Genbu's destroyed body put itself back together, as he smiled maliciously at the Mage.

"Foolish human, you can't destroy me, I can simply put myself back together, again and again!" Genbu said, as Elfman got ready for the fight to continue.

"Out of curiosity, just what are you?" Elfman asked, wanting to know what exactly Genbu was.

"Since you will soon be dead, be honored that you will die at the hands of a demon!" Genbu said wickedly, with Elfman being surprised that he was facing a demon, before he smirked.

"So, you're a demon, huh. That just made things easier for me." Said Elfman.

"And why is that human?" Demanded Genbu.

"Because, now I don't have to hold myself back from slaying you. Beast Arm: Iron Bull!" Elfman said, as his reptilian arm transformed into a beast arm, composed entirely of metal.

"This is going to be great!" Said Elfman, as he charged Genbu, knowing he didn't have to worry about holding back against a demon.

*With Naruko*

"This is going to suck." Naruko deadpanned, as she stood up, wincing slightly from Suzaku's attack, surprised when she had been unable to eat his lightning.

"Surprised, Lightning Dragon. You should be, you see, I'm a Slayer, as well. The Lightning Phoenix Slayer, meaning you can't eat my magic." Suzaku said, smirking, with Naruko frowning at this information, knowing that'll make things difficult, before smirking, as well.

"You're under the impression I only use lightning. Rising Tornado!" Naruko said, throwing her hands forward, as a white Magic Circle appeared with a large tornado shooting out towards Suzaku.

Only for the Dark Mage to jump away from the tornado, before gritting his teeth as the powerful winds sucked him in. The tornado then rose up into the air, with Suzaku being launched up even higher, where he righted himself, and glared down at Naruko.

"Lightning Phoenix's Spark Feathers!" Suzaku said, holding his arms out before throwing them towards Naruko, unleashing dozens of feather-shaped blasts of lightning at Naruko.

Seeing the attack, Naruko's eyes widened before she slammed her hands on the ground, creating a gold Magic Circle.

"Pyramid of Light!" Naruko said, as beams of light rose around her, forming a pyramid made of light, that blocked the feathers from hitting her.

Once the feathers stopped coming, Naruko lowered her shield, only to see Suzaku descending towards her, with a bow made of lightning.

"Lightning Phoenix's Lightning Wave!" Said Suzaku, launching an arrow of lightning straight at Naruko, the whiskered blonde not having enough time to raise her shield again, before the arrow hit her.

Naruko cried out in pain, as lightning coursed through her body, her cried only intensifying as Suzaku mercilessly fired more and more arrows at her.

"Yes! Scream more for me, I want to hear you scream!" Suzaku said cruelly, relishing in Naruko's pain, as he continued firing more lightning arrows at her, purposefully not making them strong enough to kill her, with the Dark Mage wanting to savor her agony longer.

Gritting her teeth, Naruko worked to block out the pain, and raised her hand at Suzaku.

"Air Cannon!" Naruko said, firing a blast of condensed air, that blasted straight into Suzaku, sending him crashing into the manor.

Sighing in relief at the attacks being stopped, Naruko stood up to catch her breath. Only to be surprised, when Suzaku stepped out of the hole, not a moment later, looking completely fine, much to her shock.

"Hehehehe, my Lightning Phoenix's Restoration, allows me to recover from any injuries I have, even if they're lethal, as long as I have Magic Power within me." Suzaku said, smirking, with Naruko scowling, knowing that made things even more difficult.

'But he said as long as he had Magic Power. So I just need to keep making him use more of his magic, so he can't heal anymore.' Naruko thought, seeing a way to beat him.

Plus, he said he could heal from even lethal attacks, so that just gave Naruko one less thing to worry about.

"Alright then, let's dance bird boy." Naruko said, ready for the fight to continue.

*With Natsu*

"Fire Dragon's Roar!" Natsu shouted, unleashing a large blast of fire at Byakko, another demon, just like Genbu, only to see his attack do nothing, as Byakko's body glowed and grew, as he absorbed the magic.

"Foolish human! I absorb Magic Power; it makes me stronger! Tiger Claws!" Byakko said, charging magic into the middle of his fingers, and shot four energy darts at Natsu.

"Woah!" Natsu said, jumping out of the way of the darts, before leaping into the air.

"Fire Dragon's Crushing Fang!" Said Natsu, lighting his hands on fire and swiping at Byakko, in a claw-like fashion, only for his attack to once again be absorbed, before he cried as the now larger Byakko swatted him away.

"It makes no difference, how you attack; I will continue absorbing your power, and will kill you! Beasts Unleashing!" Byakko said, pulling out several of his hairs, blowing on them, and threw them at Natsu, as they transformed as they transformed into small, green, tiger-like creatures

'Crap!' Natsu thought dodging to the side as the creatures leapt at him

"Fire Dragon's Claw!" Natsu said, jumping up, and expelling blasts of fire from his feet, and kicked one of the creatures away, while watching as it was incinerated, glad to know that the things were easy to kill.

'Now I just have to find a way to beat the big one.' Natsu thought, knowing he'll have to find a way to defeat Byakko, which would be difficult, since he can just absorb his magic, before his attacks can do anything.

But first he had to deal with the green creatures.

*With Gray*

"Ice-Make: Geyser!" Gray said, placing his hand on the ground, unleashing a path of ice spikes that spread towards Seiryū, though before they could reach the Dark Mage, Gray was shocked when Seiryū opened his mouth, as they broke apart and flew into his mouth.

"Ice Dragon's Whirlwind!" Seiryū said, as he spun around, unleashing a blast of icy cold wind, with shards of ice inside it.

'What?!' Gray thought, shocked that he was facing a Dragon Slayer, one he clearly had a major disadvantage against, if he could just eat all his spells.

Quickly snapping out of his thoughts, Gray jumped back to avoid Seiryū's attack, knowing while he wouldn't be affected by the cold winds, he could still be damaged by the ice.

"So, your appearance isn't just for show." Gray said, seeing Seiryū's light green skin as part of his Dragon Slayer Magic.

"Hahahahaha! True my appearance is a result of the Ice Dragon Lacrima, I was implanted with, due to overusing its power." Seiryū said with a fanged smile, with Gray frowning at his words.

"Overusing it." Muttered Gray, wondering what he meant by that, before shaking his head, deciding to focus on the fight.

Though given his attacks were now useless, Gray knew that he'd needed to stall, until one of the others finished with their own fight, to help him. But until then, he'd give this guy the fight of his life.

"Ice-Make: Sword!" Gray said, creating a sword made of ice.

"Alright, scale face, you eat ice, then eat this!" Said Gray, while jumping at Seiryū, who smirked, and summoned his own sword from his Requip Space.

*With Jet and Droy*

Meanwhile, Jet and Droy were dealing with the other mercenaries and maids, that had jumped into the fight.

"Knuckle Plant!" Droy said, throwing his seeds across the ground, before they rapidly grew into vines with fists that slammed into several mercenaries and maids.

"Falcon Heavenward!" Said Jet, running at high speeds, before jumping and delivering a powerful kick to three maids, launching them back.

Landing behind Droy, the two looked around, frowning in annoyance.

"Oh man, why'd we have to get the grunt work?" Droy said, seeing they were basically fighting the grunts, rather than the tougher enemies.

"Yeah, we could be fighting one of the Saint Beasts, or helping Lucy and Levy." Said Jet, before the two sighed, and resumed fighting the mercenaries and maids, knowing once they were defeated, they could go help the others.

*With Lucy and Levy*

While everyone was outside, fighting, Lucy and Levy were sneaking through the manor, searching for the Daybreak book, eventually finding themselves in the library. Levy was excited at seeing so many books, but knew they had to focus on their objective, with the two girls searching through the library.

"Levy! I found it!" Lucy said, while holding the Daybreak book.

"Great work, Lucy!" Said Levy, glad she managed to find it.

Looking at the book, the girls prepared to burn it, only to stop, when they saw who the author was.

"Hey, this was written by Kemu Zaelon, one of my favorite authors." Lucy said, with Levy nodding in agreement.

"Yeah, mine too. In fact, after seeing it, I can tell there's something strange about this book. Here, let me see it." Levy said, tying up her hair, and putting on her Gale-Force Reading Glasses, to help her read through it faster, and see what was special about the book.

Nodding, Lucy handed Levy the book, and watched in amazement at how quickly she read through it.

"There's definitely magic used in this book. Give me a minute, to see what it is." Said Levy, now seeing that there wasn't definitely more to Daybreak, than just being another book.

*With Elfman*

Elfman panted slightly, as he stood across from Genbu, covered in several injuries.

The fight had been pretty even, with Elfman able to break to Genbu's body several times, only for the demon to reassemble himself. Though it got harder, when Genbu began breaking his body apart, and launching the pieces as projectiles.

At first Elfman, dodged the pieces, or endured the hits, though he soon started seeing a rock that was different from the others, one that glowed red. Figuring that piece was important, likely either Genbu's brain or heart, Elfman allowed himself to be hit, waiting for the chance to grab it.

"This is the end human, now die!" Shouted Genbu, breaking his body apart, and launching the pieces at Elfman.

'There it is!' Elfman thought, while spotting the glowing red rock.

Bracing himself for the attack, Elfman didn't move as the rock fragment slammed into him, his eyes never leaving the red stone.

Soon all the pieces had passed by, as Elfman fell to one knee, while Genbu reassembled himself.

"Hehehe, you are done hu-what?" Genbu said, before blinking in confusion, when he saw that he was looking at Elfman upside down, as the Mage stood up, and looked at the demon with a smirk.

"What? How are you standing like that?!" Demanded Genbu, wondering if this was some Illusion Magic.

"I think you should be more concerned about how you look." Elfman said, while laughing at the fact that Genbu's body hadn't reassembled correctly, with his head now attached to his crotch.

"What?! How did this happen?!" Genbu shouted, looking at his disfigured body.

"I think you're missing this piece." Said Elfman, holding up the red stone, much to Genbu's horror.

"And with how you look, I take it, that this thing is part of your brain, that lets you put yourself back together." Elfman said, tossing the stone up and down in his hand.

"Give it back, give it back, give it back!" Genbu demanded desperately.

"Sorry, but a man can't let a demon, like you, continue hurting and killing innocent people. This is the end." Said Elfman, before grabbing the stone, and crushing it in his metal arm.

"NOOOOO!" Genbu shouted, as his body began falling apart against his will, before he died.

Seeing his opponent taken care of, Elfman sighed, before running back to the manor to help the others.

*With Natsu*

Meanwhile, Natsu stood before Byakko, who was now gigantic in size from all magic he's absorbed from the Dragon Slayer's attacks.

Which is exactly what Natsu wanted.

It took him a while to figure it out, but Natsu realized that while Byakko could absorb his magic, there also had to be a limit to how much he could absorb. So, he's been launching attack after attack at the demon, letting him absorb all the magic, until he reached his limit. It also helped that the bigger he got, the harder it was for him to attack Natsu.

"RAAAAAAAHHHH! Just die already! Tiger Scream!" Byakko roared, unleashing a powerful roar at Natsu, intent to reduce him to ash with the attack.

Seeing the attack coming, Natsu ran out of the way, only for Byakko to direct the roar towards him. Looking back, Natsu's eyes widened, seeing that anything the roar touched was broken down, and reduced to ash.

'Definitely don't wanna get hit by that.' Natsu thought, as he started running faster, waiting until Byakko couldn't continue his attack.

After a few minutes, Byakko finally stopped as he fell to his knees panting, both from the attack, and that he was at his limit for his absorption.

"Hey, you look kinda tired. Here have some magic, Fire Dragon's Roar!" Natsu shouted, unleashing a blast of fire at the demon.

"N-NO!" Byakko screamed, raising his hands to block the attack, but it was useless, as he simply absorbed the magic again, passing his limit.

Natsu kept unleashing the fire, not stopping until he saw that Byakko was starting to puff up, from all the magic he's absorbed.

"I-I can't…I can't!" Shouted Byakko, as his body began bloating up until finally, he exploded in a large explosion of fire, no longer able to contain the magic inside him.

"Man, glad that's over. Better go help the stripper." Natsu said, running off to where Gray was, doubting Naruko would need any help with her opponent.

*With Gray*

"Ice-Make: Knuckle!" Gray shouted, placing his hands on the ground, causing towers of ice to rise up around Seiryū, before they began striking him with large ice fists.

But once again, Seiryū merely began eating the ice, laughing at Gray as he did so.

"Can't you see how hopeless this fight is! Why don't you just lay down, and die! Ice Dragon's Wrath!" Seiryū said, throwing his arm out towards Gray, unleashing a large serpentine dragon made of ice.

"Ice-Make Shield!" Said Gray, forming a large shield of ice in front of him, gritting his teeth as the ice dragon impacted it cracking the ice.

Channeling more magic into the shield, Gray held his hand out.

Ice-Make: Cold Excalibur!" Gray said, forming a much large sword of ice, which he quickly used to slice the ice dragon in half, only to be met with Seiryū standing in front of him.

"Ice Dragon's Claws!" Said Seiryū, as large ice claws formed around his hands, which he slashed at Gray with, making the Mage blocking the strikes with his sword.

When their weapons were locked in a stalemate, Gray took the chance to kick Seiryū away, to get some breathing room.

"I believe it's time I ended this. Ice Dragon's Roar!" Seiryū shouted, unleashing a powerful blast of ice and snow at Gray.

Though just before it could hit him, Natsu arrived and jumped in front of the attack.

"Fire Dragon's Roar!" Said Natsu, unleashing his own roar to match Seiryū's own.

'I'll never admit it, but I've never been so glad to see flame brain, here.' Gray thought, relieved at Natsu's arrival, and the opening he gave him to take Seiryū down.

While the two Dragon Slayers were locked in a stalemate, Gray rushed around Natsu, and ran towards Seiryū.

"Ice-Make: Hammer!" Gray shouted, creating a massive hammer of ice above Seiryū, before bringing it straight down on him, while he was distracted.

Waiting a few moments to see if he would eat the attack, Gray lifted the hammer, and saw Seiryū lying in a crater unconscious.

Seeing his opponent was down, Gray sighed in relief, before trapping Seiryū in a cage of ice, along with Magic Suppressing Cuffs, so he couldn't just eat it.

*With Naruko*

"Lightning Dragon's Heavenward Halberd!"

"Lightning Phoenix's Barrage!"

Naruko threw a large trident made of lightning at Suzaku, who turned unleashed a barrage of lightning blasts at her. With Naruko's trident crashing through most of the blasts, with the whiskered blonde jumping into the air, to dodge the rest.

"Air Ball!" Naruko shouted, while forming a large ball of wind, that she launched towards Suzaku.

"Lightning Phoenix's Lightning Wave!" Suzaku said, firing an arrow of lightning at the wind ball, before immediately crying out, as Naruko's Heavenward Halberd hit him straight in the chest, with the Dark Mage screaming in pain, as lightning coursed through his body.

Normally, he would have eaten the lightning, but given it was one of Naruko's Dragon Slayer attacks, he was unable to eat it. Just like she couldn't eat his Phoenix Slayer attacks.

'He's almost down.' Naruko thought, seeing that while Suzaku was still healing from her attack, it wasn't as fast as before.

She had been launching multiple attacks at Suzaku, in order to distract him with one, and ensuring another hit him. Making it so he had to use his Lightning Phoenix's Restoration to heal himself, and using his Magic Power. Now she could see that it was finally paying off.

Figuring that one more attack would be enough to take him down, Naruko landed on the ground, and slammed her fists together. With Suzaku snarling in anger, and slammed his own fists together.

"Lightning Dragon's…"

"Lightning Phoenix's…"

"ROAR!"

"SHRIEK!"

Naruko unleashed a large blast of lightning at Suzaku, who in turned unleashed a shockwave of lightning, accompanied by a loud shriek.

The two attacks collided against each other, as the two Slayers pushed more magic into the attacks, intent to overpower the other. Suzaku then started panicking, when he tried calling on more of his magic, only to realize he was now at his limit.

'NO! I used so much to heal myself, that I don't have any left to attack!' Suzaku thought, as he desperately pushed what little magic he had left in his attack, hoping to overpower Naruko's roar.

Only for Naruko's own attack to begin pushing back his own, with Naruko still having plenty of Magic Power left. Seeing her attack getting closer, Suzaku quickly jumped out of the way, crying out, when the lightning hit his arm.

Panting in exhaustion and pain, Suzaku gritted his teeth, hating that he was being forced to run. But before he could try, Naruko shot out a chain out of her hand, that wrapped around him, before yanking him towards her.

"Lightning Dragon's Iron Fist!" Naruko said, slamming her lightning charged fist into Suzaku's face, sending him flying into the wall.

Looking at her opponent twitching and moaning in pain, Naruko nodded in satisfaction, before binding Suzaku, and placing Magic Suppression cuffs on him.

'And that makes four.' Naruko thought, having sensed Elfman, Natsu, and Gray had dealt with their own opponents as well, along with sensing that Jet and Droy dealt with the mercenaries and maids.

And she was right, as not a moment later, her teammates came running towards her.

"Glad to see you guys are alright. Now, let's deal with the midget." Naruko said, wanting to deal with Everlue as well, after seeing he hired the Saint Beasts, just to protect a damn book.

Nodding in agreement, the Mages ran to the front of the manor, where they saw Everlue was still standing, still looking as confident as ever.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHA! You fools, you may have defeated my hired help, but now that you're tired, you'll deal with my most beautiful maid! Open! Gate of the Maiden, Virgo!" Everlue said, pulling out a golden Celestial Gate Key, which he pushed into the ground, activating it and summoning Virgo, who was extremely tall and overweight, with a brutish face and two ponytails.

"You have serious issues." Naruko stated, before jumping back, as Virgo charged her, and slammed her large fist into the ground, where Naruko had been standing.

Wanting to end this quickly, Naruko channeled lightning into her fist, and rushed at Virgo in a burst of speed, smashing her fist into the spirit's face. The impact knocking Virgo back, and falling right on top of the screaming Everlue.

Going over the unconscious man, Naruko grabbed the Gate Key, before forcefully sending Virgo away.

Not a moment later, Lucy and Levy came running out of the manor, with surprised looks on their faces.

"Why didn't you burn the book?" Naruko asked, after seeing that they had Daybreak, but didn't burn it.

"Because, it's not just a regular book. We have to bring it back to Kaby, he needs to see it for himself." Lucy said, knowing they couldn't destroy the book, after learning what it really was.

Raising a brow at this, Naruko nodded, trusting their judgement, before the team left and returned to Kaby's house, and gave him the book.

When Lucy and Levy gave him the books, they revealed that Kaby was the son of the books author, Kemu Zaelon, whose real name was Zekua Melon. With the book having been his final work, which Everlue forced him to write, with him as the main character.

But instead, Zekua used his magic to make the book truly dedicated to his son Kaby. When Kaby learned this, and saw what the book read, he had thanked the Mages for allowing him to see his father's final work.

Though, when it came to the matter of their payment, the team learned that Kaby and his wife weren't actually rich, and the home they were staying at belonged to Kaby's friend. While at first, they were a little annoyed at this, the Mages weren't really angry, and were glad that they were able to help Kaby come to peace with his demons.

With their business in completed, the team left, to return to Magnolia and the guild.

So, what did you think, good. Yep Naruko and Lucy went with Natsu on the Daybreak Job, with them also accompanied by Team Shadow Gear, Gray, and Elfman where they went against the Saint Beasts, (from Yu Yu Hakusho) who were hired by Everlue to take care of any Mages. With Naruko, Natsu, Gray, and Elfman each taking care of one of the Beasts, while Jet and Droy handled the maids and other mercenaries, and Lucy and Levy located the book and learned what it really was. With Naruko also dealing with Virgo and taking the Golden Gate Key from Everlue. Finally the team returns the book to Kaby and tell him what it really is before heading back to the guild. So, review if you liked go away if you didn't.
