U.A's Saiyan Heroes-1

"Hurry, this way." A deep gruff voice said, leading three beings to where the pods were being held.

The person leading the three was tall with spiky black hair, wearing the armor of the Frieza Force, with his tail wrapped around his waist.

"Dragur are you sure we'll be able to make it?" The woman following them asked.

"Grace, I know we'll make it. Come." He said, leading them through to the pods, and running to the control panel.

"Mom, I'm scared." The little girl said.

"Don't be scared honey. Everything's gonna be all right." Grace said.

"All right, the pod's ready. Get in." Dragur said.

"Hey, what are you doing?" A guard asked, coming into the pod room. "Get out of there right now."

"Go now, I'll hold them off." Dragur said, blocking the guard's path to the pod.

Grace grabbed her daughter's hand, and led her to the pod, while still keeping a firm grip on the bundle in her arm. Helping her daughter into the pod, Grace looked back to see Dragur was being pinned down, and one of the guards that came to the first's aid, was at the control panel putting a stop to the launch. Looking down at the bundle in her arms, Grace was forced to make a difficult choice.

"Athena, take care of your brother, be a strong girl. Don't let your pride control your life, and become something greater than our people were." Grace said, putting the bundle in her daughter's arms. "Don't become a destroyer of lives, and don't put those weaker than you, beneath you. Become something greater than a Saiyan." She exclaimed, cupping her daughter's cheek. She reached behind her neck, and removed a necklace, before putting it around Athena's. "Take good care of this, and listen to both your instincts and your heart."

The facility around the pod's launching area began to shake, signifying there wasn't much time left, and that Grace had to act quickly.

"Remember your father and I will always love you, and be proud of you both. We love you both our children." Grace said, before closing the pod.

"Mom." Athena cried out, putting her hand on the window, pressing against it.

"Fight back, against the Frieze Force, and don't let them control your lives." Grace called to the pod, her voice muffled, before she went and kicked the guard at the control panel away.

The instant the guard was gone, Grace reset the coordinates, and launched the pod from its platform.

"Grace no, what are you doing? You're supposed to be in the pod with them." Dragur said, as Grace removed the guards restraining him.

"If I hadn't, then neither of them none of us, would have been able to leave." Grace said. "I'm prepared to die by your side my love."

"Grace."

Dragur and Grace embraced one another, just as the core of the planet erupted from the energy attack that hit it, and the two were consumed by the light of the planets destruction.

~Earth: 14 Years before the main storyline~

"Mmm, nothing like a good old fashioned campout to reawaken the soul. Right sweetie?" A tall, well-built woman with blonde hair, and fair skin questioned her eight year old daughter.

"It does seem pretty nice mom." She smiled.

"Yu, why don't you go and get the marshmallows from the bag?" Her mom suggested.

"Okay." Yu smiled.

"An' do not gigantify yourself just to make the walk shorter." Her mom said.

"Got it." Yu said, walking to the area near the tent where she and her mom left the food and other supplies.

As Yu grabbed the marshmallows from the box, she looked up, finding that the night sky was beautiful, with the stars and the moon visible. Her eyes widened when she spotted what looked like a shooting star. She looked back to her mom, then to the shooting star, making a wish.

'I wish I could have some little siblings.' She wished. When she opened her eyes, she nearly panicked as she saw the shooting star heading straight for her. She ran to her mom, and tackled her to the ground, seconds before the shooting star crashed into the ground, creating a giant crater.

"What in the world was that?" Yu's mom asked.

Yu got up, and cautiously went to look at the crater. It was quite deep, and it looked like there was still smoke rising from certain parts of it, but the strange part was, in the center at the bottom, there was a pod of some sort, spherical in nature, and white as the moon. Yu slid down into the crater, against the wishes of her mom, and get closer to the pod, she couldn't see inside it due to the soot on the window, but when she wiped it away, she gasped, when she saw a young girl, about two years younger than her, and a swaddled baby in her arms.

Yu began to frantically pull at the pod door, before she managed to open it, and quickly yet gently, pulled the duo out, making sure the baby didn't drop from the girls arms.

"You're gonna be all right. You'll be all right." Yu said, laying the girl down on the ground away from the pod.

The girl with black spiky hair, began to wake up, and her eyes were instantly on Yu. Athena acting out of reflex, jumped back, while keeping her arms wrapped around her baby brother, fearing for his life.

"It's okay. I'm not gonna hurt you." Yu said. "Can you tell me your name?"

"Y-Athena." She said.

"My name's Yu. It's fine, I'm a friend."

"Yu, honey."

Yu, and Athena looked up out of the crater to see Yu's mom, with several pro heroes surrounding the crater.

"I think we should let the heroes handle it from here." Yu's mom said.

~Sometime Later Interrogation Room~

"Here." One of the heroes said, sliding a bowl of food toward Athena. "It's Katsudon, come on, I'm sure you're hungry."

"Where's my brother?" Athena asked, clutching her arm, sitting across from the hero in the interrogation room.

"He's safe, he's being cared for by one of the more child experienced heroes." The Hero said. "My hero name's Gang Orca. I'm still somewhat new to the hero business, but I'm good with children. Can you tell me what you and your little brother were doing in that pod?"

"It's personal." Athena said.

"It's obvious you're not from Earth, so would you mind telling me what you're doing on our planet?" Gang Orca asked. "You're not here to try and conquer the earth are you?"

"No, nothing like that. I'm not like the rest of my people, and neither is Kaen." Athena said, clutching her arm tighter.

"That's your little brother's name huh?" Gang Orca asked.

Athena was about to speak, but her stomach growled, causing her to become embarrassed and her face flushed red.

"Why don't you eat something? I'm sure you're pretty hungry." Gang Orca chuckled.

Athena grabbed the sides of the bowl of Katsudon and began to eat it, finding the flavours to be better than anything she's ever had.

"I'm glad you like it." Gang Orca smiled. "So would you mind telling me why you and your brother are here, if not to conquer us?"

Athena was hesitant at first, she didn't know what to say, but she knew she couldn't leave the question unanswered, it would just make things worse. So she decided to make it easier on herself, and her brother, and just tell the truth.

"My brother and I are refugees." Athena said, much to Gang Orca's surprise. It was clear he was not expecting that answer.

"Is that why you set your pod to self-destruct before you brought your brother and that girl from the crater your arrival made?" Gang Orca asked.

"I destroyed it so it couldn't be tracked, by the one who destroyed my planet." Athena said. "Kaen and I come from a planet that used to go by Vegeta, before it was destroyed by Emperor Frieza. We're a warrior race of beings known as Saiyans. Our mother was supposed to come with us, but she wasn't able to, as the guards who were stupid enough to believe we were safe from destruction, tried to stop our father from sending us off, forcing our mother to stay behind and send us off without her."

Gang Orca was silent, before he turned his head to look at the two way mirror. On the other side of it, stood a detective and two heroes.

One of them was rather tall with blonde hair, and a muscle bound body, dressed in a red black, and white hero suit, with a dark red cape. He wasn't smiling, as he had a concerned and serious look on his face. This is All Might the number one hero in Japan.

Beside him, holding the infant that was Athena's younger brother, was a hero dressed in a white robe, open in the front, revealing white one piece suit, accentuating her G-Cup chest. Below that she wore dark blue leggings, with matching bicep gloves, with bunny ears on her head. She was currently holding Kaen gently in her arms, and feeding him formula, holding the bottle while he held it as well in his tiny hands.

"I think she's lying." The heroine said.

"She's not, Mercy. I'm not sensing any deception from her." Tsukauchi said.

"To be forced to flee your own planet, just to survive… I can't imagine what that girl is going through." All Might sighed.

"Why was it necessary you not be tracked by this Frieza?" Gang Orca asked Athena.

"If I had been tracked, then I would have escaped for nothing, and put this entire planet in danger." Athena said.

"She's even concerned about a planet that isn't her own." All Might said, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Mercy, has the government approved to set these two up with proper identification?"

"They'll be set up with proper identification, but unless they find a stable home to live in, they foster care system is gonna separate her and her brother." Mercy said.

"I don't wanna see that happen. He's all she has left." All Might sighed, before making a decision. "I have a house here in Musutafu. I don't use it beyond needing a place to stay whenever I travel. Tsukauchi, can you arrange for them to go there and be given a weekly allowance?"

"It'll be difficult, but I'm sure I can make that happen. The allowance however, is gonna be once a month, and that's the best I'm gonna be able to do." Tsukauchi exclaimed.

"I can provide them with any additional funding they might need." All Might said.

"Are you sure about this?" Mercy asked.

"I'm sure." All Might said. "I don't want these two separated for any reason, so they're gonna be under my protection. I'll even assign a nanny to help with raising her brother."

"If you're sure about this, then I'm gonna have to have you sign some papers, saying you're willing to become their legal guardian." Tsukauchi said.

"I'm fine with that." All Might said, using the pen and paper in the room to write down an address. "Mercy, this is the address of my property here in Musutafu, take them here, and on the way, purchase a crib from the nearest store that sells baby supplies. Keep the receipt and I'll reimburse you for it."

"Right." Mercy said, accepting the paper, before Kaen spit the bottle out, and it conked her in the head, causing him to laugh. "You cheeky little thing." She smiled, amused at his antics.

With no one to listen in on them while they walked and talked, Tsukauchi decided to confront All Might on what was really on his mind.

"You're afraid All-for-One's gonna go after those two if he finds out about them, aren't you?" Tsukauchi asked.

"I am. I'm afraid he'll try to recruit them to his side if he learns of them." All Might exclaimed.

"I can understand why you'd feel that way, but is taking them in, really the best course of action?" Tsukauchi asked.

"I believe so." All Might sighed. "However, taking them in is a double edged blade. I'll be able to protect them, but they'll become targets should it become public knowledge that I'm their legal guardian."

"I feel the same way you do about children being taken for granted. But if you feel that strongly about it, I can't stop you." Tsukauchi sighed. "Are you thinking of choosing one of them as your successor?"

"That entirely depends on what happens in the future." All Might said. "Right now, I need to focus on taking out All-for-One, once and for all."

~Car ride to the house~

"So where are we going?" Athena asked, looking out the car window, while holding her sleeping brother in her arms.

"We're going to your new home. All Might, one of the heroes who escorted you to the police station, has agreed to take custody, and be responsible for you both." Mercy said, driving the car through the streets.

"Why would he do that?" Athena asked.

"Athena, have you ever heard of a hero before?" Mercy asked.

"Sure, there's a legend from Planet Vegeta about a hero, known as a Super Saiyan." Athena exclaimed.

"Well, I'm not sure about planet Vegeta, but here, Heroes do things others won't, and put the needs of around them, ahead of their own needs. In this case, it's your safety and shelter. He doesn't want you to be separated from your brother, as you're all each other has now." Mercy exclaimed pulling into the parking lot of the house.

The sun was already high in the sky, as Athena and Kaen had both spent the night in the police station. Stepping out of the car, Mercy went to the trunk, and pulled the still boxed crib from the back, while Athena waited for her by the front door. Unbeknownst to them, there was a curious pair of eyes watching from her living room window.

"C'mon, let's get you and your brother inside. I'm sure you're wanting to get some proper rest." Mercy said unlocking the door. 'No offense to them, but I'd like to go home to my own daughter. Little Rumi is probably asleep on the couch, having waited for me to come home all night.'

"Whoa, so this is how homes are made on this planet?" Athena asked amazed at how the home was built.

"Looks like there's more than one room. The main bedroom is All Might's, and he said you could have any room you wanted as long as it wasn't that one, so let's set you up with one." Mercy said.

Mercy took the boxed crib to the second level, and opened one of the rooms that looked like it could be perfect for a nursery.

"This won't have a view of the full moon will it?" Athena asked.

"No, the window is facing north. Why?" Mercy asked.

"Well, when a Saiyan looks at the full moon, we turn into a Great Ape, or at least that's what my mom told me." Athena said.

"I'll be sure to let the nanny know not to let Kaen or you look at the full moon at night." Mercy exclaimed.

"Nanny?" Athena asked. "Someone else is gonna be taking care of Kaen?"

"Only while you're at school, the rest of the time, she'll be helping you to take care of him." Mercy explained.

Knock-knock-knock…

"I wonder who that could be." Mercy thought. She wasn't expecting Kaen and Athena to be having visitors so soon, and kept up her guard as she went to answer the door. Opening it, she found a woman with spiky ash blonde hair, dressed in a shirt and a pencil skirt. She held an infant in her arms with ash blonde hair, sleeping peacefully, and had a smile on her face. Chest size: H-Cup.

"Hi there. My name's Mitsuki Bakugo."

"Hi, I'm Heather Usagiyama. Is there something you need or…?"

"Oh, no I was just wanting to welcome you to the neighborhood." Mitsuki said. "Though this is a bit of a surprise, I wasn't aware Toshinori was selling his house. Your children looked lovely though."

"Oh, no he hasn't, and they're not my kids. I'm actually just here to drop off those two. He's taken custody of them from an abusive household that All Might rescued them from." Mercy said, going with the backstory she, All Might, Tsukauchi, and Gang Orca agreed upon.

"Oh, Toshinori did say he works in All Might's agency as his secretary. It's so good he's taken on some children to call his own, and give them a better home." Mitsuki said. "Where is he?"

"He's out looking for a nanny to watch them until Athena is old enough to look after the both of them herself." Mercy exclaimed.

"Ah right, All Might's Agency is in Minato Tokyo, so it would be impossible for Toshinori to live here while working there. An' I doubt he's gonna quit to find a new job just to be closer, since working for All Might seems it would pay really well, plus All Might was the only one to hire a Quirkless guy like him." Mitsuki said.

'So his secret identity is Quirkless huh? I guess that's a good cover for avoiding the truth.' Mercy thought. "Yeah, so he's gonna be needing a nanny to watch over them while he's away."

"Hold on a sec. I actually have his number on speed dial. My husband and invite him to poker night whenever he's in town." Mitsuki said, pulling out her cellphone. Dialing her friend's number, Mitsuki carefully cradled her son in one arm, waiting for Toshinori to pick up.

"Hello, you've reached Toshinori." He answered as he accepted the call.

"Hey there stranger it's Mitsuki Bakugo." Mitsuki said.

"Hey Mitsuki, something I can do for you? Or are you calling about poker night? I am in town this week." Toshinori said.

"Hope to see you there, but I'm actually calling about the two kids you took in. I heard you're needing a nanny." Mitsuki said.

"Yeah, I am. I can't quit the job I have as All Might's secretary, it's good money, and I could really use it for both Athena and Kaen as they get older." Toshinori exclaimed.

"Ah, you're thinking of their future." Mitsuki smiled. "Well, I wanted to ask if you'd be all right with letting me be the nanny. I'm more than qualified for it."

"You sure Mitsuki? Didn't you give birth recently?" All Might asked.

"Six months isn't recently Toshinori. Besides, I can take care of him as well as your kids." Mitsuki said.

"If you're sure. The pay isn't very much I'm afraid." Toshinori said.

"That's fine, my husband makes more than enough money to provide for his family, so making a little extra on the side won't make that much of a difference, no matter how little it is." Mitsuki said.

"If you're sure. Can you start today? I feel bad that Mercy is having to look after them with her own daughter waiting at home for her." Toshinori said.

"Sure no problem. I'll see you at poker tonight." Mitsuki smiled.

"I'll see you then." Toshinori said, before ending the call.

"All right, just give me a minute to grab a few things from home, and I'll be back to take over watching the kids for you." Mitsuki said.

"All right, but word of warning. I was just about to put the crib together when you knocked." Mercy exclaimed.

"Oh that won't be a problem." Mitsuki smiled. "I'll be back in a minute."

Mercy closed the door, and turned back to Athena who was standing there holding Kaen as he began to stir.

"Sorry about that." Mercy said. "Real quick, a few things you should know. All Might's real name, is Toshinori Yagi, and you absolutely have to make sure, Mitsuki or any civilians, do not find that out. If anyone were to learn All Might's identity, then it'd be chaos."

"Understood." Athena said.

"Now you remember the backstory we gave for you and Kaen?" Mercy asked.

"My foster parents were training me to be an underground fighter, that's why I'm wearing this armor, and they were going to turn my brother into an underground fighter, but we were rescued by All Might before I could do my first fight, and they could start training Kaen." Athena said.

"Perfect." Mercy said.

"I'm back." Mitsuki said, opening the door, coming in with a diaper bag on her shoulder, and her baby in a carrier, as well as a portable crib. "Sorry for the wait."

"It's fine." Mercy said. "Well, I'll leave you to it."

With that, Mercy left to return home to her own daughter.

"Well, I'm guessing you're both tired after the ordeal you've been through." Mitsuki said leading Athena to the living room, and setting up the portable crib. "Let's get you both some proper sleep while set up the crib." She smiled.
