Sakura wakes up with a shoot of electricity running through her body. Just awoke from the genjutsu with a sudden alertness she observes her surroundings. A deserted battlefield appeared before her. Looking to her side she observes her relieved sensei seeing her finally awake.

"Kakashi Sensei!", she said with a bolt of energy, "What happened? Where is everyone?"

"Still under the Infinite Tsukuyomi unfortunately." Kakashi's eyes turned to the nest of ninjas wrapped up in cocoons like barriers.

Kakashi watches Sakura as her eyelashes battered down almost contemplating whether to ask, "Oh... and... Naruto and Sa... Sasuke?"

Kakashi's gestures felt down as the entire mood of the war, he exclaimed with sadness and hope in his words,"Fighting their last battle." Sakura's body went down as fast as it shoot up first. Feeling an incredible amount of fear and pain weighing on her chest wondering about her friends situation her sensei noticed this and beckoned her,"If it makes you feel any better we'll check on them in the next hour. Just give them some time to deal with their problems as we promised." Sakura sadly agreed as there were no other options and this point.

About an hour passed and Kakashi nodded to Sakura keeping his words to her. Sakura got up quickly and was ready to pounced towards them. Aware she was being a pest and nuisance she felt she always have been, she pushed those thoughts aside as caring about those things didn't matter to her. Call her selfish and a complete annoyance but that was the least to her at this point of time as understanding the conditions of her friends and outcome of this battle were more important. The obvious dawned on her as she almost smacks herself,"Sensei, we don't know where they are." Kakashi looked back at her,"Sasuke made clear to Naruto that the fight will be held where it started it all. I have a hunch I know where he's talking about." A sudden fierce look showed on her face,"Lead the way." Sakura held unto Kakashi to aid him as the leapt tree to tree.

About 15 minutes gliding through trees they made it but no sign of them was visible from above. Sakura decided to let go of Kakashi and jumped down to look for them as her sensei was too weak to carry on without support. Sakura looked around but still no sign of them. She give up after a few minutes thinking that the location Kakashi sensei thought of was incorrect. Walking back to her teacher she noticed a orange color behind the waterfall and realizes it was Naruto's clothes. 'They were here' she thought. She jumped towards the cave opening behind the waterfall and arrived upon a terrible image that would be embedded in her mind for as long as she lives; Naruto on the ground:

With a horrific hole plunged through his chest.

Sakura looked down at the scene crumbling to her knees with her hands to her face holding a puddle of tears.

"NARUTOOOOOO!" She screamed on the top of her lungs. She checked his pressure points, chakrah points, pluses, all Gone. Sakura just sat there crying to her hearts content. Feeling so helpless, useless, an entire disappointed. Endless flow of memories eroded her mind of the knuckle head, team 7, as regrets started flowing in. She took in how the idiot was laying there dead with a small smile on his lips. "What if I trained harder and at least helped him in the fight? What if I pushed and persuaded Sasuke more to stay in the village that night?" She started saying her thoughts aloud and cursing herself for the things she wished she had done that could have avoided this.

"Nothing you did could have stopped this."

That voice

She turned around and faced the monster that murdered their friend standing at the cave entrance. "Uchiha" she spat in total anger. "No Sasuke-kun" He mocked her almost smiling. "You're not Sasuke! You're nothing but a monster who killed his best friend that only wanted to help you!" Sasuke started moving towards her and she stood her ground in a defensive stance. "Naruto got exactly was coming for him. I warned him not to intrude but he did and so faced the consequences of defying me." As much as Sakura didn't want to let her feelings controlled her they did. Tears poured out of her eyes as she watched the man she loved just fall deeper into darkness. Sasuke stopped in his tracks as he saw her crying. If Naruto couldn't save him then who can? What can she do? The weakest of team 7. "Why Sasuke? Why? Why are you doing this to innocent people?" "NONE OF THEM ARE INNOCENT! THEY ALL HELPED IN SLAUGHTERING MY ENTIRE CLAN!THEY WILL ALL PAY FOR WHAT THEY DID TO US! WHAT THEY DID TO MY BROTHER!" Sasuke suddenly snaps making Sakura flinch. She tried to reason with him for that was the only option left,"Itachi-san, he- "You have no right to speak his name!" He cut her off. That fierce look shaped on her eyes again,"He wouldn't have wanted this!" In a blink of an eye Sasuke was in front of Sakura gripping her throat and chocking her with his Sharingan activated. "You know nothing about my brother!" Sakura starting gasping for air looking deeply in Sasuke's crimson eyes and he stared back to her emeralds. Sakura noticed the glistening in his eyes and as suddenly let her go. Sakura fell to her knees chocking and gasping for oxygen. She felt a hard squeeze on her pressure point behind her neck as the world slowing became dark. The last thing she saw was Naruto and his smile and Sasuke towering over them. 'At least I got to see his warm smile once again' she thought before she completely passed out.

Sasuke made his way unto the battlefield and called his team Taka as while as Orochimaru at his side. Karin offered Sasuke to bite her which he did not object to as he needed the strength to finish off the Kages. Sasuke fully healed and chakrah back to full bars he approached the five Kages and murdered them. He then undid the Infinite Tsukuyomi. As everyone arose Sasuke made his declaration over them with team Taka by his side as the new Hokage over the five great nations. To people's disbelieves he showed the dead bodies of the five Kages and Naruto Uzumaki which shook the core of everyone. Hinata Hyuga broke down sobbing from sadness and anger at the lost of her love. Shikamaru, Ino, Choji and the others wouldn't accept it even though Sasuke stated the consequences of disobeying him would be death. Ino noticed the disappearance of Sakura to where she asked Sasuke her whereabouts. Sasuke being a person of little words said she was taken cared of to Ino's fear and anger of the worst possible that could have been done to her. The shinobis were not going to stand around and let them take over without a fight even if it would cost them their lives. They all rushed in anger at Sasuke to attack but was all killed off one by one.

With everyone dead and no hope left Sasuke made his way to the village. Hearing the news the villagers had no choice in the matter and accepted Sasuke as their new leader. Iruka, Konohamaru, Moegi, Udon and Kurenai listened to the events with heartbreak. The fate of the Ninja world was fallen as they balled their eyes out for everyone's death and Iruka watched on as Sasuke Uchiha, the little boy he once knew, became so dark. Sasuke destroyed partially of Kohoha and rebuilt it to his liking in just a week. He managed to this all from the large amounts of money and inheritance he obtained from his clan. All of the remaining ninjas as well as civilians were thrown into prison until they said the magic word; I, name, accept Sasuke Uchiha as our new Hokage with harsh punishments from the guards to make them accept faster. Sakura woke up in a prison confused from remembering her last events.

"You're finally awake."

Sakura knew that voice. She looked around trying to figure out the context in the dark prison room and her eyes landed upon her teacher.

"Iruka Sensei! What happened? What's going on?" Sakura said with hyper energy almost stumbling on her words.

"You were knocked out a whole week. I'd say you over used your seal and body too much. Your body needed the exhaustion to heal itself. You certainly missed out a lot. Not that its exciting. I almost envy you just sleeping through all of the catastrophe out there."

"What do you mean catastrophe?" Sakura asked with knitted eyebrows.

Iruka Sensei filled her in on what happened in the entire week. Sakura almost blackout again from hearing the news. Her breathing cut and she started to tremble. All? All of her friends? Dead? Killed? Iruka told her not to worry about Kakashi, he was fine and in another cell. After Sasuke defeated and claimed victory, he brought her and Kakashi Sensei along with him. From what he knows Kurenai accepted Sasuke as the new Hokage because she had her child to take care of. As for Konohamaru, Meogi, Udon refusing to accept Sasuke as their new Hokage despite the punishments given for they haven't gotten over their big brother Naruto. Iruka also apologised as he heard that her parents died during the war. It was like the words he was saying came through one of Sakura's ear and passed the next. The truth before her was too much to comprehend. Sasuke reigns above everything. And with that she curled up and sobbed until she fell asleep.

Sasuke placed each member of team Taka in each nation therefore he would be able to rule more effectively. Jugo was placed in the Land of Earth; Iwagakure, Karin was placed in the Land of Lightning; Kumogakure , Suigetsu was placed in the Land of Water; Kirigakure , Orochimaru was placed in the Land of Wind; Sunagakure and Sasuke remained in the Land of Fire; Konohagakure. Even though those four had important positions, Sasuke was the one above everyone else. He made changes to the Laws over the world. Some of the prominent ones were Anbus were allowed to leave their comrades or killed them if necessary as long as the missions or goals were achieved. The new Graduating age for the academy was no longer twelve years but eight which made a lot of children suffered not only physically but mentally with their ninja dreams. This was all a show of Sasuke's dislike towards people getting in the way and weakness. Sakura was still suffering in the prison as she refuses to accept Sasuke as the new Hokage because she believes only Naruto deserves that position.

"Just accept him as your Hokage already and save yourself the misery." The guard spat as she fist a handle of Sakura's cherry blossom hair dunks her head in a bucket of water.

"Never. He... choke... doesn't deserve ...choke...that title." Sakura coughs on her words as the water goes up her nostrils and down her throat.

"I'm down with you for today. You just don't know when to quit." The guard exclaimed tired and giving up. He's face lights up in a disgusting manner and stood at the door,"I'll be back tomorrow for more." and with a sinister grin he walked out and locked the door.

Sakura couldn't take it anymore. She had to escape somehow. Iruka sensei was already out because he couldn't handle it anymore and what was rumored Kakashi sensei, Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon gave up too as he was tired and didn't have anything else to fight for. Meogi comes to visit her every now and then and desperately advises her to give in as Sakura's state looked worse everyday. But even if she did escape she had no where to go. Then it hit her, she did! Her parents didn't initially live in Konoha, they lived in Haruno household mansion that housed Haruno members. It was located in the Land of Water in the middle of no where about an hour away from Konoha therefore nobody would be able to find them. When she was a baby her parents moved to the leaf village as they were the last owners of the mansion because Haruno members started to become less and living in a big mansion with only a 3 member family was lonely. Sakura talked to Moegi that afternoon and they both as well as Kakashi sensei, Konohamaru and Udon decided to move out of Konoha. Moegi, Konohamaru and Udon worked together to steal the key to Sakura's cell. Sakura sneaked out and left behind a shadow clone to give them time to pack and leave. When she got out of the prison she stared in awe at the new world laying there. An entire new castle like building with the Uchiha clan symbol was replaced where the Hogake's tower was. New households were built for the villagers matching the structure of the once Uchiha compound. That night they waited at the train tracks for their ride. Sakura came wearing a kimar to cover her unique color hair to avoid being seen. Iruka and Kerunai sensei didn't want to leave as all they have was in Konoha and Sakura understood. They turned up and both wished the five good luck and a happy life. They all exchanged hugs and warm smiles as they might not be able to see each other again. As they got on the train Sakura thought, 'This is it, no turning back now.' The train moved off and as five pushed their head out and gave Iruka and Kurenai their last wave of goodbyes, Sakura looked on at her home she was now leaving possibly forever with all of those memories behind and thought of what could have been. He noticed at the top of the castle like building Sasuke was standing at the balcony. She mentally wished him happiness and a great life with tears in her eyes. She sat down in her seat and wiped her eyes. About half an hour in the train ride her body alerted her that her shadow clone was destroyed. It didn't matter now they were already half way to their destination. When they got there the four stared at the white and gold mansion in disbelief at how big it was. Sakura walked up to the doorstep with the Haruno symbol on the top of the door and got out the key that once belonged to her parents when they lived there and now rightfully hers.

"How many bedrooms does this place have big sis?" Konohamaru said in excitement being able to stay here meanwhile Meogi and Udon just stared on with their mouth open as they walked in and Kakashi eyes rosed. There were endless protraits down the hall with Haruno members. One had a picture of toddler Sakura and her parents. Looking at her parents brought tears to her eyes. Brushing the overwhelming feeling of sadness she answered Konohamaru's question.

"23" Sakura said unfaced.

"WHAAA-?" The genins mildly shouted.

"It's not that big of a deal. It's just a mansion built to house homeless Haruno members since 500 years ago." Sakura started to cough from the sudden wind of dust and walked over to the room full of cleaning utensils,"It is really dusty though so we need to start cleaning starting with the rooms you decide to pick." "Does this place have maids?" Udon asked looking at the wealth the interior of the building showed off. "Not anymore." Sakura said handing a broom and gloves to Konohamaru and leading them up a grand side staircase. "We look back and see Sakura dressed in a maid's costume." Konohamaru joked. Sakura laughed at his statement enjoying the fact that everyone is returning back to their old self after what they had been through. "But we have to get jobs to pay for food and bills so I'd suggest we start looking." Everyone nodded at Sakura's advice. "Hey, how long did everyone last during the time we shared in the prison cells?" Moegi asked curiously. Suddenly everyone facial expressions glomed. "I lasted two weeks" Udon answered. "I lasted twenty four days." Konohamaru followed. "Twenty three days." Moegi replied. "It was three weeks." Kakashi added. "I escaped remember." Sakura told them. Realization dawned on them,"Big sis you were the only person that didn't accept Sasuke as Hokage." Udon said with a surprised expression. "You've got a lot of guts even for my student." Kakashi complimented. "I would never accept that bastard as Hokage." Sakura's voice answered lowly.

After a week of cleaning the mansion was sparkling. The five all had jobs. Konohamaru, Meogi and Udon worked as bigger students teaching smaller children in the new academy built in the Land of Water. Kakashi worked as a Jonin going on dangerous missions for the Kirigakure. Because of his job he is not often there so Kakashi leaves Sakura responsible for taking care of her younger siblings. And Sakura is a nurse in Hospital. Of course when going to work they all had to change their identity. Konohamaru changed his hair to blonde and eyes to blue. Moegi changed her hair to black and eyes to purple. Udon changed his hair to dark blue and eyes to black. Kakashi changed his hair to brown and eyes stayed the same. Sakura decided to be creative and swapped out her parents features. Instead of her pink hair she inherited from her father, she toke her mother's dirty blonde. And instead of her emeralds she got from her mother, she toke her father's sky blue eyes. Trying to live a normal life as before.

Walking away from Konoha was the hardest thing to be done but living in constant misery was also not an option. Not only had Sakura walked away from her home and her friends but she also walked away from the only man she ever loved in a failed attempt to save him from his darkness and worried about him. Thinking about him even though he was the one that killed all of her friends. Selfish wasn't she? Even though he was doing such horrible things to the world, she only wished for him to find happiness.

"Being away from Konoha wasn't easy. Worrying about the situation of my home and lives of the people I once knew there has always been on my mind. Thinking about the death of all of my friends wasn't easy either. I often wanted to put away my disguise and just be myself. I doubt Sasuke would care whether I was alive or not. Right? But Kakashi sensei said we could never be too careful. I shouldn't have to be thinking about him all the time."

"Besides you should know that it was been 2 years since all of that happened. Since the last time I've seen the people I've loved and him. I was seventeen when all of that occurred and now I'm nineteen."

"And didn't I tell you?"

"I'm getting married soon."

"To whom you ask? Well I'm not wearing a chain with the Hyuga clan symbol gifted by my fiance for nothing."
