Eiko was hot.
Izuku had always thought that she was cute, beautiful, amazing, and just thought the world of her, ever since the day they first met. She was his first and most powerful crush. And it was just so, so, so unfair that she had grown up to be so hot. Like, he never once thought that she was an ugly duckling, but apparently she was! Not that he'd ever think of Eiko as ugly, she just went from, well, she, she was just hot.
And that had nothing to do with the fact that she could breathe fire.
Okay, the fact that she was also a hero was maybe making him like her a bit more than he would have before, but that was just a bonus on how much he had liked Eiko. Which felt strange to think about because they hadn't seen her in years. But when he finally did, he felt all those feelings come rushing up from inside of him, and he couldn't help but smile just thinking about seeing her again and again and again.
The fact that he saw her boobs―instant high point of his life―was just a bonus.
Oh. and.
Somehow.
They were dating.
Or were about to. Or were. They were on their first date.
It felt like Eiko had finally come out of her shell; they both had. Well, he didn't come out of hers, he came out of his own; not that they were sharing a shell, if anything they were more like shell neighbors, but he had to be dragged out of his shell by All Might, and she just kind of crawled out of her shell on her own.
In middle school, she kept her hair long, tried to straighten it, dyed it black, tried to hide her horns, covered her scales up with make-up and just tried to be plain. Not that he was much better, he was short, weak, a nerd, had dreams bigger than his motivation. Still, there were a few moments when he saw the real brightness behind Eiko, and it was those moments that stuck in his head and his heart.
The woman smiling and laughing beside him, with her smile filled with sharp teeth, rich red hair, cute, smoldering black horns, burning crimson eyes, a long, animated body, and what Izuku still couldn't get over; some killer curves, wasn't trying to be plain anymore, she was simply herself. And that self was shining so bright Izuku couldn't take his eyes off of her.
Eiko was just so beautiful.
Even now, with an outfit she had thrown together with what little of her clothes had survived, she looked stunning. A Pink short sleeved top that was basically molded around her large―and in Izuku's professional opinion as a boob-man, spectacular―breasts, made up the top half of her outfit, while the bottom half was a black skirt that started high on her waist, just below her chest, and went all the way down to her ankles. It just made Eiko look so cute, playful, and dateable.
And they were on a date.
"So then, Nejire decided that that was the best time to see if she could fly and jumped off Ryukyu's back, taking me along with her. Turns out she was right, and we could both fly." Eiko gave a short laugh as her hand once again brushed against his for the third time that night. "Well, Nejire didn't really fly, she just kind of ping-ponged herself around."
"And what about you? Did you learn to fly?" Izuku asked. He stared at Eiko's slender, slightly scaled hands, and reached out for one. Confidence. He needed to remember confidence. He wasn't the scared little boy anymore. He grabbed her hand.
Eiko gasped and looked at their hands. They both stopped walking, as he watched her and she stared at their hands. He took it back, he was still very much that scared little boy and holding Eiko's hand had been a big mistake! A big big mistake! He should have asked first, he should have just waited for her to hold his hand, he shouldn't have even held her hand! Who held hands anymore? No one! Especially not since they were adults now! That was like a teenager thing! That was why he wanted to do it so much in middle school!
Maybe he should have put his arm around her shoulder instead.
She squeezed his hand and smiled up at him, resuming their walk.
"But, no, I didn't really learn to fly then, I kind of learned how to crash softly though." Eiko took a step closer to him, her shoulder touching his as they began an awkward dance on the sidewalk, an ebb and flow of pulling and pushing, bridged only by that vital connection of their hands.
Izuku laughed, in part because of how happy just being around Eiko was in addition to how much excitement he was getting from just holding her hand, and in part because of how much fun it sounded like Eiko had back with her old agency. "Nejire sounds like she was a handful."
Eiko sighed but kept the smile, as she lifted her free hand and did something amazing. She bounced her boob. "If she was here she'd be saying these were the real handfuls while trying to motorboat me."
"Oh, uhh, is she umm, a, uhh,"
"A lesbian?"
"Yeah."
"She used my bra as a hat."
"Uhhh, that doesn't answer anything."
Eiko sighed and bounced towards him, resting her head on his shoulder, which was instantly a highlight of his entire year―right next to the whole seeing her topless even if it was on accident. She flashed a glance up towards him, her smile telling that she was well aware that her breast was pressed into his arm.
Was this how girls flirted? That was dirty!
"That's Nejire in a nutshell though, she's basically chaotic fun, but she's a good hero, and a good friend." Eiko smiled, squeezing his hand more.
"Sounds like you miss them already." Izuku half muttered, using his free hand to scratch his cheek and try not to stare too much at Eiko. Besides, the sushi shop she was talking about should be around here somewhere.
Eiko nodded, and he could hear the giggle in her voice. "I kind of do. Ryukyu really looked after me, and Nejire was kind of a sister."
"Then why did you leave?"
"Would it sound bad if I said I was basically kicked out?" Eiko laughed, pushing off his shoulder again, though their hands remained connected. "Basically, Ryukyu said that there were too many dragons in her agency and that she wasn't comfortable with me getting close to her ranking, which doesn't make sense because Nejire is like two ranks higher than me and has been around longer, so I really think that it's because we're both dragons and even if she said it doesn't affect her she's still influenced by that."
"What do you mean?" Izuku asked, looking up just in time to see the sushi shop. He opened the way for Eiko, and waited for their seat. Was it like with One for All?
"Well, being a dragon comes with a bunch of extra baggage. Personality-wise, Ryukyu would never admit it but she really really likes to hoard shiny things. And she even keeps most of her jewelry under her bed. But there's a reason why she's a model too; she likes it when people pay attention to her, but that might just be her own personality." Eiko started to mumble towards the end, her face scrunching up as she thought about it.
Izuku sat down opposite of her, smiling at her in the booth they now shared, a conveyor belt of sushi passing to their right. He grabbed one plate for himself and watched as Eiko grabbed one plate, and then another, and another, and one more, and just one last one to make sure his wallet was really crying.
"What about you?" Izuku asked, watching as Eiko's maw opened wide and she swallowed a piece of sushi whole, her face brightening up as she squealed in delight. Yep, this was worth making his wallet cry. "Do you have any dragon tendencies?"
Besides the appetite, but then again that's how Eiko always was.
"Hmm, well, uhh," Eiko placed both hands on her cheeks, completely unaware of the bit of rice she had stuck on her cheek. How was she so sexy and adorable at the same time? "Well, I mean, you remember how aggressive I can be over meat right? I also don't like the cold. At all, which is probably just normal, and umm, well, I'm really bad at waking up from my naps."
"Those don't sound very draconic, those just sound like Eiko."
"Hey! I can't help it! I studied dragons and stuff and we're really similar! I'm just lucky I don't like actually causing terror or kidnapping princesses!"
"That's cause you are a princess!"
Eiko blinked and then laughed. "That doesn't even make sense."
XXXX
Their date had been extended, not really on purpose, but by the simple fact that Eiko was now his roommate.
Which was making Izuku even more nervous. It felt like his entire body was standing on edge as he sat in the living room, the warm sense of extra clean from his shower was a wonderful feeling as he mentally prepared himself for what was coming. A pajama movie date. He wondered what kind of pajamas Eiko had. When they were younger, it was just a T-shirt and some shorts.
Would she show up wearing one of his T-shirts?
That might be game over for him.
There was no way that he was going to be paying any attention to the movie, he was going to be too distracted by Eiko just being near him.
And that might be why he was so excited about all of this.
Tight tank top.
Normal Pajama shirt.
One of his shirts.
Which one would it be?
There were so many options and each one would be amazing to see Eiko in.
Izuku leaned forward, hands bridged in front of his face as he pictured Eiko in all of those outfits. She had mentioned how much Ryukyu enjoyed dressing her up and he was starting to understand the appeal, Eiko looked good in everything, but it was a matter of how she looked good, it was a bit like going around trying the same dish at every restaurant.
"Dragon got your tongue?" Eiko asked, standing just to the side of the couch, her smile was radiant and he felt his heart pound in his chest as he stared at her for a few moments. Her long bare legs were all but exposed to him, with one of his shirts giving the illusion that she had nothing underneath.
The only reason why Izuku's jaw didn't hit the floor was because his thumbs were already under his chin. Once again Eiko had stolen his breath away.
She moved, revealing the hint of the way too small shorts underneath that were easily shorter than some of his boxers, and sat down right beside him. "What's wrong?"
Izuku let out a deep, steady breath and sat back onto the couch, letting out a long steady smile. "Sorry, it's just I keep getting blown away by how beautiful you are."
Smoke came out of Eiko's mouth as she started to sputter staring at him with wide eyes. She let out a whine and then dove forward and buried her head into his chest, pushing him back against the couch. "That's not fair! I was going to seduce you and stuff, but you say one thing and I get all happy and flustered and stuff!"
"Haha!" He wrapped a hand around her waist and pulled her close, rolling her over so he could look her in the eyes, her back against the couch, his arm near her head supporting her. "Eiko, you've always been the most beautiful woman in the world to me. I just can't believe I forgot about it."
"That's not fair!" Eiko flailed her arm kicking her legs and squirmed underneath him. "You can't keep doing that!"
"Or what?" His voice dropped low, turning into something closer to a growl. He could feel the distance between them, that tension; it was in the way.
Eiko blinked up at him, the soft contemplative expression on her face was almost too much to take. "If you keep doing that I'll want to kiss you even more."
"You want to kiss me?" Izuku asked, still looking at her. Eiko nodded. Heart pounding in his chest, blood pumping through his veins, every type of arousal he could experience right now was being turned to the maximum. "Then, can I kiss you?"
Eiko gasped, her eyes wide, and her blush burning bright in the dim light. She nodded again, one hand going over her mouth, her voice barely a whisper. "Yes."
Izuku leaned down, Eiko moved her hand out of the way. Her lips were soft, her breath warm, and her kiss was perfection.
Neither one of them paid much attention to the movie.
