I give credits to Jens.K, who inspired me and gave me ideas to write this!

"Oh! OH! I ALMOST GOT IT-"

"Whoops! There he goes."

"AW, COME ON!"

"Watch out! Here it comes!"

"HI-YA!"

"Watch your back, Kai!"

"I'M TRYING!"

"AHH! I'M HIT!"

"Guys! REVIVE!"

"No- NO NO!"

"NO WAY!"

"THAT'S NOT FAIR COME ON!"

The sound of a controller smashing on the floor made Zane shake his head. It sounded as if Kai, Lloyd, Cole and Jay had once again lost they're CO-OP match of the game, "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare." (Hehe...)

The sound of the doorbell made the four drop their controllers and race outside.

"Okay, let's see," the Mailman opened up his bag. "A letter for Kai and Nya from their parents, card from Cole's father, a letter from Lloyd's mother, a box from Jay's parents, and a letter to Zane."

Once they got their deliveries, Lloyd realized that Zane wasn't there. "Hey, Zane! You got a letter!" Looking at the letter, Lloyd read it was from a farm in the outskirts of Wildwood Forest.

When Zane came walking outside drying his hands with a towel, he looked at Lloyd with a soft smile. "What is it, Lloyd?"

Lloyd handed the letter to the nindroid. "A fan letter probably."

Zane took the envelope and opened it up, walking inside while doing so. Once sitting down and opening it up, he started reading the beautiful cursive letters:

Dear Zane:

I'm pretty sure that you probably think this is a fan letter, and it kinda is, but I won't go all crazy like other people. I'd just like to thank you very much for helping on saving Ninjago! I saw you run pass here that one night a few years ago when you were chasing the Falcon while I was walking my dog, Dukey. I've always wondered who the person who ran pass here was, then I saw that it was you! What a coincidence!

Zane couldn't help but chuckle as PIXAL came walking inside. "You got a letter?" she asked with a smile.

"It appears so," he said.

"I'll let you read it then." PIXAL started heading towards the game room where the rest of the Ninja were arguing about their game.

I've noticed that a lot of people have forgotten about your sacrifice to defeat the Overlord, and I wanted to let you know that I will not let your sacrifice be in vain. Your part in defeating the Overlord was forever be one of the biggest parts of my life. I will never forget what you've done that day. I adore and salute you for that.

The words hit Zane to the core. If he were human, he would have been sobbing probably.

I am a home-schooled girl who lives in a chicken and vegetable farm here around the Wildwood Forest with my family: my ma, daddy, sister and little brother. I have trouble socializing with other people since I only talk to my family, dog, and chickens. And because I'm only 13 and my parents don't like me hanging around the internet, hanging around outside alone, heading to visit people and that, nor vice versa.

Although I couldn't actually meet you, I'm glad I was able to at least send you a letter! I hope you have a good day!

With lots of adoration, Lui.

Splat!

A single tear emerged from Zane's eye as if stained the paper. Blinking, he folded the letter carefully before tucking it in a pocket from his ninja gi as he stood up once he heard the others calling him. "I will be there shortly!" Going to his room, he grabbed a piece of paper and a pen, where he started writing a letter to reply to the little girl who touched his power source. He had gotten fan letters before, but none made him feel so special just like the girl, Lui, did.

The next day after the mailman gave some packages and letters to the Ninja, Zane gave him the letter.

Nya caught that and asked him, "Who's the letter for?"

"A friend of mine." The words rolled off his tongue automatically as a smile formed on his face.

Nya only nodded and did not push further, much to Zane's fortune. What he appreciated about Nya was that he could tell her his uttermost feelings and she would not tell the others (not even Kai!) a peep, or that she would get a simple reply and would ask further for more questions.

"So, Zane," Kai put his elbow on Zane's shoulder as he leaned on the nindroid. "What was that letter from? You cheating on PIXAL?"

Zane frowned as he walked away from Kai, making the Fire Ninja falling on the floor. "You are quite wrong to think so, Kai." He started walking away. "It was just a little girl, actually thanking me for my sacrifice to Ninjago, unlike others." He explained almost accusingly as he walked away, leaving the others confused.

"What?" Cole helped Kai up, who was left with a open mouth.

It makes me upset just to know that no one never even thanked Zane after he came back in Tournament of Elements. I wonder if people in Ninjago even remember his sacrifice. :'( And, yes: what 'I wrote' in the letter is all true, except that I don't live in the Wildwood Forest and seeing Zane run past XD)

This is the story of me in Ninjago. And what I would probably do it it! XD Once again, I thank Jens.K to motivate me into writing this!

Peace!
