**WARNING**: THIS STORY CONTAINS SLASH THEMES – WHICH MEANS HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TWO MALE CHARACTERS. YOU ARE ADVISED TO LEAVE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS.

Disclaimer: The characters portrayed in this story do not belong to me, but to the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling. This is all FICTION; none of it is true. No profit was made from this story. I bear no responsibility for anything you may claim from this story, you have been warned.

LAST WARNING. SLASH. HOMOSEXUALITY. LEAVE IF YOU DON'T LIKE.

Plagiarism is a crime. But I'm sure you know that already.

Notes: Stupid little birthday fic for me. Heehee. (P.S. I haven't forgotten any of you. College sucks, that's all.)

More notes (and a more legal disclaimer; you must read this first; I refuse to be held liable for anything you may have missed but that I have written): The idea for the scene in the beginning isn't mine, but from Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou, as was reminded of me. I must apologise for the haste in which I posted this story. However, the words are mine, the descriptions are mine, and the feelings invoked are mine, with only the plot idea being taken from someone else. The character's reactions are different than from the anime (I had no access to the manga), and that is all. Everything else apart from this is entirely mine. Being as I do *not*, in fact, have the manga, and only watched the thing once when I was over at a friend's house, there is no way for me to remember exactly where I got it from. The fault is mine, however, for not researching my source more clearly enough. As it is, I have, and I must remind you all that Arima does not react the same way that Harry does (Arima laughs and the girl is confused). Not to mention that there are countless stories out there with Harry or Draco going to meet the writer of some random unsigned note. More often than not it is Harry/Draco (one of them wrote, the other received), but this does not mean that all the stories out there have Draco responding to Harry's note, or vice versa. I am not even sure if the story continues the way that Kareshi… does. I cannot stress enough that the source was not mine, but the story itself is.

More warnings: Draco may appear OOC. However, I do ask everyone to keep in mind that this is fan fiction, and that Draco's history is entirely fictional in all stories as JKR never embellishes on his character at all. Draco in the Harry Potter series is a very two dimensional character, with no character development, growth, and is not written as anything other than the school bully at Hogwarts in order to emphasise Harry's good points and to provide us with good plot bunnies. The mere concept of Harry and Draco together as a couple can be seen as severely OOC. The authors have very little knowledge about Draco that are from canon, and we presume many things from slight encounters (i.e. we extrapolate Lucius and Draco's relationship from their short and not entirely private scene in book 2). Draco is written a certain way by many authors, and this has become the general accepted "truth" of what Draco is and what his past is. There is no reason, however, that Draco being French is considered to be less OOC than me pretending that he used to travel to Japan on business with his father and picked up Japanese there. I did mention that particular spot of his made up history, as is with all histories. For all we know, all our interpretations of Draco are wrong. The only person that knows for sure is JKR and she appears to be following her claims of disliking Slytherins and does not write about their private lives, for the book is in Harry's POV and we know he has no intimate access to Slytherin privacy. Therefore, you may think Draco is OOC, but how do you really know?

I apologise to any and all those that were injured from the absence of citation for the first scene (and first scene only). I also apologise if I appear hostile in any way during this introduction; it is merely to secure my own safety, both legally and within the fandom. I do not enjoy being called names of any sort, and therefore this is the only way to protect myself and my stories, which are entirely mine (I cannot say this enough). Although there is no legal copyright or patent, this is my intellectual property, and being inspired by a source is not, may I remind you all, illegal (This would make all those "inspired by Christian Dior" brands illegal. Which they aren't, if you take a look at the Internet). If any of you are LOTRiPS fans (LOTR RPS) in LJ communities, you may or may not have come across some work of mine, in which I stated very clearly that the idea was spurned from a particular source, no matter how remote it may be. This is to prove that this is merely a mistake I made, an isolated incident when I first posted (cut and paste of the headers and thoughtless note), and this is my remedy. Again, I have absolutely no malicious intent. The story is mine, and the first scene was inspired by an anime I watched many months ago.

By the way, I claim artistic license. I know that "sakura blossoms" = "cherry blossom blossoms" but I thought it'd sound prettier. Hee.

In other news, law is a very interesting subject, I learnt! And since there are possibilities for suing me in so many ways, this is the best method of protecting myself! (If the makers of the anime come, I now have a case!) Hope you enjoy the story, still!

Much love as always,
