"It's just a simple kiss"
They both pulled appart, their eyes glowing, both their lips wanting more.

"No one has to ever know"
"I-It was just a mistake!" she shrieked. "This can't happen! She's my best friend!"

"What she doesn't know won't hurt her"
"I won't tell her. It was just the moment," he agreed. She nodded.

"As long as I don't let it show"
'How will I act normal now?' she thought.

"And we'll keep it just between us"
"We'll keep this just between us," he repeated.

"Bottled up inside"
"Can't tell," she said. He nodded.

"Just our little secret"
He waved at her and rushed out of her room.

"I'll be playing dumb and acting shy"
She fell back on her bed and groaned.

"Goin crazy for a week"
"Guys! What's up with you two lately? You've been acting all weird!"

"(crazy for a week)"
Her eyes met his shyly and she looked appart quickly, blushing.

"Your girlfriend's gonna freak"
"Anyway... baby, I need to go shopping," his girlfriend said, sighing.

"(she's gonna freak)"
"Are you coming?" he nodded and she started walking out.

"Because I know that I'd be freaking too"
Their eyes met again and, this time, none of them broke it.

"Cause that's the thing that girlfriends do"
"Don't," she whispered. He nodded and looked down.

"It's so frustrating you're not the type that I should be dating"
"Bye," he muttered, walking out.

"No matter where I go or what I do"
She sighed and her gaze followed him.

"It sucks cause I wanna be with you you you you"
They locked eyes again and he left.

"Found a lame excuse to call you"
"Hey! I just wanted to ask you... about English homework," she said over the phone.

"Just to hear you on the phone"
"Hey..." he said in a whisper, barely audible.

"Talked a million miles an hour"
"You know, Mr. Dig started talking and I kinda dozed off..." she trailed off.

"Pretending we were all alone"
"Yeah... Listen, I'll call you later. I'm- I'm not alone right now," he sadly said.

"And if only for a moment"
She nodded. "Right! I'm so stupid... OF COURSE you're with her..." she said.

"It felt like you were really mine"
"Sorry for bothering you... Bye," she finished, hunging up.

"But no one wants a cheater"
She sat on her bed and covered her face with her hands.

"Even if the boy is fine"
"Why did I have to fall in love with you right now?" she wondered aloud.

"Goin crazy for a week"
"I thought that spaghetti straps would suit me good!" his girlfriend said.

"(crazy for a week)"
He continued listening as she talked, his eyes slipping to another girl constantly.

"Your girlfriend's gonna freak"
Their eyes met and she felt something in her stomach, dropping the glass she was holding.

"(she's gonna freak)"
"Are you okay?" Jenna, her lab partner, asked her. She nodded absently and got up.

"Because I know that I'd be freaking too"
Trying to get him out of his mind, she walked to the other corner of the room.

"Cause that's the thing that girlfriends do"
Unfortunately, he was talking to a friend there, and they bumped with each other.

"It's so frustrating you're not the type that I should be dating"
"Sorry!" she said, looking down at his Chem glasses.

"No matter where I go or what I do"
They both bent down and looked up, their faces just a couple of inches appart.

"It sucks cause I wanna be with you you you you you you you you"
Not caring anymore that he was her best friend's boyfriend, Lizzie grabbed Gordo's face and kissed him again, calming her lips need for his.

The End.
