Author's Notes:
I admit that I love me some alternative pairings. I can't help it. Like my earlier Naruto meme said, I love Sakura with any of the pretty boys of the series, and you have to admit that Itachi is cute. However, let's not forget he is a cold-blooded murderer who killed his entire family and did some huge psychological damage to his younger brother. I just can't really see these two having a happy ending if they ever did fall in love, but I'll keep reading fanfiction about them anyway because that's what fanfiction is all about -- Denial in the face of canon...
