Sam woke up around one in the morning wondering what had woke her up. Then it hit a gas pain or was it something else. Oh well I'll just go back to sleep.

Every five minutes these pains came until she decided to head to the bathroom and then discovered that her water broke.

She went back in the bedroom to inform Jack.

"Jack wake up" she said

"umm" he said in a sleepy voice.

"Jack wake up my water broke." As Sam is saying this a hard contraction grips on her side of the bed.

"Are you sure?" he ask

"Yes" she says exasperated that he thinks that she is not sure. Sam watches as he slowly gets out of bed to get dressed, while she grabs what she needs to put in a bag. Sam reminds herself she is beginning to be like Jack in procrastinating on packing her bag for the hospital.

Sam goes to the phone on Jack side of the bed and calls the hospital to inform that the she is having contractions and what should she do. The operator tells Sam to go directly to the hospital.

It took at least 20 minutes to get our clothes on as well as getting my clothes in a bag for the hospital. We left and arriving at the hospital not 15 minutes later.

Sam was just checked out and found that she was indeed in labor and the baby she was carrying was breech and that they would probably be able to a C-Section. The nurse announces that they need to call Dr. Lam and states that she 4-1/2 centimeters. By the time Dr. Lam arrived and checked Sam over she was at an 8, and to prep the OR for the C-Section.

By the time our little girl came out I was walking the floor. Our little girl was so beautiful. She looked a lot like me and some like Sam.

Dr. Lam came out of surgery, she said that our little girls cord was wrapped her neck as well her leg along with being breach. I was glad at that point that Dr. Lam had decided to take the baby breech.

We named her Josephine Ann O'Neill. Her nick name is Jo.

A/N: Some of this might not sound like Sam but I wanted to put it this way, because I was the one that had a C-Section with my daughter. Everything that happened in this little story happened to me.
