Author's Note: This is a song I wrote for English class. We were doing a poetry portfolio, and because I'm pathetic with poetry, I decided to base all mine in fandoms. Most of them were Naruto based, but I really wanted the song to be for Trigun. I don't like the first two verses at all, but other than that I'm very happy with this. Parenthesis mean background--which, if this were accompanied, would be either whispering or screaming.

Title: I Wanted To Save Them Both (very emo, don't you think?)

Summary: A typical Vash paradigm. His struggle with his own rage, his love for his brother, and his promise to the first human he ever cared for.

Rating: T...I don't know why, but this feels like a T. I think the images in my head are rated that high...

Soundtrack: It's a song, so I wasn't listening to anything while I wrote it...Well, if I was being honestly, I was not listening to my physics teacher while I wrote it. .
