Late

Tails sits on a grassy hill side now taller more spiked up golden yellow hair and glisting tearing blue eyes stare at the open green feild.

Nice spot we picked for you. Nice wide open spaces. "It suits you." The handsome tall red shoes waring fox said whistling at the breathtaking healthy green grassland.

Never really acurred to me that this was going to be good bye.

It came up so fast I guess I missed it. No one really wanted to believe you were gone.

Sitting up for days, staring at the window wondering still if the news wasn't true. Maybe somehow I would wake up and it were just a bad dream. If it wasn't for the time spent together the couple days before you left I couldn't move on.

Just the thought still hurts. But still I'm able to move on because I know that your looking after all of us.

You've been here, and you never really left us.

Your here in everyone you left behind.

Even if I never told you, I always really looked up to you.

The way you smiled, after saving anyone of us without asking for so much of a thankyou. To me growing up and seeing you, my role moddle made me want to walk in your shoes.

I'm sorry if I came a little late, sure you understand that I was upset and needed some time before I came to see you again.

Just never imaged that when I got here to come speak with you that I would gather so much courage and feel at ease.

I'm so much stronger now, than I ever was so I want to thank you.

You'll always be this towns hero.

I don't like saying goodbye so I won't.

Tails stood in silence, as he placed a metal he'd gotten from Sonic as a gift next to a bed of wild flower near his head stone. "Here's returning the favor buddy."

Thanks Sonic for everything.
