Greetings and salutations one and all. I'm coming to you after a long vanishings to tell you…I'm rewriting!

Now I love this story. This is my baby. And for the most part I'm not changing too many things BUT I didn't notice a few irritating flaw that have popped out here and there that I missed over the 10 YEARS it took me to write this beast. So I've decided to rewrite it as best (and as quickly as I can) to smooth out some rather nasty wrinkles.

One of my biggest problems is that fact that I'm having to completely rewrite the first 30 chapters from memory and rereading off because the original doc copies have been lost over the decade but fear not! They will get done eventually!

EVENTUALLY!

Now for a more personal note.

I LOVE COMMENTS. Both good and bad and I have it set to get notifications whenever I get them so I can read them immediately. And while I love good reviews, I also love bad ones. One especially caught my attention and I wanted it to be addressed:

You are absolutely right about my later chapters and how Rena seemed to fold into an abusive relationship with Mozenrath. You see when I was writing those final chapters I was in a farily abusive relationship as well so I could really pull from that point of perspective. At the same time I also wanted Mozenrath to have all but snapped and gone mad with power, especially win the book of Khartoum chapters. But after rereading them I got the sense that Rena seemed to simply bend over and take it, which is not how I wanted her to be from the start. She had fire, and uses it when needed, especially with a stubborn asshole like Mozenrath. So I rewrote/edited a great deal on the last few chapters, trying to break that cycle of abuse and put more of the real Rena in there as well as show the evil façade of Mozenrath starting to crack and break. I hope you'll actually finish reading the story now that I've done this instead of stopping on chapter 45 because that's like the climax of the story man! Gotta ride it out to the end!

I hope you readers of the universe will like my rewrite just as much as the original. Please bear with me on the first 20 or so chapters, like I said, those will take time, but until then, here's chapter 33-epilouge rewrite and I hope to hear from you all soon!
