Edward crouched close to the ground, trying to breathe quietly so he wouldn't be heard. His heart was beating wildly in his chest. What if it gave him away?

He had to move, reach his escape destination. He stayed close to the ground, practically sliding on his belly. He kept getting weird looks, but that wasn't important. He had no time to explain that someone was out to kill him, he had to get out!

Sudden movement caught the corner of his eye, and he duck under a nearby table, between a random man's legs, eyes wide with panic.

The coast was clear. It was just his nerves. He continued on, just short from army rolling.

He sites his exit, and his heart skips a beat.

I'm nearly free!

He waits for a couple of seconds before he makes a made dash for the door. The closer he gets, the smugger he feels. Ha! I knew I was too smart for –

A figure slowly stops in front of his escape, head bent, and bangs shielding his eyes from view.

SHIT!

Ed tried to stop running and change direction, but his momentum carried him forward anyway. Slower yes, but still….

Suddenly, a pair of arms grabbed his and twisted them behind Ed's back, making his back arch away from the body behind him. There was no escape… Ed gulped.

The person in front of the door looked up, bronze eyes flashing….

"Brother, you will drink your milk, whether you like it or not. Roy, hold him steady, he's not going to go down without a fight…."

"NOOOOO!!"
