Title: Introductions
Summary: About five years after the epilogue of Deathly Hallows, Rose Weasley introduces her boyfriend to her parents, much to Ron's dismay.
Warnings: Erm… Well, there are minor spoilers for Deathly Hallows. As in, you learn the names of some of the children of the characters, and you know some people who definitely survived. There's no mention of anyone who died, though. The pairing is a bit odd… Other than that, just some general Ron torture for your entertainment.
"Now, Ronald, we're going to be supportive…"
"You can't blame me if I go into 'over-protective father' mode, Hermione," Ron replied.
She gave him a hard stare, and he sighed. "Okay, I'll try not to go too hard on him. But if he isn't worthy for my baby…" he trailed off.
"Ron, just try your best, for Rose." As an afterthought, Hermione added, "Of course, you know the more we disapprove, the more likely they'll end up married…"
Ron paled slightly. Whoever this "new boyfriend" was, Ron was going to be as sickeningly polite to him as he possibly could.
There was a knock at the door. Hermione got up to answer it. A moment later, she reentered the living room, Rose a few steps behind her. Hermione looked a bit nervous, while Rose was smiling cheerfully.
"Dad!" Rose greeted Ron. "I want you to meet my boyfriend…"
Ron got to his feet just as the boy entered the room.
"…Scorpius Malfoy." Rose finished the introduction.
Ron fainted.
I might add more drabbles, but until I decide to do that, I'm marking it as "Complete." Anyway, please review.
