Here is a new chapter. Please note there are some side characters or terms that included in this chapter from other manga or anime that are included in this universe to set the tone of President of the student council president and Naruto fast discovery by the female population. Please enjoy the chapter. It might not be that long of a chapter, but I finally got some ideas on how I want this story to continue whenever I get a chance to write a chapter in my free time. I am on my last year at Roosevelt University with a lot of classes but I will try to move the story along. In future updates time will speed up. I just want to lay the groundwork of the story.

Official Day of School and the Impossible Memories

Konoha High School 7:50 a.m.

Naruto was walking with Sakura towards the front entrance of the school building and felt a evil presence just beyond those doors that he knew all too well from his time in America and it could only be fan girls or fan boys. He had hoped that no one would find out about his track and field time from his first year at Dundee High school. However, with today's technology such as twitter, facebook and Eden revolutionary image recognition engine that teens were using in their daily lives. Naruto hated how fast news spread these days through social media. He was sure that someone from school had seen them at the mall, took a photo of him, and uploaded it on Eden to ask whom this hot person because it has happened to him before state side.

Just as Sakura was, a few feet from the double doors they burst open and a flood of the hottest girls in the school come rushing out of the building. Sakura quickly moved backwards and saw them run and screaming Naruto name like crazy fans. She turned her head to look at Naruto who looked very annoyed and scared of the women heading straight towards him as he started back pacing trying to get away from the horde of women sadly he could not escape the crazy female teenager as they encircled him. She saw them surround her boyfriend from all sides and started to close in on him like hawks closing in on their prey.

Sakura could hear the women shouting lines like "Naruto I heard all about you go with me!", "Give me your number ", "and Saw your facebook! I saw you are single. I am available" etc. that got Sakura beyond jealous that these fan girls were hitting on her boyfriend. She angrier made her way towards the girls that normally would turn's tale and run, but today it was like they were all fan girl overload mode today and were blinded to anything but Naruto.

The fan girls just brushed Sakura off like a bug as she tried to crawl her way through the fan girl horde to reach Naruto who was trying to get them off him and being very vocal at how uncomfortable he was in this situation, but it fell on dealt ears. She silently wished the Misa the student council president would get down here and take control of the situation but knowing her luck Usui was bugging her as usual calling him a alien.

Just then, Sakura caught sight of a teenage boy walk towards the screaming fan girls towards Naruto he liked looked to be 17 to 18 years old, had short blond hair, and was about 5 feet 8 inches as he weaved his way through the fan girls. Once the teenager reached, Naruto he grabbed reached out, grabbed the boy's hand.

The unknown teenager then quickly turned his head as if looking for someone until he looked in her direction and pulled Naruto with him all while going unnoticed by the horde of fan girls as if they thought Naruto was still there which Sakura thought was strange beyond belief.

When the teenager reached Sakura, he reached out, grabbed Sakura hand, and pulled them in the direction of back entrance to school grounds. She looked down and noticed a blue diamond shape on the back of his hand.

Once they reached the back entrance the teen let go of their hands and turned to face them that Sakura and Naruto saw the face of the person you saved Naruto. This time Sakura got a good look at the man he had blonde hair Ivy League style haircut and green eyes and had a face women would go crazy for much as they did for Naruto moments ago.

The said teen then spoke, "Are you alright kid?" Naruto just nodded his head up and down while still recovering from the fan girl assault he had experienced. The teen then said, "Yeah those fan girls were crazy you know it is not a fun experience I went through the same thing and man was it brutal".

Sakura raised her eyebrow at that statement but she still had to thank the sempai for helping Naruto out so she said, "Thanks for saving Naruto! My name is Haruno Sakura and we are both first years. What is your name?"

The teen smiled, "My name is Hisashi Takeshi or just Takeshi and I am a third year." Naruto and Sakura both smiled back and said, "Nice to meet you Takeshi-sempai/Takeshi"

Sakura gave Naruto a glare for the lack of respect to a senior student.

Takeshi chuckled, "I prefer just Takeshi because it makes me feel old when call me sempai you know. It was nice to meet you Haruno and Naruto I hope we can hang out sometime. I better get going I do not want to late or have Misa yell at me".

As Naruto and Sakura made their way behind Takeshi into the school building Sakura had a question she had to ask Takeshi concerning how he saved Naruto. "Takeshi-sempai how was you able to get Naruto out of those harpy fan girls without them noticing Naruto missing or yourself?"

Takeshi laughed looked over his shoulder while rubbing his head and said, "You know I do not know how I did either Haruno. By the way I won't tell anyone about the thing you two having going on".

As he walked away, leaving a blushing Sakura and Naruto behind after being found out by someone they just met.

After recovering from the embarrassment the couple made their way to their homeroom teacher. As they were walking Sakura was not positive, but she could tell Takeshi was not telling the truth on how he managed to go unnoticed.

As they neared, the classroom Sakura looked out the windows to notice that fan girls were still screaming as if Naruto was still there and then Misa came out with Usui right behind her telling them to shut up and get homeroom. She could hear the fan girls freaking out Naruto was missing and that he was just there a moment ago. That raised even more questions on how that was even possible.

As they made inside the classroom Sakura felt a sharp pain coming from both sides of her brain, but it quickly disappeared.

Konoha High School

This was Sakura and Naruto second hour class currently the class had a self-study class because Kurenai-senesi had to leave due to not feeling well and apparently was feeling sick in this morning as well according to students from her first classroom. Instead of studying Naruto was talking it up with some of his classmates and luckily for her it was not all girls surrounding Naruto. He always had a talent to get along with almost everyone whom Sakura admired at how he could do that with ease.

Sakura was headache was getting worse and she decided to go the nurse's office to get some medicine for the headache. As Sakura got up Naruto looked over and saw Sakura was holding her head and he quickly excused himself from his new classmates to go check on Sakura.

Naruto with concern in his voice said, "Sakura are feeling alright?" "No I am not feeling okay my headache is getting worse. I am on my way to the nurse to get some medicine." Sakura spoke as she continued her way to the door with Naruto right behind since he wanted to make sure Sakura made to the nurse's office without something happening to her.

As they made their way to the first floor nurse's office Sakura could feel her vision distorting and grabbed onto Naruto arm to balance as she was losing her balance. Naruto was very concern at this point, "Sakura what a matter? Hey Sakura-chan tell me what going on!"

She could not respond as she started to experience illusions of strange animals with tails before she blacked out. Naruto quickly picked up his girlfriend and went to find the nurse's office as fast as possible with concern on his face as she was just finding this morning.

Sakura's Dreamscape

Sakura felt like she was falling into an endless darkness. When she opened her eyes, she saw images of ghostly images of people that she knew and people she did not know at all. As she looked down into the darkness she saw a swirling light open up from beneath her and an object that looked human came out and went towards a swirling light going in the opposite direction as the one below her. She could no longer feel her headache any longer as fell into the light.

Unknown Location

Sakura opened her eyes to find that she in a bed, looked around the room, and noticed that this was not nurse's office or her bedroom. She looked down and noticed that she was in pajamas that she had never seen before. She moved her way out of her bed, stood up on the hard wood floor, and decided to see if she could find out where she was. She saw medical textbooks and scrolls. "Who uses scrolls in this day and age?" As she looked around some more she concluded that she was in someone apartment building and then spotted a picture on her night stand it showed her teacher Kakashi-sensei, man with a mid drift shirt, a scary looking man, Sasuke (aka the Dick), herself, and Naruto. She noticed everyone including herself was wearing weird clothes.

Sakura put the picture down and calmly sat down on the bed trying to process what was going on speaking to herself, "What is this place? Is this my room? Am I dreaming? Am I going crazy?"

She had no idea what was happening to her, but whether this was just her dreaming or if this place was real, she was not going to get her answers sitting in bed. As she made her way to the closet she saw a calendar with today circled with a sticky note, "Obtain Naruto's medical records: Secret tests performed on Naruto by Tsunade-sama."

Sakura looked confused at note on why would need to see Naruto medical records. As slipped out of pajamas and into clothes she had picked out she looked in a mirror and saw she looked older like in her 20s, and she had a diamond on her forehead. She thought for sure she was dreaming by this point. She saw a pair of heels, slipped them, and grabbed a pair of keys she assumed her apartment keys and opened the door.

As she opened the door the sun light blinded her momentary and as she opened them she saw a town folk walking around in old fashion clothes and then she turned and saw a mountain with faces six of them to be exact. As the wind blow against her face, she knew for sure she was not dreaming she was not in Konoha, Japan anymore. The questions going through her head was how do I get back home? As she was thinking this medial temporal lobe and hippocampus began to pulse inside her head.

Sakura walked down the steps of her apartment and has she did she felt stronger in this body then her own which was one of many things she could not understand. She had hoped she would be able to find the hospital or maybe this weird place Naruto to help ease what was happening. As she thought about this she wonder if she was in another Sakura's body where had she gone and if that was the cause, she had to try and not make it worse on this Sakura. She had to wonder if she ran into the Naruto how she would act towards him after all this Naruto could not be dating her in this weird place or maybe they had not got together. If she saw women around that Naruto, how would she act in this body? It was so confusing. As she made her way through the crowd a ninja spotted her from the rooftops as he made his way down to her.

Konoha High School: Nurse's Office

Naruto was sitting in a chair next to Sakura as she lay on the bed. He has holding her hand, as she lay there unconscious after collapsing in the hallway. When he reached the Nurse's office Shizune was in the office and after listening to what happened to Sakura she had told him to wait outside while she checked and gave her some medicine. After 15 minutes or so, she came out of the nurse's office and told him she would be all right. She was a bit anemic and seemed tired because of her headache as well.

He felt Sakura stir in the bed and he saw her green eyes open up, took in her surrounds, and looked at Naruto oddly. "Naruto is that you?" When she realized it was Naruto. She quickly sat up despite the dizziness she felt she caught him in a bone crashing hug took into a big hug. "You are alright Naruto!" Naruto hugged her back, but was more than confused as to why she was saying that to him. Has she pulled away she realized something Naruto looked to be in is 15-16 years old and his clothes looked different as did this room. She also felt somewhat familiar presence around here. She then spoke nervous "Naruto where am I?"

Naruto rubbed his head, "That headache most of been bad if you do not know where we are Sakura-chan. We are in the Konoha High School nurse's office." Sakura eyes went wide as Sakura moderately yelled "NANI!" Inner Sakura: "What the HELL IS GOING ON HERE! MINATO AND NARUTO YOU ARE BOTH IN FOR BEATING WHEN I GET BACK! NARUTO DEAR I HOPE YOU HAVE PULL THROUGH SO I CAN PAY YOU BACK FOR THIS MESS UP!"

Konoha High School: Classroom X01

Haru was sitting in class when he felt a presence he had not felt in a very long time and he knew what that meant the seal was breaking on the gems and when he felt the presence of said person that just appeared at school. He felt like crapping himself and he was thinking "OH NO WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE! I AM SO DEAD IF I AM FOUND OUT!"

Hope you enjoyed this chapter. The everyday life of Sakura and Naruto is not so every day now that the gems seal is weakening. After the manga chapters I finally found a direction, I wanted the story to go in and how to set it up with the gems. Things will start to make sense once more details about happened a long time ago.
