The Whomping Willow

It's the end of the night the sun is ready to rise,
And a little robin bird flew straight to her surprise,
The Whomping Willow a seemingly normal tree,
Beat the little bird as fast as fast can be,
The poor little robin bird was weak and dying,
The Whomping Willow had sent her flying.

Here came two young boys in a flying car,
The Whomping Willow knew they would not get far,
They came down yelling and crashed into the tree,
The ginger-haired boy almost broke his knee,
They finally escaped but they were caught,
By a teacher they did not like a lot.

The Whomping Willow is waiting for fun,
And then a year later it all begun,
The two boys came back also with another,
And a rat that the ginger boy treated like a brother,
A dog appeared and trailed him away,
The boy thought he would not live to see another day.

The other young wizard children,
Tried to save him but it almost killed them,
The little girl tried skipping over the arms of the tree,
It then grabbed her then dropped her and let her be,
The two young children then went in a hole,
The tree then felt it had bumped into a pole.
