Heero Yuy believed in being through, especially when it came to Relena's security. He even printed a handbook that every body guard was to memorize (there were written examinations). Rule one was simple: when in doubt, remove Relena to a safe location. Unofficially that was rule 2 , and rule one related to where you were NOT look, under penalty of... lets just say many bad things.

This explains why Relena was horizontal in a speeding car's back seat with Heero on top of her. Not that she was complaining mind you, but it was slightly unsettling to be getting out of your limo one moment and grabbed off your feet the next. Again, not that she was complaining. She understood certain security precautions had to be taken. If that meant Heero had to grab her and lay on top of her, she was willing to live with it.

Before she could say anything she heard his phone ring. He picked it up, standard procedure was for him to be called with a briefing on the situation on scene.

"Yuy." There was a pause, she couldn't hear the other end of the conversation to know what he was being told. "Are you positive?" There was another pause while he waited for an answer. "The scene is otherwise secure?" Now she blinked while wondering what that statement meant. "Affirmative, ETA is 15 minutes, Yuy out."

"What's going on?"

"The scene is clear, no shots were fired."

"Oh, well, that's good, but we are only 3 minutes away..."

"I have to tell the driver to turn around the car first."

"The problem with that being...?"

"This." He answered while lowering his lips to cover hers.

Fifteen minutes later, and how Heero Yuy was that prompt no one would ever know. Relena's car pulled up to the government office building she worked out of. For the first time, she noticed a clown, who was apparently being questioned by preventer agents. She didn't have much time to ponder it before being hurriedly shuffled inside. Once in the elevator she finally had time to ask the question.

"Was that a clown?"

"Affirmative."

"Being questioned by the preventers?"

He nodded, to avoid being repetitive.

"I may regret asking, but: Why?"

"He was the cause of the disturbance."

"But, didn't you say the scene was clear?"

"It is."

"Then, what-"

"He was making balloon animals on the street, one of them popped."

"You jumped me, because a balloon popped?"

"Are you complaining?"

"You know, I think there is a balloon in my office..."
