Greetings, dear readers!

This is just a note to those who have put this story on story alert, marked this story as their favourite, or even submitted a review in the past. It's been almost one and a half years since I've uploaded new chapters. However, I've finally broken out of that writer's block and constructed a solid storyline now, with much thanks to the suggestions you left in reviews and especially my beta readers, Liz and Kaitlyn.

I'm proud to announce that I will be continuing this story.

I've also taken down all the existing chapters because when I reread it a few days ago, I was absolutely appalled at my poor writing style and felt that I needed to restart the story, since some of the things previously uploaded didn't quite fit in with my new storyline. I will still keep the original concepts of the story, except it will be hopefully written much more professionally this time. (I might as well restart because readers who subscribed to this fic a long time ago probably forgot what it was about anyway.)

To the readers who stumbled on this fic just recently (as well as those who found out about this notice by email subscription), expecting a story and then being disappointed because there was only an author's note to entertain you, here is a preview of what is to come. ^^

Despite the chilly morning which forecasted a cloudy day, the streets of Market Chipping were already starting to buzz in excitement as shopkeepers shifted their displays outside, doors opened, and signs were flipped on glass windows, announcing that the stores were officially open for business. Customers made their way through the narrow street, clutching their wallets to enter their respective shops.

Noise quickly lit up the street. An elderly man was wagging his walking stick at a perplexed cashier and demanded a discount on the shorts he brought the other day. Another woman in her mid 40s was trying to tell an amateur stylist that she wanted bangs, not for her face to look like it had hit a glass door several times last night. All in all, Market Chipping was indeed an interesting place to observe during the early hours of the morning.

Out of the blue, Howl perceived an inconspicuous shop wedged in between a bakery and discount store, and further noted that customers passed the shop in between without a glance, and those who did hesitate to read the sign hung daintily above the door, mostly shrugged and walked off. Howl could count on one hand how many customers entered the shop since yesterday, and aside from this shop, the only one who harboured even less visitors was a run down, poor excuse of a surfboard stand down a shifty alleyway across the street.

Curiosity got the better of him and with a swift jump, he blended into the crowd with ease.

Once again, thank you, for putting up with my terribly timed and unreliable uploading, and supporting this story. I hope you all have a wonderful 2011, wherever you are.

You'll be hearing from me again pretty soon,
Helena
