"Isn't there a law against that?"
"Isn't there a law against that?" McGee asked.
"Several." Tony smirked.
Gibbs had his hands tight around Kate's slender waist as she stood on her tip toes on Gibbs' desk. Her hands, her left one holding a screwdriver, were extended above her head, as she tried to remove the air vent cover. Gibbs turned glaring at Tony's implied message.
"I really don't think you are allowed to bug your own office." McGee elaborated.
Tony laughed. Gibbs glared. Kate teetered.
Gibbs grasped her waist tighter and pulled her closer to his chest. Kate finally removed the vent cover and handed it to McGee, who had come to hover next to Gibbs desk.
"Why are we doing this again?" McGee questioned.
Tony chuckled. Gibbs fixed him with a stare. Kate dropped back on her toes.
"Mic?" She asked as she turned toward Gibbs.
Although she excepted his arms to drop, they tightened to encircle her skirt covered waist. The next thing she knew her boss' lips descended on hers. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled herself up on her toes to kiss him more fully. They pulled away after a moment. The silver haired man brushed the brunette's hair away from her face. Only to lean down and kissed her again.
McGee stood in shock. Tony grinned.
"There goes rule twelve." He laughed.
"You know what they say," Kate said as she pulled away from her boss and caught her breath, "rules are meant to be broken."
She winked at McGee as Abby came off the elevator, pigs tales bouncing as she clumped over to the bull pen. He blushed.
A/N: What did you think?
