Gibberings: Written for Tiptoe39's Turning Hate to Love Challenge. The complaint this time was "The Eclipse was seen by everyone at the same time, even though the world is round." hahha I hope you enjoy this little piece. Also, on a fun note this is the first time I have ever written any of these characters. You may ask, "How have you written for Heroes since season one and never written Mohinder?" The answer is simple, I'm a Peter girl haha
Spoilers: season 3
Mohinder throws his notebook across the room, a feral sound of frustration escaping his lips.
"Is there a problem?" Arthur asks, coming through the glass doors, followed closely by his fire bending goon.
"I've searched and searched for the connection," the scientist is between ranting and whining, an annoying combination, "But nothing ties the eclipse to the loss of powers!"
"Are you thinking it's a coincidence?" Papa P inquires dubiously.
"Given what we know that seems highly unlikely," the less intelligent version of the man who came to New York all those years ago responds.
"I have a question," Flint pipes in, half way raising his hand like a grade-schooler in class. "Isn't the earth…round?" Mohinder looks at him like he couldn't possibly be that stupid, Arthur doesn't bother because he knows Flint is. "Isn't it weird that…everyone in the world saw the uh…eclipse thing at once?" Arthur is speechless, it's not a state he comes to often. Mohinder's dark eyes round like Bocce balls, his mouth hanging open fractionally.
He turns to the computer and instantly begins typing. "This adds layers of variables I haven't even considered!" Arthur shakes his head slowly back and forth, slapping the big man on the shoulder.
"And he's my best scientist," he laments to Flint. "Congratulations Suresh, you're an idiot."
