Me: I am so freaking sorry people! I really meant to update my other stories, but I forgot, then I lost the Internet…everything was going wrong! Even my computer was against me! It decided not to let me use Word…..enough of my rambling! This is my first FMA fic, so it might not be too good. Hope you like it! By the way, this takes place when Havoc and Roy are attacked by Lust… this only happens in the manga.

Disclaimer: I really wish I owned FMA. I really do. But I don't.

An inky black cloud of darkness inched it's way into his mind, threatening to smother him completely in the depths of a painless pitch black world, The world of death…..

Roy clutched his stomach in agony. Every beat of his heart sent a fresh wave of pain shooting through him and made his breath ragged and uneven. "Havoc! Are you okay?" He asked the man lying motionless next to him through clenched teeth. Havoc didn't reply. "Just stay with me! Havoc!" This time, the man groaned and stirred slightly.

"Colonel?" He said softly.

"Yeah. That girl of yours got us pretty good." Roy answered.

"My skills with women suck." Havoc agreed. A coughing fit wracked his body. Blood trickled from his mouth. "L-listen to me, Mustang." Havoc said weakly. Roy looked at him, concerned. "I'm not going to make it out of here alive. I-"

"Quit that!" Roy surprised Havoc by saying. "Don't….don't talk like that. We'll make it out of here. Both of us. Alive." Havoc smiled.

"I can't believe you still have that much faith in me. I'm dying, Roy. I just want you to know that I would travel through hell's flames and back for you."

"I already lost Hughes…I, I can't lose another friend!" Roy protested, tears welling up in his eyes.

"Loyalty knows no bounds. I would die like this one hundred times over just to see you make it out of this alive." Havoc's eyes went wide as he felt his heartbeat slow down. His eyes dulled. "Good bye, Colonel. I'll say hi to…Brigadier General Hughes….for you…."

"Havoc!" Roy choked, grimacing as he got to his knees and crawled over to his subordinate's still form. "Don't die on me! Havoc!"

"I was told to finish you off. Lust, you idiot…how pathetic. Not being able to finish off a couple of humans." A voice came from behind him. Roy turned around, coming face to face with Envy.

"You…who are you?"

"I'm not sure. Who do you want me to be?" Envy smirked. He transformed into an all too familiar face. Roy had just gotten (painfully) to his feet, and now his footing faltered.

"Havoc?" He whispered. Envy (or Havoc) smiled wickedly.

"This is just how that Hughes died." He cackled before pointing a gun directly at Roy's heart. "Took the form of someone he loved…I think I'd call that a privilege, wouldn't you? See you in hell." And pulled the trigger.

Me: Well…this was a little depressing to write…my dad read the first line and asked if I had problems or belonged in a mental house. Please tell me what you thought! Flames will…ah heck. Flame me. I don't care.
