"You shouldn't have tried to curse him," Remus chided, handing Sirius an ice pack.

Sirius, who was sprawled on one of the common room couches nursing a black eye, looked indignant. "He called you a nerd!"

"You call me a nerd all the time," Remus pointed out.

"Yeah. So?"

"So, don't you think that's a little hypocritical?"

"No."

Remus raised an eyebrow. "How so?"

"Because, babe," Sirius said, sitting up and grabbing Remus' hand pulling him over so he was standing between his legs, "When I say it, it's a compliment. The way he said it, it wasn't."

Remus blushed.
