I thought of this when I was bloggingso this story was basically inspired by my very own life! Wow! My life is more interesting than I thought!

Disclaimer: I don't own the awsomeness in Beyblade so I had to start my own brand...

It happened. It really did.

Mariam, the girl who was once the enemy, kissed Max... On the lips and in public. It didn't matter now because they were both able to tolerate each others, in fact Max was in denial. He clearly felt something, not bad but he wasn't quite sure if it was good either. But the kiss had just confirmed it: he definitly thought of her as more than a girl that he's on neutral grounds with. It was obvious to everyone around him that he liked her as more than a friend so why did he hide it?

Max was lying down when the gentle gesture happened. Despite it being just a gentle peck, he was still over whelmed with excitement and hoped that it would last longer than the second it did. But did it?

Course not.

As he sensed the bluenettes body move over his, Max tried to loosen his tensed up muscles; steady his rapidly beating heart and keep his eyes shut. After all, they weren't meant to be open: it would ruin the illusion. He tried hard to ignored the itchy spot caused by Mariam's long, blue hair brushing against his cheeks, which were turning redder that the slight pinky tinge that was present on his face before.

The only way that Max thought of that could improve the situation was if he wasn't wearing a crease-free tuxedo. But of course that was only his opinion- it's not like he had a choice.

As soon as the kiss was over, one question immediatly leaped into his mind. Were they... well officially... a couple? Or did he simply dream all of this?

No. It wasn't a dream or fantasy, nor did he imagine it; it just wasn't exactly real either.

As soon as the kiss was over, the curtains were down. Everyone clapped. Show's over.

The story's a bit short (hence the term short story) and rough so don't be afraid to slam me if you really feel the need to. But how do you do that? A review maybe?
