This was a random idea that was inspired by Aquarian Wolf and her inspiring me to just write this silly little poem. The more I thought about it, the more I realized the seven Disney princes represented a main deadly sin in their own way, so I sat down and just wrote this fun little poem, and my interpretation on each of their character and their personality from the film and after marriage. :p Enjoy!

Is Disney that good of a role model,

In the male heroes that are displayed?

They may seem wholesome on the surface,

Delighting their fans by the decade.

But what lies beneath the exteriors,

Of these pretty boys in shining armor?

Let's take a look at each personality,

And see the truth of each daring charmer.

First is Snow White's charming Prince,

Whose gluttony is his own downfall;

For being the pudgiest prince among them,

His moniker is the "fattest one of all."

This chubby round faced crooner,

Has nothing but to sing songs all day.

As poor Snow slaves over gooseberry pies,

To keep his piggish hunger at bay.

Prince "Charming", as so he is called,

Is perhaps the most slothful on the throne.

Neglecting his duties with tired yawns,

And answering only with a shiftless groan.

He typically lays about like a lazy lump,

Never assuming his royal position.

And after finding the lady of his dreams,

Is too sluggish to even seek her out on his mission.

Prince Phillip, though handsome he may be,

Burns with a disgusting lustful fire.

Accosting young ladies out in the woods,

For his own cheeky and rude desire.

He may have battled for his "lady love";

Although three little biddies fought most of his quest;

His frontal advances and lechery reveals,

He is only a bawdy pig with a huge chest.

Prince Eric, the swashing little sailor boy,

Suffers from pride of the worst sorts.

Giving into a selfish obsession with a dream girl,

For nothing is good enough from the royal courts.

Completely obsessed in his own little world,

He only cares of his egocentric infatuation.

Until finding the right girl for his vanity,

He'll continue to ignore his royal station.

Prince Adam, or Beast appropriately named,

Has wrath as his sin of choice.

His temperament flares in a monstrous manner,

And shouts in a bratty bellowing voice.

Accustomed to getting what he wants,

He rages in a manner most wild.

Braying about like a wild jackass;

He's the epitome of a spoiled child.

Aladdin, or the "great" Prince Ali,

Suffers from the ravenous monster of greed.

He starts from poor and humble beginnings,

Yet never too timid to cry about his indulgent need.

He continues to be a pathological liar,

Letting his success and spoils run to his head.

Arguing about how no one understands,

As his princely wealth continues to spread.

And Hercules, the handsome Grecian,

Has enough envy to turn bright green.

Growing impatient to be on Olympus,

Ever since he was an awkward teen.

This muscle boy remains unsatisfied,

Despite having gained strength and fame.

His head filled with ideals of being immortal,

Craving to be welcomed with instant acclaim.

They have had their feats of daring do,

And live cushy now with their bride.

But their handsome exteriors cannot disguise,

Their foul, ill manners that lurk inside.

Proud royalty these men may be,

But each is corrupted by sin.

Open your eyes and see,

The good has bad within.
