E/O Challenge: Blanket
Word Count: 100
No spoilers, no requests, no birthdays... whoa. Just a wee bit of hurt Sam.

"It itches." Long fingers twitched the wool off his arms. "What are…" He picked at loose embroidery thread. "Can't believe we still have this."

"Yeah." Dean pulled the threadbare blanket back over Sam's shoulders. "Leave it on."

Sam rolled his head toward Dean. "Didn't you use this… Is that ectoplasm?"

"Whiny bitch. Car will heat up in a minute."

"The little golf balls are almost worn off."

"Finally. Heat."

Fans on high, Sam relaxed into the seat.

"Sam. Hospital or motel?"

"Motel."

"You'll take first shower."

"Thanks."

"You should. Lot more on that than ectoplasm."

"Dean."

"You stink."

"Goddamn it."

A/N: My apologies for being self referential in 100 words. In my world, the boys acquired the golf blanket in my story Canaveral. I thought it should come out to play.
