Read My Lips

Pairing(s): Tony/Harry

Warning(s): Male/Male relationship

Prompt: 10 Read My Lips

"So Petty Officer Daniels didn't have any enemies? Anyone who would want to hurt him?" Officer David asked, giving her partner a confused glance. Harry ignored the other male and stared at the pretty brunette.

"Not that I know of. But like I said, he only came in here every few days," he motioned around the bar for emphasis, shrugging.

"So Harry," Agent DiNozzo purred, reluctantly gaining the attention of startling green eyes. "What is a pretty thing like you doing working in a dive like this?"

Harry snorted. "My friend owns this 'dive' as you call it. I like it here."

Officer David smirked as Agent DiNozzo's suave smile faltered slightly. "The man was not a troublemaker? He never broke into fights or acted out drunkenly?"

Raven hair swayed as he shook his head. "Not even once. Came in quietly, sat in the back and never ordered more than two Jack Daniels." He stopped, annoyed by the sudden lack of personal space as Agent DiNozzo decided to tower over him. "Can I help you with something?" he snapped.

The other man smiled charmingly, green eyes dancing in the poor bar light. "I was just wondering how we could get a hold of you should we have any more questions."

"I did not believe we were done?" Officer David rose an eyebrow curiously, crossing her arms over her chest. DiNozzo gave her an annoyed glance before looking back at an unimpressed Harry.

"I meant after today. In case we have additional questions."

"I work here most nights-"

"Perhaps your cell number? I would hate to bother you at work, as cute as your annoyed face is. Wouldn't be fair if someone else got to see it and not me," DiNozzo looked inquiringly at Harry and it almost seemed as if he could pull of the innocent look. Almost.

"Of course," the British Man gave a bright smile, grabbing a piece of paper and scribbling something on it. DiNozzo looked cockily at his partner who rolled her eyes as Harry gave him the paper. The Agent's face dropped into a scowl as he read it and looked up.

"Seriously?" he asked, showing Harry his own message: Read my lips: It's not going to happen.

"Seriously," Harry confirmed with a smile, handing another scrap of paper to Officer David. "This is for you –and only you-" He shot a glare at the other man "-in case you have any more questions."

Officer David gave a small laugh, a smile tugging at the corner of her lips. "Of course Mr. Potter."

He watched them leave five minutes later, hearing DiNozzo bug David about the scrap of paper, threatening if she didn't hand it over he'd tell Gibbs something. It was rubbish to him really but he hoped that Officer David could withstand such threats because Harry stood by his message earlier. He and DiNozzo just weren't going to happen.

Three months later Harry found himself sitting across from Tony at a restaurant, enjoying himself against his wishes.
