When Connie's marriage fell apart and she got divorced, she didn't start dating. The chef just focused on Mitchie, work, and Camp Rock.

Then she started seeing Brown in a new light. He was a wonderful person, and Connie started thinking of herself again. Dating became a good idea.

All through her second summer at Camp Rock, Connie and Brown dated. When they weren't trying to save the camp, the two started sneaking around. Mitchie never suspected a thing.

And then Connie fell in with Brown. And he loved her back.

It was an unlikely relationship, but one that worked.
