Dedicated to Sushi. Because she posted the article and further prodded the idea. (Most of you don't know her, it's a NaNo people thing. :P)

Arthur Ross pulled in front of his freshly brought warehouse, exiting his car, and checking over his shoulder before quietly entering the building, his jet black hair whipping around his face.
"Hello Charles." Arthur said when he came into a small room that looked like an office in the warehouse. "I was due my part of the profits last week." Arthur sneered. Charles cringed.
"The shipment never arrived." Charles said nervously, before running a hand through his brown greasy hair.
"LAIR!" Arthur bellowed so hard that the flowers in a vase on the glass coffee table quivered. He walked over to Charles, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt, yanking him up to his feet and shaking him vigoursly. "Now tell me…" Arthur said. "WHERE IS MY COMMISION?" Arthur kneed Charles into the groin, Charles doubling over.
"I d- don't know, Arthur- you have to believe me, I never got that shipment!" Charles stuttered. Arthur let go of him, Charles falling to the floor. Arthur left, Charles hearing Arthur's car drive off.

"So, Mr. Wolfe what happened here?" Horatio asked as Ryan took pictures of the decomposed body. A dog and its owner were walking towards their van when suddenly the dog went crazy dragging the owner along with him. "Well Tom says this guy's been here for about 3 days…" Ryan cringed at the smell. "Wait, a second, what is this?" Ryan said crouching down, seeing a few drops of something brown on the floor. "What the-?" Ryan stared at the spot, carefully scrapping the material off the floor and into an evidence bag. "This is chocolate… I think at least. Smells like chocolate." Ryan said, looking rather taken back.
"Oh you guys need to see this!" Natalia's voice came from a room beside the office.
"So this is a chocolate factory." Ryan blinked, staring at the vats of chocolate.
"Yes, but-" Eric said, looking at a printing station, the ink going on thin foil and not paper. "This factory was making counterfeit Kinder Surprise Eggs." Eric said, Ryan staring at him as though he was crazy.
"Hold on, they were making counterfeit candy?" Ryan asked, almost mocking Eric.
"As much as you won't believe this, Ryan…" Calleigh said from behind a metal vat of chocolate. "But Kinder Surprise Eggs are illegal for sale in the USA so people that smuggle them or as these people were doing, make fake ones, run a candy black market." Calleigh said.
"You have got to be kidding me." Ryan shook his head, leaving the warehouse, to go outside and tell Horatio what they had found. "And I only thought that candy black markets existed on school playgrounds." Ryan said.
"Well, Mr. Wolfe you were-" Horatio put on his signature sunglasses. "Wrong."
!
*cough* Don't mind that last line, will you?
L_L So, Kinder Eggs ARE actually illegal in the US and there IS a black market, but the counterfeit component of this is false.
