This is for Hogwarts online Hufflepuff Prompt of the day 'Attitude'. Mine take on it might seem confusing but the ballet move that Jamie does is called 'Attitude'. It has to do with aerodynamics and how a plane faces the ground. I just wanted to show a new way of writing it rather then somebody having an attitude problem. Also keep in mind that Jamie has been doing ballet for six years. :) Otherwise, please enjoy.
Attitude
Sirius and Ginny were sharing a glass of wine in the quiet of the house. Something they seemed to enjoy less frequently these days. Sirius took a large swig of his wine then in an instant caressed the outline of Ginny's face and pulled her closer. Her lips were in reached and he could feel the warmth creeping against his. She was like a soothing drug, Ginny sat up straight willing Sirius to continue. He pushed that inch closer so their lips were touching.
"Mummy!" a young girl yelled as she came running into the room. Ginny looked around quickly un-sure in her daze if she was happy of sad, while Sirius sat there still cursing himself for not taking up the opportunity that can around so little.
"What's wrong?" Ginny asked quickly and the small girl smiled and turned around on the spot. She was dressed in her new ballet tu-tu and special ballet shoes.
"Don't you look lovely Jamie," Sirius said moving forward and taking Ginny's hand. "What moves do you learn today?" Sirius asked. Jamie went a slight red and wrung her hands. Then she stood in a spot of the kitchen that had the most room. She took a deep breath then lifted up onto her toes and leant forward slightly, she extended her back leg out then curled it around behind her. She stayed like that for a few seconds then came back down. Sirius had his mouth open in surprise and Ginny was telling Jamie how proud she was. Jamie smiled then, on her mother's orders, went to get changed ready for bed. Sirius looked over at Ginny and smiled.
"She is brilliant," he said and Ginny nodded. "But she should not do ballet," Sirius concluded and Ginny sighed.
"Male ballet artists are all gay," Ginny sighed and stood up to clean up after them.
"Oh I am not worried bout Ballet boys," Sirius said and Ginny just giggled.
"Darling she is only ten," Ginny said and turned around to kiss Sirius softly.
"But," Sirius started but Ginny put her finger to his mouth.
"Did you see how happy she was?" Ginny asked and Sirius nodded.
"Good, now go tuck your daughter into bed, Mr Black," she said and Sirius did as he was told, while Ginny smiled at how easy it was to command both of them.
