Amy Madison sighed and plopped down on the bar stool. Egypt sucked. It was hot and dry and sandy. She didn't like sand... It got everywhere. She smiled lightly at the bartender and requested a scotch. She drunk like that lately. Ever since she left Sunnydale, she'd been grateful to Willow for telling her off. She knew she'd been wrong to get her friend hooked on the dark magic like that. It was just...
"Evil." she muttered to herself, finishing her thought./P
She didn't even glance up as a man sat down next to her, but simply nodded a 'thanks' to the bartender as he sat her drink in front of her.
Why she'd chosen Egypt was beyond her. She hated the hot weather here. But she'd needed to get far, far away from California... From Sunnydale... From Rack.
Rack. She shivered involuntarily at his name. She didn't know why, the guy was gone... Dead. Not that he was even human enough to be truly alive in the beginning. What kind of human would Bpurposely/B get some one addicted to their dark magic? Me. she thought, disgusted.
She downed the glass of amber liquor in one swing of her wrist and smacked the glass upon the cherry wood counter. Amy motioned for the man to fill it back up and he complied.
"You shouldn't
do that, you know. Bad for the liver." a voice commented
vaguely from her left.
She turned to look at the man. Damn. that was the single, solitary thought in the brunette's mind as she lay eyes upon this handsome stranger.
Damn.
Red, auburn hair to his shoulders pulled back in a ponytail at the nap of his neck; Lovely dark-blue eyes; Toned body, muscled; He looked to be at least six feet tall.
"I don't see you complaining." she smirked, nodding to his glass.
"Touché." he said, smiling, "William Weasley, call me Bill."
She shook his offered hand and smiled back. "Amelia Madison. Amy."
"It's very nice to meet you Amy."
