Annabeth was sitting in the forest, her head in her hands. She couldn't believe that Luke had betrayed the camp. She really thought that something good was starting between them. She didn't realize that she was crying until she felt a drop of water of her left hand. She removed her hands from her eyes and looked to the sky. 'Did I really love this boy so much that he made me cry?' she asked herself. Then she heard a noise, like footsteps. She stood up and got out her dagger.
"Calm down, Annabeth," Percy said, "It's just me." He said. As he walked out of the trees, Annabeth ran up to him and wrapped her arms around him, and started crying into his shoulder. "Shh, it's okay." He said but you could hear the embarrassment in his voice.
She pulled back. "Sorry." She said.
"It's cool." He said.
Sometimes friends react differently than they should. Because everyone knows… Percy wanted another hug. So they did just that.
Lol, I laughed at the end, I was listening to music while writing this, when I stopped writing I heard "They be acting like they drunk" from Like a G6. I was laughing so hard my dad looked over at me like "WTF?" That just made me laugh harder. R&R!
