Disclaimer: Me no own, you no sue.
AN: Well at least it wasn't six months this time. RL has been keeping me busy, as has working on part two through four of the UA series. There is only one more chapter to go for UA and then I will be getting started on UA: Aftermath. UA: Aftermath is set between TDW and goes through CAWS right up to the beginning stages of AoU. And no the story will not end there. Working titles for part three and four are UA: Age of Ultron and UA: Civil War. Those titles might change in the next year or so as they are completed, but be assured that all three are currently being worked on. Thank you to my readers for reading this and my commenters. I love you all and I hope that you all will continue to enjoy the UA series as it evolves.

Their two days went by quickly and on the third day everyone but Jason, Darcy, and Stephen had left. The magical doctor had only stayed so that he could return Darcy to Norway. Both of the Walsh's were grateful for his assistance, especially since he had agreed to also take Jason back to New York after the stopover in Tromsø. That last morning found the three of them sitting down at the small breakfast table in the kitchen debating baby names. Jason and Darcy both had very quickly come to the agreement that whatever their child turned out to be, boy or girl, that their name would be based on Jason's late handler's first name. Darcy had ended up pulling out her StarkPhone in order to get onto the internet to figure names out when Jason and Stephen's best offers were Phil, Philip, and Philamena. Of course the fact that they were arguing the merits of names could all be academic, since they didn't even know if they were having a boy or girl yet, or if they were even having just one, especially since twins ran in Darcy's family. She really didn't want twins, but if it happened that way, then she would place all the blame on her husband and his super sperm. "I don't like Philomena, what about Phyllis or Phylecea? They are spelled with a 'y', but they are still Phil names."
The two men looked at each other for a moment, before Stephen hazarded a question. "Why are you only suggesting female names? If I might ask, that is."
Darcy's head tipped to one side as she turned her phone towards him and held it out. "Because the names are separated by gender on this website. So what do you think of the two I suggested?"
"I do like the sound of them. What do they mean?"
"Oh." Darcy turned the phone back around and looked. "Well, Phyllis means 'of the foliage.' Apparently it's the name of a girl who was turned into an almond tree. Hmm… isn't that interesting." She smiled brightly when she noticed Jason writing down what she had said. "And Phylecea means 'one who is fortunate'."
"I like that one better then Phyllis." Jason said quietly, his expression thoughtful. "Is there another name like Phyllis with a different meaning? One that's less myth-like."
Turning her attention back to the screen, she quickly scrolled through the options. "There's the Greek Philise. It means 'a loving woman'."
Jason nodded and jotted it down in his little notebook. "What's the next on Darcy?"
"Philadelphia. Okay, not a name I'd go for personally since I've been there. I do like the meaning though, 'one who offers sisterly love.' Still, no."
"Agreed. No names based on cities." The detective didn't have anything against city names per say, but they belong as city names not baby names as far as he was concerned. "Next."
"Another Greek one, Philana, meaning 'on who adores mankind,' or one of the variants of it; Philanne, Philene, or Phileane."
Stephen nodded as he listened, watching as another name was added to Agent Barton's list. "I like the Philene variant personally. However, I must interrupt the name list making, as it is time for us to leave."
Both of his friends bobbed their heads in agreement as they started to put their things away. Standing they all made their way through the large house to the foyer where their bags waited for them. Jason only had his backpack and Stephen his medical bag, Darcy on the other hand had brought nothing with her, though she was going back with one small suitcase due to her having been shopping. A few whispered words later and the three disappeared from Germany and reappeared in Jane's lab in Tromsø, eliciting a startled scream from the sleepy occupant.
Turning to look at her boss/charge, Darcy rolled her eyes. It looked like the absent minded astrophysicist had fallen asleep at her desk working again. "Jane, you do know you have a bed right, cause right now it looks like you don't?"
Jane groaned as she looked at her handler, or personal aid, depending on who you asked. "Shut up Darcy. It's not like you've never done it." She leaned over to one side and looked at the two men who had appeared with her assistant. One was tall and slim with salted black hair and was dressed in traditional Asian garb. The other was shorter, but still taller than the two women, built like Thor, with laughing blue eyes and short dark blond hair. "Who are you two and how did you get in here? This is a secured facility."
The shorter of the two answered with a smirk. "Yes ma'am it is, and fortunately for you, Doctor Foster, I actually am authorized personnel." He looked at the other man and shrugged, looking back at her. "He's not, but what the Director doesn't know won't get me or her in trouble."
Scratching her forehead, Jane just stared at him until his eyes dropped to the floor and a blush darkened his ears. "Names. Now, or I'm calling Fury."
Darcy rolled her eyes and latched onto Jason's arm while kissing his cheek. "Jane be nice. This is the one I told you about. The cop I married back in April. You know, the wedding you yelled at me for not inviting you to seven months ago. And the other guy is Doctor Stephen Strange, who is like training in China or something to be like a wizard or whatever."
Jason turned his head and started laughing into his wife's shoulder. It figures that she would introduce them that way. "Darcy you are just so…"
"Just so what? Awesome? Hot? Amazingly brilliant?"
"All that my love, but in this case I was going to say naughty."
Darcy gasped in mock insult and smacked her husband on his chest, much to amusement and Jane's bewilderment. "Just see if we come home for Hanukkah this year mister. Especially with you having that attitude."
The archer arched an eyebrow at his wife. "Darcy, of course you are coming home for Hanukkah. I already bought you the ticket for the plane and arranged one with Pepper for Doctor Foster so that she can come too. Rabbi Sandler is looking forward to seeing you. He even stopped by the precinct to ask if you were coming again this year. He sends his congratulations by the way, and asked when we are coming to get his blessings. Father Railey also sends his congratulations and asked that we stop by to talk to him too."
Jane shared a look with Darcy and started laughing. "You two are just too cute." She held out a hand to Jason over her desk. "It's nice to meet you Detective Walsh."
Taking her hand Jason smiled brightly. "It's nice to meet you too Doctor Foster, please call me Jason. And please tell me that you'll agree to come spend Hanukkah with us. Our new place will be done by then and we'll be more than happy to have you stay with us."
"Yeah, you gotta come stay with us Jane." Darcy grabbed Jane's hand for a moment before releasing it and rounding on her husband. "New place? What new place?"
Jason backed up quickly until he was standing next to Stephen, who was watching them all with a bemused expression. "Consider it a Hanukkah present and a Christmas present and a late wedding present since I wasn't able to do anything earlier."
"Okay." Darcy rolled her eyes. "At least tell me where we are moving and you better not say Greenwich Village."
He shook his head as Stephen placed a hand on his shoulder. "Avenger's Mansion."
As Darcy's jaw dropped, the two men vanished, much to her consternation and Jane's surprise. "I hate it when he does that," the younger of the two muttered.
