Luis wasn't one to believe in miracles, hell, he didn't even believe in coincidences. For this to happen, for her to fall right into their laps like this, something bigger had to be at play. It couldn't be coincidence that he was tasked with killing her. Sonny Corinthos must have a lot of contract killers that he could call up spur of the moment. Why call him? Why have him be the one to kill her? As more thoughts sprung to mind, an unprecedented anger burns through him, the urge to kill something blazing wildly as he speeds down the streets of Guatemala.

"Luis?" his mother questions him when he walks into the safe house and makes a beeline for their luggage. "What's going on? Is everything okay?"

"I need to find something." Luis says plainly as he sorts through the luggage to find the smallest one among them. "Here it is."

"What's this about?"

"The past." Luis says as he drops the luggage down on the table. "The dark ages."

"Your sister?" his mother moves closer when he pulls out the birth and death certificate of her daughter. "Why would you want to bring her up now?"

"Because she's not dead." Luis says, folding the papers before shoving it into his pocket, a new destination in mind.

"What do you mean she's not dead?" she grabs his arm, stopping him from walking away. "Luis, please, explain."

"Sorry." Luis lets out a deep breath before turning to meet his mother's eyes. "You know how I am."

Settling down for the moment, Luis explains to his mother all that had transpired since he was there last. He's a horrible son, he knows this, but it doesn't mean he ever wants to cause her heart ache. Maybe by giving her back her lost child, maybe he can feel better for not being so loving. For not being more like Lorenzo. Maybe by giving her another child to love, his mother just might find it in her heart to accept him as he is and leave him to live his life as he sees fit. The moment he was done explaining, his mother threw her arms around him, thanking him for the blessing he has bestowed up her.

Setting her breakfast down in front of her, Lorenzo contemplates whether or not he should tell Elizabeth what he had done. Here she is, trusting him to take care of her and he goes giving her DNA to his brother for god only knows what. They were just about done with breakfast when a knock sounded at the door and in walked his brother. Boy does he have the worst possible timing. Walking over to his brother, bringing him back outside before he could speak to Elizabeth, Lorenzo stares at him expectantly.

"Mother will be on her way here soon." Luis divulges. "Can I speak to the girl?"

"Why is mother coming here?" Lorenzo questions confusedly. "After all it took to get her out, why?"

"Can I speak to the girl?"

"No, Luis!" Lorenzo snaps. "Not until you explain what's happening right now."

"You see, the request was merely formality." Luis says plainly, nudging his brother out of his way. "I'm going to speak to the girl. Regardless of what you say."

"What do you want with her?" Lorenzo questions irritably, stopping his brother from walking further.

"Relax, Lorenzo." Luis says with a slight smirk. "I'm not going to hurt her."

"Luis..." he tries to call after him, but his brother simply walks into the safe house and over to Elizabeth.

"Hello." Luis says to Elizabeth, standing across from her at the table. "Do you know who I am?"

"Lorenzo's brother." Elizabeth replies simply. "You were supposed to kill me."

"I see my brother keeps you well informed. Good." Luis says with a slight smile. "You scared?"

"Should I be?" Elizabeth counters.

"No." Luis says after a moment. "I'm not here to hurt you."

"Didn't think you were." Elizabeth replies.

"How much has my brother told you about our family?" Luis questions, holding up a hand to shush Lorenzo.

"Not much." Elizabeth admits. "He did tell me about your mother and brother. That you had a sister, but she didn't live long past birth."

"What would you say if I told you that she did live?" Luis counters, successfully silencing Lorenzo as he looked between the two of them. "What would you say if I told you that you are that sister?"

"Wait...what?!" Lorenzo voices in confusion as Elizabeth sits there staring at Luis with a blank expression on her face.

"What did you think I was doing with the DNA you gave me?" Luis counters irritably. "Honestly, brother, you are still quite slow on the uptake."

"You gave him my DNA?" Elizabeth finally voices, turning to Lorenzo questioningly.

"Don't be too upset." Luis says simply. "Its not like he had much choice. I tend to get what I want."

"I gave him the needle from your IV." Lorenzo admits. "He would have gone to any extent to get it, I assure you."

"While you both ponder this, I have a doctor that has a lot of explaining to do." Luis says, pulling Lorenzo out of his thoughts. "Mother will be here soon enough. I'm sure she'll be able to explain in words you can comprehend."

"No." Lorenzo states. "I'm going with you."

"You're going with me?" Luis questions curiously, eyeing him intently. "Huh."

"This is my family, too." Lorenzo states firmly. "If you're going to question the doctor, I'm coming with you. We leave when mother arrives."

"Fair enough." Luis says with a shrug. "If that's what you want."

"Elizabeth..." Lorenzo starts to say when she rises to her feet.

"I...I just need a minute." Elizabeth says before walking off to the bedroom and locking herself inside.

Lorenzo wanted to bash his brother's head in for being so callous with such a huge life changing reveal, but he couldn't only find in himself to be thankful for his brother's uncanny ability to draw conclusions where no one would think to question. Who could possibly have drawn the conclusion of Elizabeth being their long lost sister? Looking at her as the truth was revealed, Lorenzo had to admit that he could see it. She looked a lot like their mother. God, how blessed they must be to have a miracle like this fall into their laps. As it all settles in, he hopes that she'll be able to forgive their deceit and find it in her heart to be a part of their crazy family.

.

He wasn't sure what he actually expected, but the meeting went a lot better than he could have hoped. He was accepted almost instantly, each don extending a hand of respect out for him and his situation. They all understand the state of things in Port Charles and why he has yet to return to take care of things. Maximus assures him that he'll watch over Port Charles until Jason can make his way back to town. Something Jason was ultimately thankful for. He had just been about to board the Giambetti private plane to head back to Elizabeth when his cellphone started ringing.

"Go on. Get settled." Jason says to the other guys before answering the phone. "Hey, we're on our way back."

"Jason..."

"What's wrong?" Jason questions seriously, not liking the tone in her voice. "Liz?"

"I need you." Elizabeth says, tears welling up in her eyes. "Please. Hurry back."

"I'll be there before you know it." Jason promises. "You're not hurt are you?"

"Not physically. No."

"I'll be there soon."

"Just hurry, okay?"

"Okay."

Ending the call, Jason bypasses the passenger seat, dropping his bags along the way before entering the cockpit and ordering the pilot out of his seat. Johnny and Francis, seeing the determination in his face decided it best to strap down for this particular flight. The pilot didn't seem too happy with being ordered out of his own seat, but he didn't question or deny Jason anything. Strapping down for the flight along with the guys, they prepare themselves for one hell of a flight.

"Fran, you seeing this?" Johnny questions a little queasy, seeing two of the same dude as they enter the safe house. "Or did Jason knock something loose in my head during that flight?"

"No." Francis says eyeing the two. "There's two of them."

"Good." Johnny shakes his head before walking over the bedroom that Elizabeth let Jason into. "Thought I'd lost my mind for a second."

"I don't know what's happening, but I know one thing." Francis says as they position themselves outside the bedroom, blocking it from either man. "It can't be good."

The moment Jason was let into the room, Elizabeth snuggled herself into his embrace, needing the strength and protection he can clearly offer. She didn't know what to make of what they had told her. She was their sister? How? Why? If she's their sister, what is she to her own family? How did she get to be a Webber? None of this was making any kind of sense. Holding tightly to Jason, she allows herself to relish in the comfort of what's known. He loves her. She loves him. They are each other's family. That's what's real. That's what matters.

"Liz..." he says after she calms down, relaxing into his arms. "What's going on?"

"My whole life...everything I know about it..." Elizabeth pulls away slightly to look into his eyes. "It's all a lie, Jason."

"What do you mean?"

"I'm not a Webber." she takes a deep breath. "Apparently, I'm Lorenzo's sister."

"How sure is this?"

"Not sure. His brother ran my DNA against theirs." Elizabeth says, still not sure about it all. "What do I do with that, Jason? What do I do now?"

"Now, you stay here." Jason says before placing a soft kiss upon her forehead. "I'll find the answers you need, Liz."

"Jason..."

"I won't hurt them." Jason promises. "But they don't get to do this to you. Just stay here, okay?"

"Okay." Elizabeth says, releasing her hold on him. "Can I ask you something before you go?"

"Sure."

"How did you get here so fast?"

"I flew the plane."

"Ah." she smiles softly. "Makes sense."

"I'll be right back." he says before opening the door, not at all surprised to find the two guys standing guard. "Francis, stay with her."

Waiting for him to walk into the room, making sure he locks the door, Jason faces Johnny. One look at the other man understood instantly, it was time to see just what the hell these people want with Elizabeth. If its true and she is their sister, Jason has a few more questions building up, but he won't take anyone's word on it. He will do whatever it takes to keep Elizabeth safe and that includes from these people. Walking up to them together, Jason and Johnny stand their ground, standing off against both brothers. Clearly they expected this. Clearly they have no idea just what Jason is truly capable of.

"Hey, kid." Francis says to Elizabeth as he walks into the room to sit by her bed. "How you holding up?"

"I...don't know." Elizabeth admits. "I just found out that I'm probably adopted."

"Huh...can't say I saw that coming." Francis voices as he takes her hand in his. "How so?"

"They think I'm their sister that died when she was a baby." Elizabeth explains. "Even saying it makes me feel crazy. I know my family, Francis. I have a family. As dysfunctional as the Webbers are they are my family."

"Jason will figure it out." Francis assures her. "For now, I think its best if you just get some rest. Stressing out won't do either you or the baby any good."

"Right. I know you're right." Elizabeth sighs, adjusting to lay down in bed, her hand still in Francis's. "I just can't wrap my head around all of this."

"Then focus on what you can understand. On what you know is true." Francis says softly. "Johnny, Jason, and I will do whatever it takes to keep you safe. The rest can wait for another day."

"Okay." Elizabeth closes her eyes, letting out a deep breath. "Thanks, Francis."

"Anytime, kid." Francis whispers. "Sleep."

"Okay." she whispers and, just like that, she falls into a deep slumber, forsaking the world around her till other day.

A/N: This scene came to me in a dream. I'm not saying that this will be updated with the others, but it refused to not be written. I hope to hear your thoughts on this. Take care.
