Ethan leaned against his locker, watching his best friend talk to a girl. He didn't even realize when his vampire best girlfriend showed up next to him.

"You're drooling," she had said to him. He turned to her, looking confused, but then he wiped his mouth of drool. "Ethan, just ask him out already. You know he's bi. What's stopping you?"

"Our friendship is, Sarah. I'm just worried that if we do go out but then break up it's not gonna be the same."

"Ethan, that's just a risk you're gonna have to take."

"Hey, E," Ethan looked to his right and there stood, Benny.

"Um h- hi Be- Benny." Benny looked at him weird, when he stuttered his name.

"So what are we talking about here. Not me I hope, unless it's good things." Benny says.

"Um yeah, Benny we actually were talking about you, right Ethan?" Sarah tells Benny.

"Er . . ." Benny looked at them two confused.

"I think Ethan here has something to tell you. I'll just leave you two alone." Sarah giggled to herself.

"Okay. . . That was weird. What's up, E?"

"Well. . . Um, Benny?"

"Yeah, what is it?"

"Well I was wondering, you know. . . Well, I have this friend, and he's like in love with his best friend, but he doesn't know how to tell his best friend without ruining their friendship."

"Does this friend of yours have a name?" Benny said, catching on.

"Yeah, it's, um, Mason." Ethan thought of on the top of his head.

"Mason? Okay, well you should tell Mason, to take the risk of love. I'm pretty sure his best friend's feelings are reciprocated." Benny gave Ethan his flirty smile.

"Really?" Ethan knew Benny knew, so he decided to quit playing around.

"Yeah, E. Since when we were in like 7th grade, after I saved you from those bullies, so you gonna ask me out now?"

Ethan giggled and said, "Benny, will you go out with me?"

"I thought you'd never ask." Benny said, like a girl. Ethan laughed. Benny leaned into Ethan and kissed him gently on the lips. When they pulled back, they heard two familiar girlish squeals behind them.

"That is so cute." Sarah said. "Oh sorry, you probably want to be left alone. See you in class." Benny and Ethan laughed together.
