All of the family was currently at the table eating. Well... most of the family.
" Vegeta, sweety, are you okay?"
" I'm fine Woman leave me be."
" I'm just worried about your health, you only ate 8 out of the normal 30 plates of food you usually eat."
" Huh, I wonder why? Do you have any idea what caused your lack of appetite?"
Vegeta was about to respond when he was cut off by LaSean, who was currently feeding Chibi despite Sandra's complaints. "Mom, you do know that some people from the party are sitting, wasted, on the patio, right?"
"Yes, but I'm pretty sure they'll leave on their own, but if not, all we have to do is wave a gun in their faces and they'll run away. Speaking of which, Sandra, why are there numerous guns in your room?"
"Well... um... you see it's like this..." Sandra mentally thanked God when the television cut her off.
"This just in, an approximate of 40 teenagers have been reported missing. Here we have some distraught parents and friends with our reporter Silvia; Silvia onto you."
"Thanks Carmen, I'm here with the parents of a girl named Katie (A/N: Ring a bell) who was reported missing 8 hours ago. Ma'am do you have anything you would like to say about your missing daughter?"
"Yes. Please, if anybody has any information contact us, we really miss our baby girl."
"This is only one of the families who are currently suffering. If anyone has any information please call (555) 984-7777 or fax us at (555) 941-7328. (A/N: I made these numbers up) Back to you Carmen.
"I wonder why so many people are missing?"
"Don't worry mom it's probably nothing."
"Why do I get the feeling that you 3 girls are hiding something."
"C'mon mom it's me, I understand that it's natural to be suspicious of Sandra and LaSean, but it's me we're talking about."
Bulma let it slide, but she could not shake the feeling that something bad was going to happen.
At the haunted house room
"Chibi I want you to send all evidence of what happened last night to a different place. Can you do that?"
"I've never tried moving something non-living before, but I should be able to do it."
"Thanks Chibi you're the best."
"Sandra, stop hogging Chibi, I want to spend time with him too, LaSean Already got to feed him, I want to dress him up."
"Wait for him to finish then you can dress him up."
As soon as Chibi finished getting rid of the evidence the door bell rang and Bulma called the girls down.
"Girls, this is Detective Mike and Detective Olivia; they wanted to talk to us about the missing people. They think that we're hiding something."
"Yes, well, all of the people who have gone missing were last seen coming here for the Halloween party."
"That doesn't mean it's because of us Mr. Mike."
"Sandra don't argue with the cops. You might accidentally rat us out."
"Sorry Sara."
"Please pardon my partner's manners we just need some answers. Could you please come down to the station with us."
"Vegeta, kids, get in the car we're going to get this settled."
At the police station
"Now we are all going to go in the confession stand and if any of you go in there and make smart ass comments, you will get EVERYTHING taken away from you. Do I make myself clear!?"
"Yes mom/Woman."

"Where were you at the night of October 31st?"
"At my mom's Halloween party."
"Was there anyone there acting suspicious?"

"Where and what were your siblings doing during the party?"
"Doing something stupid."
"Why do think your siblings were doing something stupid?"
(shrugs) "If I'm not in their activities then it's stupid."
"Where and what were your parents during the party?"
"I dunno."
"Where were you during the party?"
"Playing with my best friend Goten."
"What was your costume at the party?"
"Werewolf."
"Did you associate with anyone?"
"Yeah my best bud Goten."
"Was there any security at the party?"
"Yep, my dad."
"Do you believe your mom is capable of murder and why?"
"No, just because."

"I dunno but she's been more violent ever since LaSean stole her wallet a few days ago."

"Depends on her mood she does have that whole kill list thing."
"What is this kill list?"
"I found it in her room. It's basically people she wants to get rid of. I'm not on the list but the rest of my family is."

"Where were you at the night of October 31st?"
"At my mom's Halloween party."
"Was there anyone there acting suspicious?"
"Nope."

"Where and what were your siblings doing during the party?"
"I dunno"
"Where and what were your parents during the party?"
"I dunno."
"Where were you during the party?"
"Don't know I was randomly walking around."
"What was your costume at the party?"

"Did you associate with anyone?"
"Yeah."
"Who did you associate with?"
"Siblings."
"Which siblings were you associating with?"
"Sandra and Sara."
"Was there any security at the party?"
"Yes, there was."
"Who was the security at the party?"
"Vegeta."

"My father."
"Do you believe your mom is capable of murder and why?"
"No, because she has kids."
"Do you believe your dad is capable of murder and why?"
"Hard to say. Because people have pasts but you can't let your past control your future."

"He's 8 why would you ask a question like that"

"Yes, yes I can. She has violent tendencies especially since I took her wallet. "

"No. Unless someone damages Chibi."
"Who is this Chibi?"
"The doll she carries around everywhere."

"Depends on the situation."

"Where were you at the night of October 31st?"
"At my mom's Halloween party."

"LaSean."
"Was there anyone at the party making you uncomfortable?"
"Roshi, Yamcha."

"Where and what were your siblings doing during the party?"

"Where and what were your parents during the party?"

"Where were you during the party?"
"Party room."
"What was your costume at the party?"
"Aphrodite."
"Did you associate with anyone?"

"Sandra and LaSean."
"Why were you associating with your siblings?"
"Cuz I was bored."
"Was there any security at the party?"
"Yes."
"Who was the security at the party?"
"Vegeta."
"Who is Vegeta and what is his relation to you?"

"Do you believe your mom is capable of murder and why?"
"Nah. 1st of all too weak and was probably with the guests."
"Do you believe your dad is capable of murder and why?"
"That's another story, well... let's just say you shouldn't mess with his family."
"Do you believe your brother Trunks is capable of murder and why?"

"Do you believe your sister LaSean is capable of murder and why?"
"Yes, that bitch has tried to kill me. "

"At my mom's Halloween party."

"Where and what were your parents during the party?"

"What was your costume at the party?"

"Did you associate with anyone?"

"LaSean and Sara."
"Was there any security at the party?"
"Yes."

"Vegeta."

"Do you believe your mom is capable of murder and why?"
"No, she's too into that "delicate flower" crap."
"Do you believe your dad is capable of murder and why?"
"Yes, under the right circumstances, as in his family is in danger."

"Only if someone steals something like her wallet. "

"Everyone who didn't belong at my house."
"Where and what were your children doing during the party?"
(shrugs shoulders)
"Where and what was your wife during the party?"

"Where were you during the party?"
"Haunted house scaring baka children."
"What was your costume at the party?"
"Red Monkey."
"Did you associate with anyone?"
"No."
"Was there any security at the party?"
"Yes."
"Who was the security at the party?"
"Me."
"Do you believe your wife is capable of murder and why?"
"No. Human weaklings aren't capable of anything."
"Do you believe your son Trunks is capable of murder and why?"
"No. He has enough strength but he isn't that sort of person"

"Which brat is that one? Oh, yes. I know my daughter plus LaSean invaded and conquered a piece of her territory. "

"Only if something hurts her demonic doll."
"Why do you call the doll demonic?"

"Was there any security at the party?"
"Yes, there was."
"Who was the security at the party?"
"Vegeta."
"Who is Vegeta and what is his relation to you?"
"My husband."
"Do you believe your husband is capable of murder and why?"
"If someone messes with his family then yes."
"Do you believe your son Trunks is capable of murder and why?"
"My son would never; he's a good boy."
"Do you believe your daughter LaSean is capable of murder and why?"
"Hard to tell at times"
"Do you believe your daughter Sara is capable of murder and why?"
"Might try to kill LaSean for taking her wallet but other than that no. "
"Do you believe your daughter Sandra is capable of murder and why?"
"No. Unless someone messes with her Vegeta doll."
"Do you believe yourself capable of murder and why?"
"Of course not I'm a delicate flower."
"Mrs. Briefs, now that we have taken your confessions we have found the culprit. While you were in here we searched your house and found large traces of blood in the haunted house meaning Mr. Vegeta Ouji is the culprit."
"What do you mean I'm the culprit! I didn't do jack shit!"
"You may not remember because you were shot by those sedatives we found in guns in your daughter's, Sandra's, room. Sandra would you care to explain to us why you had sedative filled guns in your room?"
"I was going to go on a hunting trip, but I don't like killing things so my guns were filled with sedatives."
"Don't lie for your father."
"Don't you dare call my sister a liar, she may be many things but she isn't a liar."
"It doesn't matter... LaSean, your father has been convicted and nothing you say can prove otherwise."
"Daddy can't go to jail it wasn't his fault."
"You don't need to worry about your father going to jail Sandra, he's going to be given a quick painless death."
"You motherfuckers can't send my dad to jail I forbid it!"
"We don't take orders from teenage girls, Sara, I know this may be difficult for you to process, but your father is a murderer."
"You might not take orders from teenage girls but Chibi does."
"That's right Chibi rip those bastards things off and send them to the shadow realm, in the most painful way possible."
"Sandra no, we want to cause them as much pain as we can."
"Yeah Sara's right Sandra we should drown them."
"That's a good idea LaSean, but if we're gonna drown them let's do it in alcohol so that I can drop a match in there and watch them drown in fire!"
"Sandra why do you always want to set things on fire?"
"Girls, stop! You're making things worse! Officers please isn't there someway to prove my husband is innocent."
"We're sorry Mrs. Briefs there is too much evidence against him."
"You can't take my dad, I won't let you. I don't want to grow up without a dad like Goten did! I won't let you take my dad!"
"We're with Trunks you can't take our dad we'll fight won't we Sara, Sandra."
"Hell yeah!"
"You bet your life on it!"
"Brats, stop, I won't have my family persecuted by anyone. I'll go with them. The last thing I want is for my family to live in fear and be hated by everyone as I was. I'm proud of all of you."
As soon as Vegeta gave his declaration he was strapped down to a table, with 30 needles filled with the most lethal poisons in the world. The poisons would have killed Vegeta, but before the needles could pierce his skin and sink into his main arteries, everything stopped."
"I won't let this happen." Chibi said in a dark voice. It was then that Vegeta noticed that everything seemed to be frozen except for him and his family. He was about to question what was happening when Chibi spoke again.
"No one will remember this family as ever being suspects, you had found the culprit, but it escaped. All that you have left is the mangled body after it accidentally fell into a meat grinder." Chibi then closed his hand making the poisons turn into dust. At the same time he had moved Vegeta and had placed a mangled body on the table Vegeta had been on. He then created a portal that he gestured for his family to walk through. He allowed time to flow naturally and leaped through the portal.
At Capsule Corp
A very confused family appeared back in their living room. A second later Chibi walked through the portal and closed it.
"What the fuck just happened!"
"I was about to ask the same thing. Girls, tell me exactly what happened last night and at the police station!"
"See its like this: Last night Sara noticed Piccolo acting weird and then this girl came asking for help. Then showed us a picture of her killed friend. We were weirded out and Sandra told Chibi to make sure no one went into the haunted house. She came back with guns and gave some to us. Take over Sara."
"Okay LaSean. So we went in and found 8 people and then dad jumped out at us so we had to knock him down and out. Because earlier Sandra had explained that the red mist made dad behave instinctively. So then Sandra and LaSean went upstairs to clean dad up and left me all alone to clean the haunted house. That's why you weren't as hungry as you usually are in the morning."
"So let me get this straight girls, what you're telling me is that Vegeta ate all those kids who went missing?"
The girls nodded slowly.
"So dad's a cannibal now?"
"No Trunks for dad to be a cannibal he would have to eat a Saiyan."
"Well that explains one mystery, but one of you brats is going to tell me what happened a few minutes ago."
"This one is all yours Sandra."
"Okay, so daddy, when we thought those people were going to kill you we sort of lost it. We couldn't do anything to save you so I think Chibi reacted to all of our emotions and decided to do something using his special powers. He stopped time then compelled people to believe what he said. He used his ki to destroy the poisons, and lastly he bended space to get us out of there and the mangled body in there."
After Sandra's explanation the entire room sat in awkward silence for about 5 minutes until Chibi spoke up in a soft voice.
"I'm sorry I didn't get the blood out of the floor right, and I'm sorry for not acting earlier to avoid having this much trouble."
Everyone gave a sigh, but were somehow relieved by the fact that Chibi was taking the blame.
"It's not your fault Chibi. Its not any of our fault's. It's whoever released the chemical at Capsule Corp who's truly at fault. So let's just forget that today happened."
Everyone silently agreed and were about to go into their respective rooms, but then LaSean said 7 words that should never be said together, "At least things can't get any worse."
Suddenly there was a blinding flash of light and once the light faded another person was in the room.
