Hey. I'm sorry if you were expecting this to be a new chapter, but it isn't. This is a goodbye message. Not for me, but for TDA. I really want to finish TDA. I really do, but I just don't have the motivation or drive to do it anymore. I love all the characters, but I've been writing this story for years and it's getting old and boring. Some of the chapters are terribly written and are filled with typos because I was too lazy to edit them. My writing has gotten a lot better since 2012 and I would rather focus on other projects than something I started on a whim when I was 16. I've been using fanfiction as a way to strengthen my original characters (Halo, Matt, Liam, Drew, etc.) and it has worked. I've been focusing less on fanfiction recently so that I can focus more on my original work. I wrote a book for NaNoWriMo in November. Halo, Matt, Drew, and Liam are all characters in the book, but I have changed Drew and Matt's names. Because I have used them in stories like TDA and ITOHIF, I was able to make them into the amazing characters that they are in my book. I've finished all my edits and I've rewritten the book a couple times and I really think it is ready for publication. I'm doing an internship at a church camp this summer so I'm planning on looking for an agent in August. I don't know how long it will take to find one or if I even will, but being a publish author is my biggest dream.

I really hope you all understand. I love each and every one of you and I will continue to write, I just don't want to do fanfiction anymore. If you want to see some of my original work, you can look for me on Inkitt. I'm using the same username. I may post a chapter or two of my book on there to see if I can get some feedback. If I do, you all are more than welcome, if not encouraged, to read it. I will still be using this website because I still enjoy reading other writers' fanfiction and this website is the only way I can communicate with most of you. I really hope that when/if my book gets published that you look for it. If I do find an agent and I do get published, you all will be some of the first people to know. I will post it on my tumblr and I may message some of you.

I will not be deleting my account or the stories on it. They will stay as a reminder to myself that my writing has improved and it will continue to improve.
